Dear Respected Support Team, I am struggle with my purshace Mobile Phone Through Flipkart india Marketplace. I ordered Mobile Called Oneplus Nord CE 2 Lite Today I got my percel and paid full amount percel was intact sealed condition That's reason takes delivery, While I unboxing There complete items Missing. I have no idea about this scam from best e-commerce flipkart. I expected normal course of business But Now feeling very much upset and disappointed with Flipkart seller behavior. I trying to create return request but I couldn't access return from my side. I contacted their customer support team They created return request but refund not received.really suffering and harassing. Please take immediate action on it and refunded my money immediately. The ordered phone was very urgency for me. We earned money by doing hard work, thirdclass platform like flipkart theft our money by false promises. Please refunded my money immediately.

    I have ordered a washing machine of whirpool of Rs 10990 and paid 3000 via Flipkart pay later and rest amount by debit card of rs 7990 on 22 jan 2023 the completed it on 22 jan but i contacted by bank they said there is not a transaction amount or refund so please help me with this

      So i ordered havells hair dryer few days back. I recieved product of different company. I applied for return of the product. 2 days later the pickup guy came and said we will not be able to pickup your order as our office has denied it. And then after few hours a got a message that my pickup is being cancelled. The next day i again applied for the return. My return got approved today. But again the pickup guy on call said that the pickup cannot be done as our office has denied it. Can i get to know whats wrong with my pickup??
      Tried contacting flipkart customer care but they keep on saying have patience. But there is no scope of patience left in me rn.
      My refund of 920 is being pending from last one week.
      I need the refund as soon as possible
      This is so much frustrating.

        Unable to Reactivate Flipkart account

        I can't access my account, actually i deactivate it for some reason, but now i want to activate my account, but it's not working, like forgot password, and OTP it's unavailable on your website it's not working properly, Flipkart should fix it, lot's of people are trying all those methods, Website is full of bugs, I don't even bind my email so i can't choose that option, although i know it's not going to work also, Do Flipkart please please...

        Unauthorized electricity bill payment

        On 22nd January 2023 at 4:49 pm, an electric bill payment was made from my Flipkart account, which I have no information about. This bill payment has been made in Punjab State Power Corporation Ltd. I called Flipkart customer care but I did not get any help. I did not even get any mail or message regarding to that payment.

        Hi Team,

        OD[protected]

        I placed an order on your app on December 27th for a precious gold necklace by looking at the image on your app.

        I received a completely different product from the actual order.

        Now Flipkart has deactivated my account as well as refusing to accept the return.

        I created the return within minutes of receiving the product, shared all proofs of the images 50 calls going back and forth to get my money back.

        This is totally unacceptable, I've been a loyal
        Flipkart customer for the last several years and this not how you're dealt with.

        I want to return the product and my money refunded.

        Pfa the image of the product on your app versus the item I received.

          Order Id: OD[protected]
          Ordered samsung evo plus 512gb memory card from Flipkart. As there was issue with the item, I raised a complaint regarding them. Now for the return of product, they want me to share picture of my Adhaar card for so called verification. I do not understand what kind of verification they are referring to? If I had ordered the product, it is me who is returning it. What the verification is needed. Also, if it is needed, I can show it to the delivery personnel. Why I need to share my whole ID proof with Flipkart? Is it right to capture personal details of customers?

            I had placed an order with Flipkart on 17th Jan 2023 in which I had purchased a laptop for INR 64, 090. It was stated as one day delivery, which means the product was supposed to get delivered on 18th Jan 2023. The order kept on getting delayed till 24th Jan. On 24th morning, the order was suddenly cancelled by Flipkart. The price of the product was also increased from INR 64000 to INR 79990. They are now asking me to reorder the product at the escalated price, and not even matching the earlier product price at which I had made a deal with Flipkart to buy the laptop.

            Issues:
            1. Not completing the promise of providing the product at the agreed price.
            2. Cancelling the order after 7 days of waiting without even confirming or asking me about the cancellation
            3. Not replacing the order with a new one on their own since they failed to provide me the product
            4. Asking me to order the product at a higher price again, not agreeing the match the initial amount of 64000 at which we had agreed
            5. Customer service is useless and not understanding the issue. I had to make so many calls to make them understand the issue and still there is no resolution for their mistake.
            6. They have initiated the refund on their own without informing me. Since the refund is initiated, now they cannot place another order and asking me to place a fresh one.
            7. They gave me a number of an unknown person (Deepak Patel - [protected]) who was trying to scam me by asking for a photo of my credit card, claiming he is from Flipkart. I have lodged a separate cyber crime complaint for that person.
            8. They have taken an amount of INR 50, 000 on 17th Jan, and the refund will get processed on 30th Jan. They have kept my money for more than 13 days without providing me any service or product, and that too interest free. Aren't they liable to pay me interest in case they are not delivering the product, and cancelled it on their own without my consent?

              I ordered a MacBook from Flipkart. Order ID OD[protected]. Flipkart assured us that it will be delivered today (25th-Jan-2023). On the day of delivery, they extended the date to the 28th. How they can do that? I called customer care and they don't have any idea in which location exactly my product is right now. And they are saying delivery slots are not available. Then why did they assure the date of delivery? Pathetic service. It's not even a small product. I can see the product is within 100km in ekart tracking details (Even less than 20KM If I trust customer care's words).

                Delay in Installation and return pick of washing machine - Total waiting time more than 2 weeks. From 11th Jan till today 25th Jan.

                They keep extending the end date and don't stick to SLA.

                      I ordered a book from Flipkart for which I made the payment online, 182/-rs were cut from my Flipkart wallet and 11 rs my brother paid through Paytm but as the order didn't placed i got my 182 rs back in my wallet but my brother didn't got his 11 rs in his Paytm account

                            Dear sir mam flipkart blocked my account by giving reason of returning a lot by me and till date they didn't give me valid reason for that sir i was their valuable member and i ordered more than 200 items and have returned maximum 20 This is high return sir please help me. I did the last return one item was missing I ordered 2 sets of overlock but they gave me only one. When I put return, they canceled my request and after a lot of effort, they returned my money. After 1 week they blocked my account. After blocking they delivered my 2 items so I refused to receive them because they blocked my account so how do I receive them?

                            Sir kya ye mera resolve nhi kiya jayega? Kya flipkart ka system itna khrab hai ki wo apne costumer ko aise block kr deta h? Kya inke pas hr problem ka resolution block krna hi rh gya hai. Sir agar main wrong hu to mai agree ho jati lekin bina glti ke punishment manjoor nhi hai. Aur aapko madad krni ho kriye nhi to seedha seedha email kriye ki nhi ho payega aise wait na kraye.

                              My user id [protected]@gmail.com blocked for the last 10 days without any intimation. Customer service representatives saying email already shared on 16/01/23 on my registered email id. But no email received by me (even checked spam folder). From then repeated calls to customer service but each and every time I call they are telling to wait for another 24 hours for resolution. But no solution has been provided till now. I want to know the reason for such block..

                                I am trying to exchange my Redmi note 11s. When I am trying to enter my IMEI number in the exchange window, an error popping up as The IMEI number does not match with Redmi note 11s. I have double checked the IMEI number and it was correct. Please resolve this.

                                  I have ordered a tv from flipkart. In Flipkart application the delivery date showing as 17 Jan 2023 but it hasn't been delivered yet. I asked them to cancel the order and refund the amount. They're not doing that.

                                    This fraud Flipkart havent paid my money to the bank and this affected my cibil very badly. As i went bank for a LOAN they told me that im not eligible for the LOAN because of this bad cibil. Actually i have paid the amount to flipkart on the right time because of this ### shopping site i had to face this . Actually i raised my complaint on December first week but they haven’t done anything . They are not at all serious on this . Bloody ### .
