I have placed order and I have done the payment via Google pay. But the flipkart loading page was asking to pay again. So I made payment again. And later I saw the debited alert msg from icici Bank had received twice in tha name of same amount but different upi ID. I need refund for the extra charges.

    I ordered a red tape shoes of price 1334, through flipkart
    Today I received a product but i get an old used shoes which is fully damaged. I receive completely different shoes .
    And I also received undelivered products, message from flipkart.
    What i do ...help me???

      I found a fraudulent transaction in my SBI Credit card (no. [protected]) on the day of 1st December 2022
      TRANSFER TO MERCHANT EMI Rs. 20696.52. This is not done by me and I don't even get any notification regarding this. So I request you to please investigate the same and reply me.

          I had purchased noise colorfit vision 2 buzz smart watch with one day delivery from Flipkart site order number Order ID - OD[protected]
          The smart watch came in a Flipkart envelope with the box without having a plastic cover and also the watch didn’t have the plastic tag cover on it. The Ekart representative stated his job is to just show that the watch is present in the box as per open box policy and whether it’s working or not is not his concern and refused to take it back. He said to keep for charging and it will work. I charged for more than an hour but the watch won’t switch on. I raised a replacement and two times they changed call back time. Last evening (29/12/2022) got a message that I didn’t answer the call whereas on one ring the rep cut the call. I called Flipkart customer service and was told to wait until 30/12/2022 as call will come at 2.10pm. A lady called and when I told her the issue, she hung up on me and suddenly got an sms stating, they will make one final call on 31/12/2022 between 6pm to 6.30pm post which replacement won’t be possible. This afternoon (30/12/2022) I called Flipkart customer service and the rep Sunny sounded incompetent and unconfident and hence asked for supervisor, Ankita came on the line saying she needs to do troubleshooting and since I was at work she said to call back and she will leave a note to try and help.
          I’m being given a run around for 7 day replacement policy for a dead on arrival product and no one is cooperating in getting this resolved.

            I purchased a [IFB 30 L Oil free cooking microwave with steam clean Convection Microwave Oven 30BC5 Black], through online store of flipkart and paid a total amount of [Rs.12935] on 07.10.2022.

            It seems that the product is defective in the package. I had complained to customer care team but they’re not helpful and have raised many complaint about this issue but unfortunately there is no response on the same, so I am here to seek for your help.

                  On 20 December 2022 I placed an order(Order ID-OD[protected] of the two Product-
                  1. KINOKI XC01 EGG COOKER of Rs.259 and
                  2. Hachiko Best Quality Imported(COMBO OF 3)Dog Needs High Quality of Rs. 449.
                  I pay Rs.708 with Ref.[protected] to Flipkart through his application, and immediately the Product 2. Hachiko Best Quality Imported(COMBO OF 3)Dog Needs High Quality was damages/ defective but the full amount is debited from my account.
                  and immediately on the same day25 December, 2022 i raised the complaint to flipkart for the replacement of mu product, today around 10:30am ekart delivery boy came to my house and say the product is damaged so I cannot take back the product.

                  Now if the product is in good condition or not damages or defective then why would I issue the replacement for the said product.
                  Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                  I ordered whelp cover for car received on 2nd jan 2023 order id is-OD[protected]. But i found i used old and damage product i raised the complaint with the help of flipkart executive over call but while on call my account got blocked while the executive was raising the complaint and i am not able to return the product or even access my flipkart account. Please help me on this my contact no is -[protected]

                    and from 20 December, 2021 till 30th December, 2022 almost 30+ times i have communicate with his flipkart team but they are delaying this refund and in the same order i have also on 24th December shared my account details with the flipkart.

                    till 30th December 14:35 there is no update regarding when will i get my refund and not they are postpone the till date by date

                            I have created flipkart account 3-4 years back with a mobile number that I no longer have access to. I have access to the registered email but Flipkart is not letting me update my mobile number using email verification.

                            When i tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as i lost the number and i dont have it. This is making it impossible for me to change the mobile number.
                            Please help me to update my new mobile number to my flipkart account.

                              I ordered Philips home theatre from Flipkart because the specifications shows on the app that there is inbuilt FM and memory card slot present in the item but when I received the same product shown in the image there is no inbuilt FM and memory card slot present in the item then i complaint many times there is no satisfaction solution giving from the Flipkart they make fool again and again My order id is OD[protected]

                                Hi, I had purchased a mobile charger 65 W fast charging support on 11th Nov 2022. Order number OD[protected]. After 20 days it was not charging as fast as it could. But after month it has stopped working. Now it is not charging at all. I want my refund back as it doesn.t make any sense selling such waste products and we as consumer get in trap. If this could had happen after 8 to 10 months we would had understood. Already launch a complaint to Flipkart but they could not help apart from raising this issue with seller. Kindly help me getting my money back.

                                    I ordered Amazfit T rex watch on 15 December 2022 payed 5899/- waited for a week I got a mi charger which I got in 22 December almost 7 days waited for my order ered watch but I got a useless charger. I lost my money and time . Ordered the wach for a function day after tomorrow. What will I do
                                    By this I lost my trust in Flipkart.
                                    It's been 5 days iam waiting for the your call back to return the product already called 3 times to your call centre they simply telling will resolve with in 24 all the time when I call them.

                                      Dear Sir,

                                      I didn't have any flipkart pay later option on my register mobile no [protected]. In my cibil score it's showing I bought some purchase on June 5th but i didn't purchase any product. It affect my cibil score and I Checked IDFC Bank directly they said you can get mail confirmation from flipkart. I tried more than 3month on flipkart customer care they didnt provied the solution for it.
