I order marq 560 refrigerator without delivery and without my notice Flipkart cancel my order with no information...entire amt was already been paid . Flipkart is just cheating the valuable customer..no proper information from support team also..

They requested to place order once again n i did it by paying them once again but in return Flipkart is just keept on cheating n flase commitment delivery was passed since 2 days but not yet delivered .. delivery has to been in chennai main area near highcourt...

    In an order replacement for a small size, I received a wrong item, then I obviously had to request another replacement. Pick up of the new replacement was completed by 15th of Dec but the replacement order was yet to be delivered. It reached the nearest delivery hub by 20th of Dec 6 am but they were not able to deliver the order till 27th Dec stating some error. Now my account is Blocked. And I can't even check the account details now, neither the customer support team can. Also, neither the replacement order has been delivered nor the refund has been initiated.

      I ordered an laptop worth ₹65000 from Flipkart during year end sale on 25/12/2022. The original price was higher but I got for 65000 during the sale.I also opted for the exchange offer which gave surprisingly high value for my old laptop (₹13500 for 10+year old laptop but in good condition). I am complaining because whenever i opt for exchange process in an order Flipkart always not delivers my order and gives me refund instead. I tried to contact the customer care but they said don't worry they will deliver it tommorow. It happened with me the previous time also when I opted for exchange process.they show high value for laptop in exchange offer and then refund your money instead of delivering the order. Please look into this matter otherwise I will surely have to give up online services.

        On 13th of December 2022, we ordered Vedic Books (a set of 9 volumes) on Flipkart App.

        On 19th of December 2022, Flikart delivered us some other small book which was completely a different product from the ordered item.

        Since then 100s of phone calls we are having with Flipkart people. They are only talking and committing Return of wrong product and Initiating a Refund to us.

        Ordered value product cost was 3700 INR. Product delivered cost is 450 INR.

        Dear Flipkart - Are you playing with us ?! Are you playing with a Prime Customer?! Since last 9 days now.

        Are you showcasing fake publications ?!
        Promoting Western books & blocking Vedic Books ?!
        Are you Anti Hindu ?!

        When I have paid full money for 9 Vedic Books, why have you sent me a Western book of 1 copy ?!

        Why not take back the wrong book or refund money even after non-stop complaints?!

        Any hidden antinational agenda ?!

        Immediately can you take action?! It's enough NOW !!!

          I ordered google Pixel 6a on 19th Dec and received on 21st dec. I open the Flipkart cardboard box and I found that Manufacturer seal tampered on product box. Find the attached image. In that image I had marked the tempered Google brand seal. When I do the unboxing i had taken the Video. Because of Product box seal tempered I don't open the product box. I applied for the replacement but i got rejected 2 times.

            Hello team
            I purchased OnePlus Nord 2t mobile phone from Flipkart
            Company delivered defective product not switch on
            So i raised complaint regarding issue 8 times return raised but pickup not complete no one come for pickup
            All pickup cancelled by seller without any reason
            I am waiting from 12 days for resulation
            I already contact more then 100 times with customer care team but not responding
            They provide fake information and fake promises
            Very cheap service
            Flipkart is worst company of earth 🌍

                      I had ordered realme Buds Air 3 Neo on 14th November 2022 for a month it worked but now it is showing pairing as two devices even reset option is also not working I checked in service center and they told to replace this product now I contacted flipkart customer care and informed them about this problem and give replace this product but they are refusing to exchange this product and inform us to go next district service center(salem, tamilnadu)if they are not replacing mean what is the value for my money? I want to replace that product as manufacturing defect.

                                    I ordered raymond blazer from flipkart . When i received i found there is some abnormality in its shape so decided to return it as it was in return period of 7 days. But when i raised issue, flipkart gave me date of 26 dec to resolve by then buy today(on26 dec), i received a text in which they extended the date for 28 dec.
