Dear Sir/Madam,

Please take note that the received item color is completely different and also fitting is not as per order & the specifications listed on Flipkart (jeans fitting is not 'Boot leg' type, whereas received item fitting is 'Skinny' and same information mentioned on the attached tag (Please refer to the attached pictures)

I've raised a return request on 30-Dec-2022, and itcwas supposed to closed on 03-Jan-2023.

I've received an email from Flipkart customer service asking to provide multiple pictures and documents stating that if this doesn't fall under return policy it may be cancelled.

As a customer, we're not responsible to experience such things for a bad seller mistakes.

Please, kindly look into this and help us to process the return request and refund the amount!

    I have ordered ( order no. OD[protected] realme gt 2 mobile and item cancelled due to unboxing issue.flipkart said ammount has been refunded but i have checked money still not credited.i have attached snapshots for the product and attached bank statement for the same

I have paid 28932 rs via sbi debit card but till now ammount still not credited. I can attach my bank statement for the same if required. Refer attached snapshots. Kindly refund the amount.         The flipkart seller, CIGFIL RETAIL PVT LTD, forgot to print the serial number of the mac mini I purchased (instead they printed an IMEI number).
        I've spoken to apple support teams and they cant update my coverage/warranty as they don't see any serial number on the invoice. I'd repeatedly asking the flipkart support and the chat agents keeps disconnecting and cant answer directly with me. Such a bunch of cowardice. If anything do update the Serial number on my invoice or else inform the seller to update the purchase date to the apple database so that apple themselves can handle it.

          Hello sir, I am Jimmy Kumar, i ordered a car wheel cover from flipkart and received on 2nd jan 2023 i raised the return request on the same day as the product was old and damage but flipkart blocked and rejected my request and soon account was blocked by flipkart now i am not able to even access to my flipkart account. And these all activities happen while flipkart executive was raising my complaint on call.
          Please help me on this issue i am uploading a photo where order id is mentioned along with the product description.

            I purchased a product from Flipkart on Tue, 12th Jan 2022 - PHILIPS BT3211/15 Trimmer, order no - OD[protected].

            Recently I found that the trimmer is not working. I went to Philips service center, they told me to produce the invoice for the product for repair or replacement.

            Flipkart has removed my invoice details from my Flipkart account.

            The account has been created in this email id - vishnukottayi.[protected]@gmail.com

            Please look at this issue.

              Hi,

              I have ordered a remote-control robot toy from seller ToytownbyCBR (MAA JWALAJI ENTERPRISES, LGF 24 lower Groubd floor, Raj hans shopping plaza, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad-201014) through flipkart (order ID-OD[protected] and received a toy without remote control and also used product. I requested for a return, after one week I got a replacement which is also wrong product, Used, and broken one. when I am trying to speak with customer care there is no proper response from flipkart. I waited more than two weeks and still not received the real product. Please do the needful to sort out the issue.

                  Today we had delivery of our new phone in exchange of old phone. However when the person came for old phone inspection (Wishmaster). He took around 15 minutes to check the phone and at the end he said ther is an issue of discoloration. Which he showed us in white screen. When we asked him to show same in other colour background. He said it is only can been seen in white background and the discoloration is also showing him white. I do not understand how any one can see white line in the cornor of phone in white background. He was not able to justify his issue. Are Flipkart making fool to customer. When i tried to connect with Flipkart customer care. They said as per policy, wishmaster has only authority to finalize. There should be some stict action will be taken against such person and company.

                          I ordered a shoes of nike of Rs. 2600 from flipkart on 16 December 2022 with order id OD[protected] . I received it on 19 December 2022.But it was empty box so I placed the replacement or refund on 20th December. So this time I initiated return. And they reject and cancelled the return. Which was not intimated to me neither they show on flipkart order summary. Now I placed again return but they assign me time till 22Dec. But my return date is valid upto 29st December 2022. They are just harrasing me and wasting my time. As I waited for the whole day on till now. I want my refund and give my money back also for harrasing me mentally. Please recover my hard earned money.

                            Hi team,

                            I placed an order through www.flipkart.com. my order ID- OD[protected] . After received my parcel I saw there was no product inside the box. Then I placed a return and refund request but flipkart cancelled the request. After cancelled my return request again i placed 7*8 times return request but every time flipkart cancelled it. Product is delivered on 19Dec and Today is 01 jan. I have unbox video proof. And also the box I received is the bill which I received another description and address.

                              Hi I am Vishnu sai I paid the pay later payment for the December bill and money got deducted. I used google pay to pay the same and in google pay it shows successful but in flipkart, it shows dues are pending .

                              Please please please, help me for this. I want my money refund to my bank account. Or else check with the transaction and clear the December bill.

                                  Didn't give refund as promised by them after receiving the order

                                  I bought Compaq 109 cm (43 inch) Ultra HD (4K) LED Smart Android TV when the cost was at 18999/- before applying card offers provided my Flipkart and with 7 day price match promise, but after I ordered price of this product decreased by more than 1000/- and I claimed for price match promise.
                                  I got a reply from your side that rs 1000/- refund will be credited after 48 hours of delivery
                                  But refund is not credited as you promised.br...

                                    I ordered a dongle of tp link of Rs. 890 from flipkart on 17 December 2022 with order id OD[protected]. I received it on 19 December 2022.But it was defective so I placed the replacement on 20th December. It was replaced on 24th December. Which was again not working. So this time I initiated return. Then they assign the delivery person but that person automatically reject without visiting to my home. And they reject and cancelled the return. Which was not intimated to me neither they show on flipkart order summary. Now I placed again return but they assign me time till 2nd January 2023. But my return date is valid upto 31st December 2022. When I called in morning he gave me time to visit 11: 30 A. M. But even till 5 P. M. He did not come to pick up. They are just harrasing me and wasting my time. As I waited for the whole day on 30th and 31st both. I want my tp link product to return and give my money back also for harrasing me mentally. Please recover my hard earned money.

                                      Today I am expecting the delivery of a credit card from SBI Bank. I have not placed this order, but SBI Bank has arranged it with Flipkart.

                                      Here are the details of the order:
                                      Your SBI Card sent via Delhivery Reference No EV[protected] will be attempted today. Pls provide this Delivery Authentication Code 8594

                                      I have given my home address as usual because I am a regular customer of Flipkart and have received several item delivered at my home address.
                                      However, this time, the agent is refusing to deliver the product at my address. He is asking me to collect it from a town 5 kilometres away from my village.

                                      Therefore, I request that either the company deliver the product at my home address or cancel this deal with the SBI Bank so that they can choose other delivery partners.
