Dear Sir,

I didn't have any flipkart pay later option on my register mobile no [protected]. In my cibil score it's showing I bought some purchase on June 5th but i didn't purchase any product. It affect my cibil score and I Checked IDFC Bank directly they said you can get mail confirmation from flipkart. I tried more than 3month on flipkart customer care they didnt provied the solution for it.

I ordered an apple charger on 23rd december and on the very next day i received my order but when i opened i got to see only newspaper and carboard box folded up in the box and i even noticed that the packaging was tampered from the bottom, there was not any product in the box just only newspaper and cardboard sheets was present there. I have been ordering from filpkart since 2019 and i ordered product even of 80k but haven’t met a...

15 days earlier i had ordered screen guard for my Amazfit GTR 2. In the photo description it was round so i ordered the product but when i receive the product it shape was Square. Just because they have no return policy they rejected my refund and for replacement also they are taking so much time. My money is stuck nor i can order another one. This no return policy fraud had disappointed me alot. Need some help...

Sir i am unable to login to my account. I have forgotten my password. If i try to reset it. The otp is not receiving and sometimes it is saying that login with otp is unavailable please contact customer care. And i have contacted many timed to flipkart and i haven't got a clarity about it. Still the prblm continues.

Flipkart is playing with customers not delivering to the pincode 500005/69.
It takes the order then delays and finaly cancels saying logistic issues.
Don't waste time and money of customers.

Wrost service i ever got from flipkart. i lived outside of india and, for sake of parent’s health I do order groceries online through flipkart but this time unfortunately i got wrong item which my parent don’t use in my home. I made two three requests for return wrong order, but its been rejected. My faith on some giant online shopping sites like flipkart is being faded. That reason i always praise online website in canada they never do fraud with their customers. They know their values. By through this, you are losing a valuable customer like me from your shopping platform, however i lost 1900 inr groceries but in future you will lose the customer who could worth it more than 100, 000inr . I am going to delete flipkart app from iphone . Thanks for this kind of service..

I ordered jeans but i got from different brand i simply go to app to create return but app is asking for otp to create return..It is very first time when app is asking for otp to create return my registered number is off right now not off but havent recharge because im using another no. For now
This is more disgusting when i go for client support they are not responding me msg they simply give only 1 option request a call to your registered mobile no.
Seriously..im going to uninstall this app right now

I order L size but delivered S size, wrong size delivered to me. I place return request but two time reject my request. And again I place return request but not resolve my issue and not approved my return request. Only few days left for return. If again reject what can i do. Please helpe for providing my refund.

When I tried to return a product which is returnable, continuous error occurred shows please try again later for every time I tried request return.

I order marq 560 refrigerator without delivery and without my notice Flipkart cancel my order with no information...entire amt was already been paid . Flipkart is just cheating the valuable customer..no proper information from support team also..

They requested to place order once again n i did it by paying them once again but in return Flipkart is just keept on cheating n flase commitment delivery was passed since 2 days but not yet delivered .. delivery has to been in chennai main area near highcourt...

In an order replacement for a small size, I received a wrong item, then I obviously had to request another replacement. Pick up of the new replacement was completed by 15th of Dec but the replacement order was yet to be delivered. It reached the nearest delivery hub by 20th of Dec 6 am but they were not able to deliver the order till 27th Dec stating some error. Now my account is Blocked. And I can't even check the account details now, neither the customer support team can. Also, neither the replacement order has been delivered nor the refund has been initiated.

I ordered an laptop worth ₹65000 from Flipkart during year end sale on 25/12/2022. The original price was higher but I got for 65000 during the sale.I also opted for the exchange offer which gave surprisingly high value for my old laptop (₹13500 for 10+year old laptop but in good condition). I am complaining because whenever i opt for exchange process in an order Flipkart always not delivers my order and gives me refund instead. I tried to contact the customer care but they said don't worry they will deliver it tommorow. It happened with me the previous time also when I opted for exchange process.they show high value for laptop in exchange offer and then refund your money instead of delivering the order. Please look into this matter otherwise I will surely have to give up online services.

On 13th of December 2022, we ordered Vedic Books (a set of 9 volumes) on Flipkart App.

On 19th of December 2022, Flikart delivered us some other small book which was completely a different product from the ordered item.

Since then 100s of phone calls we are having with Flipkart people. They are only talking and committing Return of wrong product and Initiating a Refund to us.

Ordered value product cost was 3700 INR. Product delivered cost is 450 INR.

Dear Flipkart - Are you playing with us ?! Are you playing with a Prime Customer?! Since last 9 days now.

Promoting Western books & blocking Vedic Books ?!
Are you Anti Hindu ?!

When I have paid full money for 9 Vedic Books, why have you sent me a Western book of 1 copy ?!

Why not take back the wrong book or refund money even after non-stop complaints?!

Any hidden antinational agenda ?!

I ordered google Pixel 6a on 19th Dec and received on 21st dec. I open the Flipkart cardboard box and I found that Manufacturer seal tampered on product box. Find the attached image. In that image I had marked the tempered Google brand seal. When I do the unboxing i had taken the Video. Because of Product box seal tempered I don't open the product box. I applied for the replacement but i got rejected 2 times.

Company delivered defective product not switch on
So i raised complaint regarding issue 8 times return raised but pickup not complete no one come for pickup
All pickup cancelled by seller without any reason
I am waiting from 12 days for resulation
I already contact more then 100 times with customer care team but not responding
They provide fake information and fake promises
Very cheap service
Flipkart is worst company of earth 🌍

My account deactivated mistakenly. Now I'm not able to reactivate it through any means. I tried on dekstop too but it also not working in any pc i have tried. Customer care support aaso not responding to this matter. Kindly look into this and reactivate my account as soon as possible Flipkart.
