I have placed an order for L32FHD on 28th oct'16 but delivered at my home L32FBC on 04 nov'16. revarding i have complend to flipkert by customer care service and he was giving me dead line till 08 OCT'16 but till date not resolved my complaint and not delivered my placed order LED (L32FHD)

sir, here wrongly showig resolved while my case till date not resolved on 16 nov'16 his techinical team approved this complaint for replacement but till date product not deliverd but flipkert team blame to me that he was deliverd to me my product regarding i have multiple complant to flipkert team but till time he is requesting to me that more time for resolved this case and he is not able to commitment date for dilever so i am requesting to you please do needful i am completly frestated and upset regarding flipkert service thanks avdhesh

please suggest to me what legal action we will take against flipkert ?
because approx 25 day left after order placed date. and his all commitment date was fake because his last commitment date is 22 nov'16 but till date not able to actual delivery date. or he will give me my actual product or not

    Ordered a fridge on Dhan Teras in October from Flipkart. The product was supposed to be delivered in 5 days and here i am more than 20 days. I haven't received any calls or messages. And then when I started contacting Flipkart support through social media, Contact no. They awaited me for 7 days and said they will deliver my product. And today my product is canceled. This fridge was for my Mother, She waited very long.

    Flipkart has fooled me and my mother big time. Thank you Flipkart.
    Flipkart executives used to call me every day with that your product will be delivered today, tomorrow & day after tomorrow.

    And today it is canceled automatically by Flipkart team. I hope someone can help me with this mess.

        I had ordered an mobile from flipkart and also made my payment of 12186rs by debit card . due to an color issue i had cancelled the order, they told me that they will refund my money within 48 hours but i dint receive my money and I called for flipkart customer care but they were least bothered about my problem and they were rude at there explanation

        my order time was at 10/11/2016 between 6:45AM to 7:15AM
        and time of cancellation was at 10/11/2016 between 7:30AM TO 8:00AM

          We had raised a complaint with flipcart tollfree no having Flipkart Customer Service ID-- OD[protected]. They told it will be resolved by 11th Nov 2016 11:30 AM IST.

          But my issue has not been fixed yet. Please help me.

          My issue was-
          We had purchased mobile LeEco Le 2 from flipcart.com. We had received special MakeMyTrip voucher of Rs 2000. It has 16-digit card number, card pin and expiry date. When we tried to use it for flight booking on make my trip, it says "invalid category selected" along with a message that Rs 2000 are there in gift coupon.

          Please help and let me know the process to avail this offer on makemytrip.

                I ordered Moto E3 Power on 19/oct/2016 over Flipkart, I got it delivered by 23/oct/2016. By 3/Nov/2016 my phone speaker stopped working. Now since its 10 days after the defect came, so fliipkart is not accepting as the return policy is within 10 days and defect came on 11th day. I called flipkart customer care but they were unable to help on this as return policy doesn't match. I want to make a written complaint against flipkart as they are promoting any product without Quality check. My Rs.7999 for the product is worthless. I want my money back.

                  I have ordered the product on 2nd Oct and paid the full amount thru credit card and till now the product is not delivered and on their website they have mentioned it is delivered on 26th Oct. I never received the product nor anyone called me to deliver the product(someone please look at the image i have attached all other customers have mentioned the same complaint that they failed to deliver the product but it is mentioned as delivered). I immediately called Flipkart customer care and sent email to the escalation teams and sent a message on twitter as well but til now my complaint is not resolved. Everyday im calling them and asking for an update but everytime a new executive will pick up the phone and saying the product is delivered. when I tell them about the complaint then they'll just transfer and after 1 hr of waiting on call the call sometimes gets connected to their escalation team, the escalation team has few well trained ladies and they're smart enough to just fool the customer by giving some templated statements and everytime shamelessly they say the same line "sorry for the inconvenience and please allow us 24hrs time to give u a firm update" and I have sent multiple emails but everytime its the same templated response (I have attached image of the same) but no one has called back or fixed the issue. Its almost 40 days now but no update yet. My bank has already imposed the fine for late payment and extra charges for not paying the amount.ANd also I have to give one month extra rent to my owner as the contract was over on 31st Oct and just to get this product i extended my stay. I need full refund and compensation along with the fine, rent and extra charges. Today someone from flipkart called and start shouting and said he will not help me and harassed me to do anything I can do. Please look into this on priority basis. Thanks in advance.

                    Flipkart is having worst ever service provided for Kenstar 20 L Convection Microwave Oven (M/O KJ20CBG101, Black):
                    Once you call them for installation, they will promise you for installation within 2 days, but that is just the beginning of worst service era. They keep giving you next date for installation and this process can continue for more than 20 days. Meanwhile, if you ask reason for delay, they will keep blaming Kenstar guys.

                    And, all there customer service department are having no etiquette, they will treat you as if you have done a crime buying a product. Also they will keep you on hold for around 10-15 odd mins to check the status, and then will reply system not working/network issues/24 hrs resolution will be provided. But, that is just the talk they are expert in.

                    I seriously request all of you to go with some other online retailer but not flipkart. Now they have become bigger company but they hire cheap language idiots, so you cannot expect much in terms of service.

                    P.S.- It's been 24 days and I am still waiting for installation guy and I stay in Delhi (you can't expect such delay at least here).

                      Hi flipkart team,
                      I had placed an order with flipkart india - order #od[protected] on 28rd oct 2016, but flipkart did not deliver the product after a week as well. it a disgrace to even speak to them, i had called 7 to 10 times to customer care checking for the same and every time they assured it will be delivered within 2-3 days but nothing happened, and whenever i asked for a supervisor to come online, no one would come on line. i would have received the product by 29th but i am still waiting for the delivery. this is not at all acceptable as i am facing business loss because of the late delivery.
                      This is really disgraceful and i would never use such a company with the underprivileged delivery ever. flipkart a disgrace in the name of online service.

                        I have placed an panasonic led tv for my residence which is in bareilly on big billion days on 3rd october, when theor technicians opnened the product delivered is damaged and flipkart assured me that you will get the new one on 28th oct 2016 i again got an new one which was damaged then i called them for refund their escalation manager on 28th oct took the call his name was arjun and they were assuring me that its been taken care of then on 2nd nov i got the call from flipkart technical department that your refund his accepted and it will be processed once the pick up is done now today 11 nov was pick up date and flipakrt guys told me that we dont know the reason why it happened but its been cancelled they even didn't informed me and now again they escalated they told me and your issue will be resolved my diwali dusherra all was sopiled by them feeling harrased by flipkart as its more than a month they dont have regular updates when person got prouct or what, their site will show differnet thing everytime i am having messages as an proof and check your recording also and they were not availble for pickup and now their policy and all flipkart is a big cheat i reported for the item when i bought and how can they commit me first time od[protected]

                          I bought a led tv during big billion sale time having 15% cashback on the product. After, 11 days flipkart cancelled my item automatically and when i raised my grievance to the flipkart representative, he told me to place the order again with promise that i will get led at the same rate and for cashback flipkart will send me an email stating that they will creddit cashback amount in in my card before 31st january, 2017. Again, its been 5 days since i purchased the product, i haven't got any communication from flikart for cashback. What shoukd i do now, its really very frustrated for me to track evrytime again and again. Your service are really pathetic, don't know now what to do.

                              It have to be delivered on 10th of november.. they provide me a update that there can be a delay in 1 day but while i talk to them they are telling me that product will be delivered till 14 th november
                              So if they are not providing delivery on time then why they are doing online business, and providing delivery in 2 days.
                              They are just making fool of customer by just providing excuses.
                              So take necessiary action. because many of customers didnt make any complaint. if posiible make a penalty on them.

                                        Sir after using of this mobile phone in three days it giving network problem it network switch off automatically and
                                        not respond untill restarts and there is major heating problem also and it getting lag vwhich make it slower day by day sir this mobile I bought is with exchange of my old phone that means their is no chances of getting my old phone back as per companies term and condition which means I am in total loss but this pressure and mental stress is unable to take for me so I kindly request you please accept complaint of this product please sir this is too much for my mental conditions if anything happens to me because of your fault the responsibility is fully on Flipkart
