    Hi, My registered number on Flipkart is not working anymore and I switched to new number now. I can't change my number on Flipkart because it's asking for OTP from old number as well which is not accessible anymore.

      I had ordered realme Buds Air 3 Neo on 14th November 2022 for a month it worked but now it is showing pairing as two devices even reset option is also not working I checked in service center and they told to replace this product now I contacted flipkart customer care and informed them about this problem and give replace this product but they are refusing to exchange this product and inform us to go next district service center(salem, tamilnadu)if they are not replacing mean what is the value for my money? I want to replace that product as manufacturing defect.

                  I placed the order and get debited from account but order not placed .I contacted to the the Flipkart support team somebody is saying I will get refund in 24 hours other is saying you have to place the order and then only you will receive the refund. Please help and refund my amount as fast as possible.

                    Hello sir,
                    I ordered raymond blazer from flipkart . When i received i found there is some abnormality in its shape so decided to return it as it was in return period of 7 days. But when i raised issue, flipkart gave me date of 26 dec to resolve by then buy today(on26 dec), i received a text in which they extended the date for 28 dec. Now they are just trying to pass the return period. I request you to plz help me in getting my return approved. Thank you sir

                      Amount debited from my account but order not placed .They are saying it will take around 10 to 11 working day to refund my amount it then the that I placed to buy in sale will get out of stock or its price will increase.So I request you to refund my amount in 2 to 3 days after that the sale will end.

                          I asked for a power bank and they sent me full of soil, I did not receive the power bank. Flipkart company is doing fraud with me. This type of delivery is done from Flipkart's company. That I bought a power bank and instead of power bank they are sending it full of soil. I had complained on 13/12/2022 and the agent of Flipkart told me that the problem will be solved on 17/12/2022 and it has not been solved yet. I did not get the power bank and also did not get the money and no update is being given. My order I'd - OD[protected]

Although, there was a seven days return policy and it was till 24th December 2022, but I was not able to use the return option. I tried to connect with the Flipkart customer care and they are guiding me to call Motorola customer service rather than providing any solution. Please do the needful.

                                    I never faced such a very bad experience from any other online purchases before rather than this, I was ordered one automatic washing machine from Flipkart on December 8 2022 ( Order ID - OD[protected] The purchase was prepaid and amount of Rs: 22590 and 200 Super coins has been deducted from the account same time. Until Today (24-Dec-2022) order status is still on Pending Due to the reason showing Payment not Confirmed from Bank. I already Spoke with Federal Bank regarding this and they said amount of 22590 is already sent to the Merchant (ARN-No of Transaction given from bank) and if Merchant raise a refund request only they can refund the money. I called 10 times between these days with the Flipkart Customer care service ; they always face technical issues or not ready to transfer the call to higher end department. Always getting the same reply within 24hrs to 48hrs i to receive a call back from Flipkart concern department. Still no response. I supposed Flipkart had a better customer care department. I look forward to hearing from you and to the resolution of this problem.

                                      Complaint: Duplicate product received without brand packaging which was not replaced or returned, even after multiple requests many times
                                      I placed this order a month ago and have requested multiple
                                      replacements/returns, for a month the next date was given, and although the seller was canceling the order, again and again, no one came for pickup or replacement. Now, after a month customer care executives are saying, we do not have a facility to return/replace it anymore.
                                      I want my money back, you take this order, I do not want to risk my health with a duplicate product, it's untouched it now.
                                      The behavior from Flipkart was unacceptable. Its Flipkart who allows the seller to sell any product, but customers like us bear the cost and consequences.
