I have purchased the product ID no. (OD[protected] of 2 quantities of Fortune 5L oil and 1 quantity of Safolla oil on oct 1st, 2022 for RS 1933 through FLIPKART WALLET but the seller himself cancelled the order on oct 8th, 2022 and told me that the same will be credited back to my wallet by 18th october but after several repeated calls they replied to my mail that to get the money i should redeem the same amount by entering the 16 digit number and the 6 digit PIN number which is obviously impossible because once we redeem and added the money into the wallet it is not possible to redeem again by re-entering it but i tried it again which is again being fooled by them.
i have called complained for several times for more than 60 times and even explained for every more than one hour for most of the calls.
on 22nd november 2022 again, i got a mail that i will receive my refund within 24 hours and i requested for call back again what they told is to wait till 24th november and again today when i complain they told me that the issue will get resolved by 27th november which keeps irritating me again and again and promised it will get resolved by the said time and date by them.
so please try to solve my problem and prove me the refund as per transaction history.
it stresses me a lot and my time, energy and money
