I have received a whatsapp message that my account deactivated due to mobile number is not varified to reactivate reply with 1, or contact with our customer executive reply with 2 . I replied 2 but no one call me. but next day means yesterday my account has been logged out. Then I replied to that message for reactivate my account, they asked me the OTP share OTP for reactivate my account, i got mail and message that my Flipkart account mobile number has been changed . Sharing OTP is the biggest mistake which I have done.
The accused has hacked my account and has used my Flipkart paylater option and has ordered almost worth of Rs 9894 from my Flipkart later account. Request you to cancel the payment done by the hacker.
I am sharing all the required screenshots regarding this. Thank you.

    I have created flipkart account seven years back with a mobile number. Few months ago i lost my mobile phone and the number.

    The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as i lost the number and i dont have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.
    Please do suggest me to update my new mobile number to my flipkart account

        Flipkart has blocked my account. Whenever I contact customer support team always say our backend team will contact team after 3-4months one of their executive told us that our backend team send a message that your has been blocked due to high number of returns and cancellation but they didn't tell how much there is no fixed landmark. I want to just say that if they are claiming 7-15 days return policy then how can they suspend any account for product return if anyone getting third grade product or missing product.
        Please help me sir in resolving this issue.

            I placed an order to buy Attic Solid Wood Study Table (Order OD[protected] online from Flipkart on 13.10.2022. I paid ₹14, 399.00 for this. But this product is not delivered till date. I complained many times about the delivery of this product on Flipkart site. Every time their team asked for delivery within two or three days and last site showed delivery of product on 30.11.2022. But the product has not yet been delivered.
            I have not only suffered financial loss but also wasted precious time due to this purchase.

              Order ID - OD[protected] from flipkart site. Payment got deducted from my HDFC bank account but flipkart shows 'payment not received from the bank' and 'order is pending'. I have been waiting for 2 days to happen something. I lodged a complain also on flipcart but no response even after 48 hours. Nor they are refunding my money nor they are confirming the order. They are simply ignoring my request.

                I have ordered grocery on flipkart via cash on delivery, and at the time of delivery I paid the amount to merchant (Flipkart) QR code via UPI and it went to processing so the delivery agent made delivery by cash and took cash from me, and it was successful but after some time the processing transaction was also successful, and in the end i have paid double amount for one order .When I checked with flipkart customer service they told me that the order was completed with cash on delivery method. So please refund the doubled amount which i paid. Order ID-OD[protected]

                    I ordered a katha stich saree from Flipkart on 23rd November 2022. The order no. is OD[protected]. I received a different design of saree on 29th November 2022. On 29th November 2022itself I have placed a replacement request which was approved. But on 5th December 2022 Flipkart automatically cancelled my replacement. Then on 5th December itself i placed a return request but on 6th December 2022 the seller again rejected my return request. This is mental harrasment which i m facing from Flipkart. I want my refund asap.

                        I ordered airpods from flipkart which were delivered to me 24th july, 2022
                        And since that day I’m constantly writing complaint emails to them but firstly I was getting automated reply and now that to also stopped no one helped from the customer care after constantly writing emails to them

                        Its been 7 days today since i filed a complaint on consumer complaints page but even after that also no help has been provided infact not even got a single call from a customer care representative

                            When I try to login to the flipkart account today, it shows that your account is blocked. I cannot able to contact customer service. when I try to go to customer service, it shows login to continue. but I cannot able to log in because my account is blocked.so please help me to get my account back.

                              Hello,
                              My two Flipkart accounts are blocked without giving me any reason and also did not send any mail to this. I was a plus member on these two Flipkart accounts and also I have Flipkart Pay Letter Account in the second account, there is a pending amount is rs.445/- and the due is 05.12.22, I have called several times regarding the blocked account, and told them please open my Flipkart account so I can repay my dues and they told me that their executive calls me and resolved my issues but I did not receive any calls from Flipkart support care and my issues still pending my Flipkart does not unblock and my Flipkart pay letter pay is still due and the due date is going also, the late fee will be charged for the late payment and I have to pay the late fee even where it is not my fault.

                              My issue still does not solve my two Flipkart accounts still is blocked and my Flipkart Pay Letter payment is also due and also I have to pay the late fee for paying the Flipkart Pay Letter payment after the due date without my fault. I have a complaint to Flipkart support and told them that my two Flipkart accounts were blocked without giving me any notification or Gmail on my registered Gmail id also I'm unable to pay my Flipkart Pay Letter bill if I have missed the due date to clear my Flipkart Pay Letter bill so I have paid the late fee for missing the bill clearing due date and their is not fault.

                                These i have purchased from Flipkart on 02nd October 2022.I only use these earbuds 2 time after that it was stopped working.Right side Earbuds Not Working.I have complaint these to Flipkart customer care.They only provide me Service Centre Link.When I am trying to contact service centre they are not responding.Again I have complaint to Flipkart customer care again they provide me samething.They won't exchange earbuds also.I have attached all the screenshot.Please do the Needfull.

                                    Despite Flipkart having a policy of Customer First, here is a harrowing experience I have been subjected to by Flipkart Customer care team.

                                    1. I purchased Mivi DuoPods M30 earbuds with 42 hours of playtime with order no OD[protected] delivered to me on 27th Nov 2022

                                    2. The item was faulty and immediately booked a return with id[protected] dated 28th Dec 2022.

                                    3. Flipkart customer care person came to pick up the ‘return’ product on 28th Dec 2022 and met the ladies of the house-hold in my absence at the return pick up address and returned without accepting the product, misbehaved with ladies and noted on the incident IN[protected]. This incident was closed without my consent.

                                    4. I again booked a return with flipkart[protected] on 2nd Dec which has not been acted upon till the i, e of this communication. Surprisingly, I received a message on 3rd Dec, 9:21 PM Mentioning that the return has been cancelled by me(image attached) . This unilateral action by CS team is baffling and tantamount to customer harassment on purpose. Please note no one from flipkart came to the address for the return.

                                    5. Today morning, subsequent to the above incident, after request, I got a call from Flipkart and the person calling has demonstrated absolutely unprofessional and demeaning behaviour in handling this issue and abruptly terminated the call.

                                    I do not have any recourse but to take up the legal option as it is not a question of bad behaviour, unethical practice but it is depriving me of the right to fair trade practices so much talked about by Flipkart.

                                    My request to you is simply takeup with flipkart to arrange pickup by 6th Dec.

                                      My Flipkart was blocked a month ago
                                      I have contacted their customer care 7 times everytime they told "wait for 3 more days, our backend team will contact you through mail", it's been a month and not a single mail came from them
                                      My money has been stored in that account as gift voucher. I had returned some products Becz of quality or size issues and opted for refund as gift voucher for easy transaction in the future. Which means my has been struck in that account.
                                      How can they block my account, without any intimation or warning. And I even have plus membership for which they ensured "high priority customer support" which they forgot I guess.
                                      This comes under fraud, taking money without imitation or warning
                                      I will escalate the complaint if I don't get my money back.
                                      Never expected this from Flipkart..

Evn till date, the pick up has not been arranged and all of a sudden am getting a call back saying that the return pick up will get delayed indefimately ( for no fault of mone ), .I told them that I will nt be available but my all please till date have fallen on deaf ears .

                                        I do not have any recourse but to take up with a Forum like yours as it is not a question of bad behaviour, unethical practice but it is depriving me of the right to fair trade practices so much talked about by Flipkart.

                                        Flipkart has to understand that in the competitive retail space t heyk have to be polite and provide full after sales support, which I strongly belive their staff has failed to do so till now in the instant case .

                                        My request to you is to approach the Retail Major(Flipkart) and help me to get the issue sorted .
