Dear Sir/Madam,
This is Tanmoy Roy, hereby writing to complain about Flipkart and how they did fraud with me. I ordered a Greensoul chair on 27th Sept 2022 (ID- OD[protected], for which I got delivery on 6th october. After receiving the product I found some problem in chair and faults, for which I placed return and refund within the stipulated date given for the product. After talking with seller (Greensoul) and Flipkart, both agreed for return and refund also.The product was picked up by them on 27th of October (for which I have video evidence) however still the process is not initiated. After talking to Green soul, they confirm refund of product from their side. But Flipkart is not cooperating and refunding my money. They are even disconnecting calls when I am trying to connect with them, not giving any solution. My money (Rs. 7428) is still stuck by Flipkart.
Consumer complaints platform is my last hope and I have complete faith that your authority will take strict measures against such fraud. It is my earnest request to your authority to look into the issue immediately and take immediate steps to refund my money.
Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
