Despite Flipkart having a policy of Customer First, here is a harrowing experience I have been subjected to by Flipkart Customer care team.

1. I purchased Mivi DuoPods M30 earbuds with 42 hours of playtime with order no OD[protected] delivered to me on 27th Nov 2022

2. The item was faulty and immediately booked a return with id[protected] dated 28th Dec 2022.

3. Flipkart customer care person came to pick up the ‘return’ product on 28th Dec 2022 and met the ladies of the house-hold in my absence at the return pick up address and returned without accepting the product, misbehaved with ladies and noted on the incident IN[protected]. This incident was closed without my consent.

4. I again booked a return with flipkart[protected] on 2nd Dec which has not been acted upon till the i, e of this communication. Surprisingly, I received a message on 3rd Dec, 9:21 PM Mentioning that the return has been cancelled by me(image attached) . This unilateral action by CS team is baffling and tantamount to customer harassment on purpose. Please note no one from flipkart came to the address for the return.

5. Today morning, subsequent to the above incident, after request, I got a call from Flipkart and the person calling has demonstrated absolutely unprofessional and demeaning behaviour in handling this issue and abruptly terminated the call.
6. Evn till date, the pick up has not been arranged and all of a sudden am getting a call back saying that the return pick up will get delayed indefimately ( for no fault of mone ), .I told them that I will nt be available but my all please till date have fallen on deaf ears .

I do not have any recourse but to take up with a Forum like yours as it is not a question of bad behaviour, unethical practice but it is depriving me of the right to fair trade practices so much talked about by Flipkart.

Flipkart has to understand that in the competitive retail space t heyk have to be polite and provide full after sales support, which I strongly belive their staff has failed to do so till now in the instant case .

My request to you is to approach the Retail Major(Flipkart) and help me to get the issue sorted .

    Hey there! Myself shubhalaxmi panda from jajpur, odisha. I ordered a product from flipkart and it's delivered on 1st December, 2022. Then I got to know that it is a wrong size product and an used product so i applied for a return. The pick up man came and picked the product but after some time he rejected the pick up. Then I called him and asked why he rejected the pick up? Then he answered "mam i can't accept the pick up as it is an used product". I told him yes I know it's an used product but there are no multiple option, I only have to choose one option, so i choosed the wrong size option. Then he asked me to talk with the seller. Then I talked to flipkart executive and then the executive himself accept my return request and arranged a pick up. But your pick up man rejected the pick up. I called him and asked why did you cancelled the pick up. He told me "mam I'll not pick up your product and I'll cancel the pick up always". Then again I talked to the flipkart executive and he again accept my return request and arranged a pick up today but your pick up mam again cancel the pick up. He also behaved very disrespectfully to me. So please sir look into this matter and try to solve it as soon as possible.

        I ordered two mobile accessories and Flipkart sent me only one unit,
        I paid them for two unit,
        And now I am unable to raise my complaint on Flipkart,
        Please ask them to either send me the other unit of the product ordered or refund my paid amount.

            On 22nd of November I have ordered Puma shoes of prize 3779. Next day on 23rd of November the product was delivered to me the packaging was totally good. As I take off the packaging and opened the box I was found the used and dirty shoes instead of the shoes that I have order. Since that day I am trying to raise return request but I haven't found the option there although it was under 10 days return policy. So many times I have called and written to flipkart but my issue is not resolved yet. I have not received my refund amount yet.

              I was doing something on my phone at 12:15 Am and suddenly i got massage
              "You have successfully logged to your net banking account" and i got very nervous
              immediately i started trying to login net banking account from my friends laptop
              and then i started to receive OTP like "here is your OTP for txn at FLIPCART P"
              i don't know how that hacker managed to get those otps
              but thing is clear i never shared something to anyone in whole process
              But after three try he made a transaction of 10000 and then i logged in to my
              Kotak Mobile Banking Application And Send All of my money 30000 to my friends account he was still eas trying to make transaction of 5000 after that

                  I am really sad as flipkart has blocked my account.firstly the show different products aand when u order them they deliver different products.and now they have blocked my account.my rs 5000 is blocked there.their customer service is also very bad.no one is resolving my complaint I have requested them so many times.and also I have mailed them.also their senior team is not talking to me they are so confidential people.i and normal housewife and it's very big amount for me.how can I get my money andunblock my account.i

                            I ordered a Marshal Speaker from flipkart on 26 October 2022 of cost 49999/-
                            I got it in scratched condition and i created a return request for it flipkat gives me the option of replacement and the return request cancelled
                            I again creat a return request for it but the return request going cancelled again and again 9 times the request cancelled by flipkart
                            On evert times of return flipkart asked the product pictures and i shelared it always when asked
                            But in last my flipkart account is blocked
                            And i got a mail that we have detected high number of return requests in your purchase history but sir its my first order from flipkart

                              ant my account is blocked by flipkart since 26 of november because of someone hacked my account and orderd many google play gift card and im not aware of this . I complained about it on 26 november 2022 and i didnt received any email from flipkart i talk to customer care and he told me that an email will received you by 1st december and i didnt get any email yet. Please hel me my all invoice was in my acccount and i want to clam my warrenty but without invoice its imposible.

                                      My Flipkart account has been logged in continuously from multiple locations across the country. An order has been placed using my super coins and the product has also been delivered to a location which doesn't seems to be a valid location. Order placed in Uttar Pradesh and product shipped and delivered in Uttar Pradesh.

                                      I have never used my flipkart password anywhere in the past couple of months as they are always logged in my mobile app and corporate PC. It is clear without insiders help one cannot attempt such phishing and utilizing flipkart coins for purchases.

                                      And the most pity thing thorough out this attempt of logging in from a untrusted location, placing order, using super coins for purchases there is not a even single message about unauthorized access from remote location or OTP for the purchase using coins to my mobile number associated with the flipkart account.

                                      This is the security of their IT systems.

                                      When contacted customer support for reporting their solution is to reset password. They are not bothered about their insecure IT systems.
