Nike shoes were delivered to me on 13th Dec but due to fitting issue i had to return the shoes and i created the return on 13th Dec. The pickup agent came and denied to pickup the item as the RVP seal was missing but the shoes which were delivered to me did not have any RVP seal. I raised the complaint to flipkart they said it will be picked up on 18th Dec but on that date also same thing happened, agent denied to pickup as the verification of RVP Seal was showing him to complete pickup. Flipkart is only asking me to wait for 3 days but they are not removing that RVP Seal verification so that the shoes can be picked up.

    I Orderd Shoes From Flipcart But I have Size Issue With The Item As I got a Smaller Size Than I ordered. Now I want to Return The Item but Flipcart Blocked My Account
    Their Customer Support Is Not Helping me I tweeted also But They Are not giving me Any Response.
    I want to Return The Pair Of Shoes I Got A Smaller Size . Then After They Can Block my Account If They Wish to Do .
    Please Help Me I Am Very Sad And In high tension Please Get Back to me

      Flipkart is one of the worst online portal I have used till date, even the new start-ups have better customer services then these cheats. They make fool of clients by first delivering wrong products and then sitting on the return for weeks (that too on a returnable product). Have been getting dates over dates without any resolution. Would highly recommend to avoid it if you want to have peaceful time.

      Wrong geyser was delivered for Order ID - OD[protected] on 9th Dec, then they told that the installation person will come which never came, on 11th Dec I opened the box to realise it's wrong product & I raised complaint for replacement. They committed on call to get the replacement delivered by 14th Dec. Since then they have been shifting the date despite sending multiple snaps and acknowledgement of call center agents that the snap are fine, everytime they send some foolish randon message stating that the snaps are not clear or some delivery guy confirmed intact product etc etc. without telling the issue. Today morning again I received some foolish message. I am fed-up of these cheats and asked them to take product back and refund money which too they are delaying. Not sure if they want me to use geyser in summers.

        Flipkart big scam with me.
        Respected Sir/Mam, Please help me with this scam which facing on flipkart shopping.
        Ordered Oneplus mobile amount of 19739 paid full amount but they Delivered Empty intact percel there are complete items Missing. Flipkart 2 times return rejected. thier all customers support not solve the issue seriously avoiding my refund. we earned money by doing hard work now facing loss now feel die only for flipkart shopping. Please take action on it and refunded my money. more than longer waiting for refund please refunded.

          I had ordered a Misfit trimmer for Rs999 on 9th dec and got the wrong product delivered through bluedart the product was COD and paid Rs999 on receiving the product,

          After opening the box I found that the product inside the box is different from what I ordered
          I have taken photos and videos of the product which I have received and I raised my concern that the app is not showing the Product delivered and when i complained about the same, instead of remarking it as delivered, they extended the date of delivery so that i can't even raise the return request .

          This is fraud behaviour from Flipkart
          I have lost my money and I haven’t got the product
          I want flipkart to give Me the product which I ordered or return my money.

                  Someone hacked my Flipkart account. Now I m not able to login to my account. Problem is my account is plus and it has paylater amount 70k. They are sending 35 otps at the start of the day so that limit is exceeding when I m trying to change the password.

                        I bought a top and paid through a giftcard and upi.my giftcard is refunded but not UPI money but ist shows on app and customer care number that it is refunded.
                        It is so frustrating there is not even a customer care executive to talk to

                                Someone hack my Flipkart account and used my IDFC pay later credit amount to buy iPhone12. And hacker updated the fraudulent Gmail address to enter into my Flipkart account. I reported to police cyber cell and IDFC first bank and Flipkart customer care also but no one take my concern and help me to waive the amount the hacker buy the 63000 thousand iphone 12 using my Flipkart IDFC pay later credit amount. Now unfortunately credit amount was lies on my head please help me to waive the amount. I'm in big trouble 😐

                                  Purchased Titan NQ9710SM01 Raga Analog Watch - For WomenFrom Seller: RetailNet .And received different brand product I.e. ADAMO.Raised a request for refund multiple times but Refund request is getting cancelled again and again. It's a mental harassment.

                                  Last time customer care assured that delivered will be picked up before 19th December but again refund request got cancelled.
                                  Even I received mail like seller has approved your refund request.Still it is keep happening.
                                  Please take strict action on this issue and refund my money back.

                                    I had purchased a product of roadster denim which I would like to return now. I made 3 attempts to return it but within 2-3 days they cancel it. They don't allow me to talk to consumer care. The order was placed on 4th of December and received it on 8th of December. The return is valid till 17th of December. They are cancelling without mentioning sufficient reason. My reason for return falls within there return policy but still they have cancelled it. If you can help me with it I would be thankful
