I had ordered a Lenovo Vibe K-5 Note upon its launch on 4th August, 2016. To our utmost shock, upon opening the package, it comprised of only a Vimbar Soap and Phone Charger. There was no cell phone and other accessories (backcover and screen guard).

Flipkart always commits of delivering the original product to Customer's satisfaction. But this has contradicted Flipkart's commitment and we have lost all our trust on Flipkart.

I have filed a request for return and I really hope this time an original mobile phone with accessories is delivered. Immediate replacement is needed.

    Had bought samsung On 5 mobile vide invoice no. #BLR_WFLD[protected] dated 09 jan 2016. In spite o[censored]sing flip cover and a tempered glass screen card, the top glass of the mobile has cracked . There was no fall of the mobile nor any external tampering. Also, there is no trace of any tampering on the screen guard. I have been handling the phone with utmost care and have used all possible protective recommended accessories such as tempered glass and a flip cover. have not been able to understand the cause of the crack of the top glass . It is requested that the phone be repaired under warranty and I may be intimated the address of the authorised samsung service centre in goa.

      Expected delivery date 6th August. Not delivered on 6th neither on 7th August.
      Customer care guys just keep on saying - "Don't worry, wait till 9pm. Order will get deliver."
      And after calling 9pm, they say it will deliver by tomorrow!!
      This crap is going on for 2 days!!! Same thing.. again and again!!!
      I want to raise complaint against this late delivery!
      And they have special delivery called "In-a-Day Guarantee Delivery"... which is not delivered for past 2 days!!

          I Satish Kumar Address G-4/9, IInd Floor, Sector-16, Rohini, Delhi-110085 placed a order of lenovo note 5 on August 4, 2016. You promised to delivery of products on dated August 6, 2016, but yesterday i.e. 6 august when I call you executive for delivery queries, they assured me product delivery yesterday maximum before 6 pm. and give me mobile number of delivery boy. I contact delivery person, he assured me he will reached my home at 5 pm, but he will not come on that time. Again I call him and again he promise to come at 6 am. But again not come till 7 pm and again call him he promise to reached at 8.30 to 9.00 pm confirm to deliver my product. But neither he come and nor my products. At 10.29 pm he call me (mobile number i.e. [protected]) and said I will be late and not delivery product on that day and assured me to delivery on tomorrow i.e. sunday. I call today you customer care thrice time about delivery but neither they give me proper answer nor give time on delivery and give me another delivery person number. I call today delivery person, he tell me that today is my holiday and I am not come for delivery. I call Bharti, Dolly and other excutive about that. Its a professional work? Are you harassing every customer like this? There is any solution you have it? I think you are truly professional, but I am wrong. I have all call detail and Mobile Number i.e. today delivery boy number is [protected], yesterday delivery boy number is [protected]. Please be professional in future... I hope you understand customer problem. thanks... wait for you reply and action.

              i had purchase a mobile on flipkart. it wat damage.i have been concted to flipkart customer service. they said to me that we will resolve my issue till 7/8/2016, 10.30am.And on 7/8/2016 they said that they will resolve my issue till 9/8/2016. is this is flipkart service? and toay is sunday and flipkart all customer service are closed. now what should i do? it means that flipkart taking your issue very easily. so i will request to all my friend plz dont buy any product from here..

                  Bought 2 led lamps @2400 from flipkart which generally comes with at least 1 year warranty but it stopped working with in a month. Right from very first day it started showing heating problem & if the lamp is kept on for long it goes off due to over heating. With the days passed the duration reduces & it started getting off mere after 15 minutes & finally the lamp the light was getting dimmer day after day & finally it stopped working in a months time. I did not expected such fake products are being sold at flipkart. Contacted customer care, giving the standard reply that items can not be returned after 10 days. Led lamps getting corrupted in one month, even raid side sellers would have been selling better quality products than flipkart.

                          Dear binny,
                          Day before yesterday i placed an order for lenovo k5 note with (Exchange) offer and select the 1 day deliver option where you charged 50/- rs. Also but i did not get the deliver in one day for the same i did compliant on customer care today morning and after that they escalate this case and ensure me that i will get the product today itself till 9 pm.
                          Now approx. 4:45 deliver boy came into my place and asked me about the exchange product which was nokia lumia 720 and on it there was temper glass on it which i did not remove but your deliver boy asked me to remove it i asked him to remove but he did not when i did it at the time of removing some cracks come into on screen which was not my fault because at the delivery time it was completely fine and after this delivery boy denied to take it i asked him to talk his senior and he did call to his senior when i told him that cracks just come now only and he can confirm with delivery boy also and he accept that.
                          Now i already format to my phone and everything i lost from my phone.
                          This is not my fault which is accepted by delivery boy also.
                          If it will not resolve than i will go to consumer court and media also.

                            We ordered a study table from Flipkart. They have delivered it 1 week back and updated their system saying 3 days back. Also their status shows installation completed. Whereas we have been requesting for the installation to be done and they have not done it as yet. It is very upsetting for us to have the carton box kept in the house and my child unable to use it. Please kindly take them to task so that they don't trouble any other consumers.

                              After purchasing a tablet DIGIFLIP XT811 from flipkart, it broke by mistake so I went to the ONLY service centre in Lucknow.They refused to repair it because flipkart was not providing them parts.After waiting for 3 months, the response was the same.Few weeks later, they said that they are now not dealing with Digiflip products because flipkart was not providing them with parts and their were other complaints about the same product.On calling the customer care of flipkart, they are not responding because COD and no other help is available in UP and other states..!!
                              What do I do now.

                                Ordered for Marwel brand Gas lighter MRP showing 1500/- on Flipkart site,
                                but product received of another brand,
                                Milton brand just having MRP 145/- only

                                and Flipkart is charging 299/- for a product having MRP of 145/-

                                Is this a company policy or some sort of strategy to fool around your
                                shoppers and fill your deep pockets.

                                I want my money back with compensation,
                                or I will raise this matter to consumer forum.

                                  I purchased a Dell laptop from Flipkart arround 2 months back and it was fauty and i logged a complaint after 4 days and i did not get any resolu tion.. Flipkart executive do not reply the mail and i am waiting to return ry laptop for last 2months.. very poor service from and never ever buy anything from flipkart...i want the resolution asap.Also govt of india must take a serious action against flipkart as it is selling defective products as well as they are cheater ... they do not reply the emails as well as everytime they provide me a different complaint
                                  number and claim issue will be resolved within 24 hourss but its been 2 months nothing happened... they told me a brand person will visit my place and look into the issue but nobody visited... I clarily said i want to return this laptop..
                                  kindly take some action against flipkart so that i can get my money back and dell laptops are very poor and having bad quality...

                                  Its been many days since when i logged this complaint but issue not resolved. I got a call from flipkart esclation team and they generated a return request but nobody camw to pick the faulty laptop. Wrost experience with flipkart and i am. Paid 23000 rupees for this defectative laptop. I am sending emails daily but they stopped responding my mails as well. Can anybody tell me the resolution as flipkart is a fake company and they r not giving my 23000 rupees. Plz contact me [protected]

                                    On 5 august 2016 i placed an order of lenovo vibe k5 note through prepaid option.
                                    The order was at the moment cancelled by flipkart . It showed that the refund is initiate by flipkart. I have a query that when we do prepaid payment then the amount gets deducted imediately but while refunding it takes too much time? This is very wrong.I am very upset . The thing should be that refund must be done immediately.

                                      At that time you show me to a some offers like cash back & earphones. I placed order to the commitment of these offers.but I received the mobile phone but there was no ear phones. I have all the proofs regrading my item.few days back was call to your help desk care he was told me to a there was no stock of ear phones. But now he's told me to a you unable to get these offer.

                                        I purchased Onida washing machine from FLIPKART, I received faulty product and it is not working. I have interacted with flipkart and Onida so many times for last one month through mail and phone calls but I didn't got replacement of product from Onida and Flipkart. When I talked with Onida representative about faulty product, they told me non availability of spare part and also refused give it in written. I want a file a case against FLIPKART and Onida regrading faulty product.
