I bought redme note 3 from flipkart on 23aug2016. But due to hardware issue the phone get pattern lock automatically. Theteam assured me that they will do replacement or refund of my product. But no refund or replacement taken by them. Day by day i am mailing & doing call but no positive response from their side.

Can i expect resolution for the same.

    I bought the product citron cic 002 induction cooktop on 05.06.2015. From july 2016 it stopped working and i called flipkart customer care and the gave me a wrong service centre number for the induction cooktop, i called the number given by flipkart and they told me its a wrong number given by flipkart. Further i sent a mail to flipkart stating these things and for the past one month i am yet to get a proper reply for the service centre number. Flipkart is trying to cheat by sending replies like "we are looking into the issue". Flipkart could not even locate my order in their website. I have the invoice for the same product which i have purchased. Last monday i got a call that flipkart will be arranging return of the product and money will be refunded but till now no person has turned up. I could not even escalate the issue as flipkart does not provide email id of higher authorities. I hope i will get a solution by submitting this complaint in this forum. Please see the attached invoice.

      I got redmi 3s on cart on all 4 sales held but when i checkout the payment, app redirects to cart shows out of stock. When i compliant to the team last week, they contacted me and says that you will surely get it on next sale, the same happens on yesterday. Is this a way to treat a regular customer? I already forwarded this case to consumer court form, wait for your notice. Bye flipkart.

        My Confirmed & Approved order cancelled by Flipkart without informing me. Before placing order I had been assured by Flipkart executive that my order will not cancelled, then also Flipkart cancelled my order. This is second time I am facing same problem of order cancellation. Every time in Flash Sale of Redmi 3S Mobile I wasted my valuable 2-3 hours & then I successfully added product to the CART & thereafter successfully placed order & same had been confirmed & approved but after all this successful steps company deny to fulfill order & cancelled the order without asking me or without informing me.

              I have ordered an iron from flipkart around 1 month ago from this date. At first time product was not properly functioning so we requested replace and the product was replaced for the second time is used product (Not new) and also not functioning properly. It has been nearly a month since i requested second time replacement from flipkart. Since then i have got no positive reply from flipkart side and even there answer differs even they are telling different answer every time i ask for an answer (I have called flipkart for this item at least for 7-10 times) finally when i asked one of their customer care executive they submitted request for refunding (1 week ago) and when i called them tomorrow for refund they indirectly denied refund and customer care executive aren't help anymore... They wont even transferring my call to their superior even... Plz help me on this subject... What should i do? Where should i file report against them (Flipkart)?                 Really got disappointed when i opened up the box to see two different colours of slippers for my left and right leg... The colour i ordered was beige and what i got was a pair in which one for my left leg was blue and right leg was beige... How they want me 2 wear it and are they expecting me to be a joker in public... Is this the way flipkart treats customers...

                  When i recieved my item and after used the mobile i got some fault in mobile so i requested to return after 3 days from delivery date.. But return not done.. I requested for return maybe 30 days ago from today.. I called every time to flipkart customer care but they told me.. Your problem will be solve.. They giving me time every time but return not done.. Please i want my money refund.. They thinking simple people are fool... I can't believe that flipkart doing this type fraud behaviour..                     I have purchased lenovo K3 note from Flipcart on month of october 2015
                    after 6 month facing network issue and charging problem. when i reach to the serice center they are saying its liquid damage also it will not resolve from there end. I hav al the document also i am sure that product is not liquid damage from our end

                      I've ordered a Clovis inner wear(brief red color) and I receive different product with different color(brown). Order ID: OD[protected]. It got delivered at my address 30minutes back and I need to exchange as soon asas possible. This is ridiculous. You can't deliver fake products just because it is non returnable.

                        We complained 4 times in Flipkart to refund the G Five mobile set

                          Hi team,

                          I received a damaged moto x play phone from flipkart and i discovered it after 10 days of receiving the product when i got the sims. The sim slot is not functioning, it's unable to detect the sims. Initially as per flipkart, the service center would repair it for free of cost under 1 year manufacturer's warranty.

                          But service center says any liquid/physical damage is a paid service and not under warranty. Flipkart have now communicated to me "liquid/physical damage is not covered under the terms and conditions of the brand's warranty policy. You will need to go for a paid service".

                          Attached is the invoice and the mail i have received. It is not justified to buy a product of rs 17499/-, get a damaged one and spend another 10000 to get it repaired. Please help me. I need a refund and flipkart is not agreeing to it.

                            I have Purchased a mobile from Flipkart and found some item defective. i have raised complaint for replacement and flipkart replaced it. But, Received item was also defective and was unable to use properly. So Raised again request for refund and replacement but flipkart denied for refund and replacement and said that go to Micromax customer care.

                            I have visited Micromax customer care with Invoice but Micromax center denied for service. As Per Micromax customer service center, Product internal part is Chinese part not is original Micromax item.

                            Now I am facing problem. So Plz accept my complaint against Flipkart and resolve the issue with proper action.

                              The proposed sale was at 12pm on their website for this phone. I have been on their website from 12pm to 13pm. It shows that the mobile on sale are out of stock. I kept loading the pages every 30 seconds. This is completly about fooling people and a bogus sale for publicity. I have no idea why they do things like this to cheat people. Shame on flipkart

                                I had bought a smartphone moto g 3rd gen from flipkart and i'm facing problem while charging. I lost my invoice copy and the mail is also deleted. And i cant see it in my orders section. I called on customers care but they are asking for an order id which is not not available in my orders section also wili i be able to get another copy of the invoice from flipkart? . Seriously saying as you all also know amazon.in has no 1 rank but then also we are purchasing from your company because its indian website and if you will do such kinds of things then what we can expect from others

                                  I had ordered an inflatable product from Flipkart. The product description said that the pump will be included. However, the pump was missing in the package delivered. I had called Flipkart 3 times to escalate this issue to get a refund. But every time, the request is gets rejected with a message that reason selected by you while raising the return request was incorrect.

                                  I don't understand that why is the reason not good enough for return? Without a pump, i cannot use the large jumpolene. The product is a waste without it. If you are shipping a product that is not as described, i have the right to return it and get a refund back.

                                  It has been a horrible experience with your customer service over the phone for last 2 days.

                                    I order Philips TV online on Flipkart website on 27 July 2016.But the seller didn't delivered the product on the given date .so that I complain to flipkart customer care and they given another delivery date but the delivery not done on that date also then again I call to customer care again they gave me another delivery date .there is same three times repeated issues for the delivery and on 15 august I got mail and message from flipkart your order has been cancel and refund process has been initiated and within 7 days amount will be credit to your account but amount has not been credited to my account yet and every one day interval I spoke to customer care about refund amount and every day are giving another date. On 30/08-2016 I got email from flipkart your product has been delivered to you. But actual I haven't got any call, email, message regarding delivery and product was not delivered to me for the same issue again I call to customer care and customer care is asking date that is 02 Sep. to resolve the issue. One month has been over but yet flipkart do not resolve my isue.so I request you please do needful to refund my amount.

                                      I am highly disappointed with flipkart's service. On 13th of august i have ordered a phone (Asus zenfone 2 laser 5.5 (Red, 16 gb) (With 3 gb ram) for rs 12000/-.

                                      Our issue is regarding return fake product for your seller to send me. We are giving details in below.
                                      1.) product seal in open condition.
                                      2.) mobile imei number not match with invoice.
                                      The above issue is to old and we are contact with your team so many time but they told & mail to assure that the above issue is resolve on 23rd, 24th, 25th, 26th, 27th, 29th, then 30.
                                      Also they send return request so many but.
                                      The pick up person who are taking the return product they ask only one think. We do not take parcel because imei number not match. They ask only one reasons that we do not take any mail for mismatch by flip-kart.

                                      Again and your pick up boy come and raise same issue for imei number not match.
                                      Your last conformation that we have mail to pickup boy.
                                      They says to me that we have not received any mail for return pickup for mismatch.

                                      We have to request you please take this matter and solve. Without legal work

                                        [incident: in[protected]] display issue, replace same prdouct.

                                        Flipkart is not taking any responsibility for their courier partner mistake, i placed an order and courier person didn’t handover to me without any reason and informed that customer refuse to accept which is totally false. I kept writing and following flilkart for more than 5 days for this issue and nothing they resolved. I had loss of time and money in re order same items as price of product has been changes. I was expecting that flipkart will provide me that item in same price to correct their end mistake but they didn’t and totally refused. I am really very disappointed and give minus marking to flipkart.
