I Satish Kumar Address G-4/9, IInd Floor, Sector-16, Rohini, Delhi-110085 placed a order of lenovo note 5 on August 4, 2016. You promised to delivery of products on dated August 6, 2016, but yesterday i.e. 6 august when I call you executive for delivery queries, they assured me product delivery yesterday maximum before 6 pm. and give me mobile number of delivery boy. I contact delivery person, he assured me he will reached my home at 5 pm, but he will not come on that time. Again I call him and again he promise to come at 6 am. But again not come till 7 pm and again call him he promise to reached at 8.30 to 9.00 pm confirm to deliver my product. But neither he come and nor my products. At 10.29 pm he call me (mobile number i.e. [protected]) and said I will be late and not delivery product on that day and assured me to delivery on tomorrow i.e. sunday. I call today you customer care thrice time about delivery but neither they give me proper answer nor give time on delivery and give me another delivery person number. I call today delivery person, he tell me that today is my holiday and I am not come for delivery. I call Bharti, Dolly and other excutive about that. Its a professional work? Are you harassing every customer like this? There is any solution you have it? I think you are truly professional, but I am wrong. I have all call detail and Mobile Number i.e. today delivery boy number is [protected], yesterday delivery boy number is [protected]. Please be professional in future... I hope you understand customer problem. thanks... wait for you reply and action.
