I had made a return request for order id -OD[protected] on 23 oct 2022, and the expected date of pickup was on 31 oct 2022, but the pickup did not happen till that date, after contacting flipkart customer care they told me to wait till 4 nov 2022 to get a resolution on the issue, after that deadline also pasted and i again contact the customer care and they again told me to wait more till 7 nov 2022, then on 7 nov 2022, they cancelled my pickup for no reason, and on contacting them, they again arranged a pick up for 11 nov 2022, and again on 11 nov 2022, the pickup was cancelled with no reasons mentioned, and now again contacting them, they have again made a pickup request which is excepted on 15 nov 2022, this is not done, you making the customer really frustrated, i have at least contacted 10 times for a single issue . and still neither the pickup happened nor the refund was given for the product, what should i except now, this very disappointing that how flipkart is treating its customers and also the customer care service is very very very rude, they just won't provide any reason and just stick there set words,
i request flipkart to kindly check the issue and provide the resolution asap.
