Sir I ordered motoe2 on October 2015.My order ID is -OD[protected].
I want to say that I received the product and flipkart's delivery men has
delivered the product. He forgot to update the delivery confirmation due to
which there is showing order cancelled. Bt sir I received the product and I
made payment also.I want the invoice bill of this product. Please send me
the invoice copy.Please give me the invoice copy because it's your fault.Your delivery men did'nt update delivery confirmation and he delivered the product.

    Dear sir
    I have registered on your online for exchange my laptop on 4th march 2016. My order id is od[protected].
    But at the time of delivery, the delivery boy checked my laptop with the serial no which i have mentioned at the online request. And also checked wheather its running or not with eletricity and without eletricity. After that he told me the brand name is not matched. My laptop is hcl . But at the time of online request there was no option to mention the brand name of hcl. But there was a option other brand. So i selected other brand. . I explain the every thing to the delivery boy but he refuse to exchange the laptop.
    My question is when flipkart is not interested to exchange laptop with other brand like hcl, then why you have mention other option in the brand name. I have spoken with your customer executive, but he told it is technical issue. Is it customer's fault ?? Then why should i suffer ?
    Please let me know whether i can get the laptop in exchange offer or not ?

      My order is od[protected]. I have received a damaged product. So, i have requested for a replacement. Pickup did not happen. However, i have received a replacement. But, again i have received a damaged product for the second time. So i have requested for replacement again for the second time. Pickup came in second instant and collected both the damaged products. But now flipkart is rejecting my second replacement request and also rejecting my refund request. I think there is certainly some serious miscommunication among flipkart employees. I am looking for refund now. Kindly process refund request[protected].

        I request for refund for letv 1s mobile which I bought from flipkart on mar 5th 2016. Till now I requested to return 2 times. They taken request and I got 2 msg's from ekart logistics is we are trying to take the mobile return but ur denied to give the mobile so that we will cancel the request. This issue I got 2 times in 3 days. And I did not get any call from any excutive then how can I denied to return. I am only request for return then why should I had cancel the same.           Both order is the same product with same seller (both Cancelled Instantly).
          Have cancelled the order On Feb 12, 2016 . Have not yet received my Refund . The seller only shipped one item to begin with . Even after that my money is held up by FlipKart for 2 months . They have not said any reason for the delay either . I complained about 25 times . They always Respond with email with no information regarding my issue resolution.

            Dear all,

            I bought motorola nexus 6 on 23rd feb @flipkart with order id : od[protected]
            And found there were complaints on mic, phone was getting heated too much and network or calls were not stable and hence i requested for return on 24th feb which was rejected with below response.

            "we would like to let you know that your return request for order od[protected] has been closed since we have shared the troubleshooting steps with you. We are positive that these steps will help in resolving the issue. If the problem persists, feel free to get in touch with us and we will gladly assist you further. "

            However, nothing got fixed, i requested for return on 5th mar which got closed with same feedback as above and have told them that will not be in india and will send the return request if problem is found again but found the same issue, cc team has requested to go to motorola service center and get the job sheet which would help us to get the item back since it was defective one and have done the same, now they are complaining that it has crossed more than 30 days and hence return is not possible.

            Please don't buy anything from flipkart, please go with other website.

              I bought lenovo k3 note from flipkart.com order number: od[protected]. From the day one i haeve issues with this this phone. I raised a replacement request and it got rejected by the following comemnts.
              "replacement (Return id:[protected] rejected
              We're sorry. We are unable to process your replacement request. Reason : we have provided you with an alternative return as per policy. Please refer to flipkart return policy. " alternative from flipkart was to contact lenovo service center !. Phone has little crack on the front. Has heating issues. Mic doesn't work properly, while on a conversation, all of a sudden, other person couldn't hear, it happened even when the flipkart guy was talking to me, he repeated few times " mr ganesh please respond if you are hearing to me" and i was screaming like "yes i can hear", whole floor in my office was hearing but not him because phone is faulty. Going to lenono service center is another pain in the back. I wasted my money buying this phone from flipkart. Disgusting !. Please think 100 times before buying any item from flipkart. I stopped buying things from them.

              If we had to go to service center after the delivery, then where is your commitment for 30/60Days Return policy, do not make false advertisements to make business. Everyone knows about going to service center when some thing is not working, flipkart no need to tell that to anyone.

                  Purchased a book set "Accountancy for CA IPCC with Quick revision book" on the date 25th of march 2016, from Flipkart seller compareMRP New Delhi - 110084, as shows the invoice.

                  Compliant :-
                  The Price of set shows rs 810 on its back whereas seller has shipped the same of rs 1020.
                  Along with that in order to deceive he has pasted his price tags on both books covering the exact area where the publisher has pasted the set price and scribbled the price information so no one comes to know about the real price.
                  I feel this is an important issue as difference in the price seem to quite noticeable rs[protected].

                          As per the usage of moto g set I am facing with several problems that must not overlooked and would be resolved under the period of guarantee...The problems that are coming are firstly there is a problem regarding incoming as well as outgoing calls...the call is cut while talking with a person and moreover sometimes the call is going to be held...secondly that phone is get too much hot wih the few mins usage that is intolerable... it will be very much dangerous to our health as u know...Thirdly the phone is get tooo much hanged which I really cannot explain here...as I didn't forget download much files and apps...there is a loss of memory, settings and other problems that will not be overlooked .

                          At last I will conclude that these problems are intolerable and must not be overlooked and should be resolved immediately ..so kindly pay attention towards this problem and resolve it as soon as possible...

                            Hi team,

                            This is in regards to the poor quality and defective product delivered by
                            flipkart.I had ordered "Ditu & Kritu Premium Swing Car" from flipkart for
                            my niece's birthday.I had ordered it a month before to avoid delays in
                            delivery so it was delivered on 25th of february. I haven't opened because
                            it was in a huge packing and tightly packed in a carton and also i have
                            faith on flipkart that it is a reputed e-commerce company it would never
                            deliver a bad quality product and i had never experienced such thing in a
                            past. So after a month when i have gifted it to my niece and when she
                            opened it that was such an embarrassing moment because that was an used car
                            with lots of scratches nobody will say it was a new car and when we started
                            installing it one part of it is missing, axle rod of that car is missing
                            because of which it cant be even installed.So that was such an embarrassing
                            moment for me bacause of "The Flipkart".And when i have made complained
                            against that product then they are saying we cant do anything because it is
                            out of our policy it can only be changed or repaired within 10 days they
                            cant even repairing it and sarcastically saying we will like to help you
                            when you shop on our website next time why someone will buy, anything from
                            flipkart, next time after facing such disgusting services.They are not even
                            writing my complain.
                            So kindly help me into this matter i can understand your company policies
                            but their are exceptional and genuine cases for which policies can be
                            changed.It was the first time i have faced such a poor service from your
                            side that product is defective and of bad quality so kindly resolve this
                            issue. Focus on your customer grievances so as to remain no.1 in the market
                            this is s the suggestion from my side.

                              I placed order on flipkart for sofa, after about 15-20 days, got a call from flipkart executive that sofa cannot be delivered in noida, they wanted to deliver the product in delhi. We did not want that and asked them to pay refund, it has been about 2 months since we placed the order and and still they do not have any information on when the refund would be generated. They transfer me everywhere but they do not know what is refund status. I would like refund asap + interest that i paid towards the credit card (40% annual) for 2 months

                                  Flipkart is providing wrong information to the consumers.
                                  I asked flipkart customer care executive about the Motorola service centre in my city ( bhilwara ) 311001.
                                  And they told me the address but when I visit that address the person there told me that there is no Motorola service centre. Flipkart is exploiting "Right to be information" .
                                  I purchased Motorola phone from flipkart and they provided me wrong information. And now i am facing problem with the phone. And I can't do anything as there is no service centre in bhilwara. And before they told me that that there is service centre in bhilwara. I want you to help me in this matter and please solve my issue as early as possible.

                                    I ordered a moto x play mobile with order number od[protected]. After few hours of payment i got a message saying that my order got cancelled.
                                    I called on customer care service and in return i got a reply that i did not pick up verification call and hence they cancelled my order.
                                    However, i have not received any call for the verification.
                                    Flipkart is surely cheating their customers.

                                    Unhappy with their service. I would suggest not to buy any gadgets from flipkart.

                                        I have taken ordered Lenovo Tab 2 A7-30 3G Tablet and received on 1st April 2016.I didn't found the product as it was shown online.Camera is poor, connectivity is not good.touch is very poor and look wise also its not good.After when I called flipkart customer care the senior manager talked to me so rudely and told me that we can't refund your money and you can do what ever you want.Our policies have been changed.Its really frustrating and disgusting that customer is being frustrated for there own money.Its not a small amount that I leave this issue.Its a big amount for me.

                                        Flipkart people are not ready to help me for the product which is not used also till now.

                                        Flitkart is the worst shopping site, they only think of making there own money and make customer life more in trouble.

                                        I am really upset with flipkart shopping site and would never do any online shopping from this site.
