I have placed an order of mobile handset " lemon ocean 4g power" by making online payment of 6839/- rupees of amount from online shopping website flipcart and made online payment on 9th march 2016, at that time company shows it will be deliver till 15th march 2016, but on 12th it was delivered at given address. I got that product on 14th march 2016 in the morning time. I was shocked to see the box after opening there was nothing in the box except charger. In the box mobile handset, battery, & headphone were missing.
When i complaint on flipcart customer-care number, then one of their executive pushpinder replied that i will receive a call for resolution from flipcart till 3:30pm of 14th march 2016. And when i had not received any call from flipcart then again i called to flipcart and call received by zonali she replied from concerned department of flipcart i will receive call in the next 24hrs. So now again i am to wait for one day and one night to receive just a concerned call for resolution.
I wonder about my ordered product . I think it has been happend due to advance online payment made by sbi debit card that's why i got cheated for the advanced paid amount of 6839/-
