      Hello team,

      This is regarding my complaint no given below & most important on the level of customer service & flipkart commitment to deliver its product on time

      I have been facing issues with cs of flipkart for almost all the orders in past few weeks, yet i thought to order the product (My bad) as i liked the product & the date of delivery was looking more or less ok for me.

      However
      1. I called several times to follow up on the product as i was not able to see any change in order tracking for weeks
      2. Every time i got the standard reply that the product will be delivered much before the said timeline 16th march so don’t worry though on every call i narrated that i am out of town after 16th hence please make sure it gets delivered on time
      3. Just before few days of delivery i got a message stating the date is revised & now its 22nd (Now i have no confidence in any date commitment from flipkart)
      4. On 11th when i again called the cs to tell about the issue first of all it took me again quite some time (See the call logs i wasted at least 25-30 minutes every call i made) cs associate raised a complaint gave me the 1st complaint no & assured me i will get a call back in maximum 24hrs on resolution) which never happened
      5. I only again called up on 14th morning see the 2nd complaint no again the same response scripted lined “we are sorry but the product will be delivered by22nd” i don’t know the quality process which flipkart follows (Btw i dint get again any call as expected yet) may be after this email may be if i am lucky i ll get with same response “we are sorry but the product will be delivered by22nd”
      6. Please do understand that there are many players as well as consumer forums as well, if the cs level keep on lowering down like this i am sure very soon flipkart ll see a hit
      7. Please educate your staff to understand & act on consumer complaints or feedback & not only keep telling them what they can easily view in the “order tracking status”

      I did wasted at least 3 hour of my time (I dint visited the showroom under impression that i can save time but in vain it’s a torture for me now) sincerely appreciate if you can please go ahaead & cancel this order if can’t be delivered or committed timeline (Don’t play with timeline revision every time & then say we are ontime”

        I have placed an order of mobile handset " lemon ocean 4g power" by making online payment of 6839/- rupees of amount from online shopping website flipcart and made online payment on 9th march 2016, at that time company shows it will be deliver till 15th march 2016, but on 12th it was delivered at given address. I got that product on 14th march 2016 in the morning time. I was shocked to see the box after opening there was nothing in the box except charger. In the box mobile handset, battery, & headphone were missing.

        When i complaint on flipcart customer-care number, then one of their executive pushpinder replied that i will receive a call for resolution from flipcart till 3:30pm of 14th march 2016. And when i had not received any call from flipcart then again i called to flipcart and call received by zonali she replied from concerned department of flipcart i will receive call in the next 24hrs. So now again i am to wait for one day and one night to receive just a concerned call for resolution.

        I wonder about my ordered product . I think it has been happend due to advance online payment made by sbi debit card that's why i got cheated for the advanced paid amount of 6839/-

          A friend was travelling to india from kenya, so i ordered a puzzle 9x9x9 which is valued at rs 2399. Ny friend received the parcel and took out the contents and brought it to kenya. On getting the items i had ordered the puzzle that flipkart charged me rs2399 supplied a puzzle worth rs300.
          Their app being the non user friendly it is generated a goods replacement query that the app doesn't allow to cancel if its toggled by mistake.
          Now im in a hastle of explaining to 15 people from flipkart (Who i do not even know if they are capable of the titles they have, since logic is an issue with that office) what the company did to me and that the product is already in kenya. If you cannot take responsibility of a clear mistake by flipkart or its associates by rectifying it at the cost it takes. Atleast refund me the fradulent money (Which is not rightfully earned as per the transaction) which they conned me off!. To that concept not do any of their employees who i have message understand and neither do they have any number that i can get a hold of.

              I have ordered this laptop (Order id : od[protected]. But when it was delivered, fedex guy asked for some 1400 odd inr as octroi. It was not mentioned anywhere so i didn't accept the delivery and sent back the delivery boy.

              Contacted flipkart customer care team and they never let me talk to their supervisor. After missing 2 deadlines, they reverted by asking me to pay the octroi and they will cashback the same amount in wallet. I have cancelled the order because of that as i don't want to pay any extra money which is not mentioned on my invoice. Also octroi extra is nowhere mentioned.

                I Ordered Roadster sneakers from flipkart but i was informed that it was cancelled without my permission.i do need to get compensation since it should have been informed before. the shipment have arrived at malappuram hub where i could have collected from easily, they should have at least contacted me before cancelling. i was in a big hurry for that and they did it with a delivery charge for the product.

                  I purchased a gift card last weekend and it is linked to some un-known account in few hours. I was not able to add it in my flipkart wallet. I called customer care and registered complain but it has been 5 days and there is no update.

                  I called customer care multiple times but no one is able to give satisfactory answer why so much time is needed to revert back money to my wallet.

                        Purchased on line the Zurick Women's Printed casual Shirt and the order I D is : OD[protected]. The shirt was delivered on 10th March and I have been trying to return the product as it is not the correct size /does not fit me. However I noticed that the "return" page continues to process but does not confirm. I thought that it could be issue with my network and tried the next day same problem. I tried with my mobile...same problem. Then I tried returning the other item which I had purchased and it quickly got processed (It went to the next page of process though I did not cancel the product, I just wanted to check if it was the problem with my system).I think the problem is only with the Zurick Women's printed casual shirt.

                        This is like complete new to me. I have been a regular customer of flipkart and have good reviews about it but I think about the Zurich shirt it has to do something.

                                I baught mot z play phone from Flipkart, when I used it I hot to know that the camera was not working properly then I asked for return a technician visited from Flipkart and approved my return request. I got a new phone after a couple of days and now the new phone gets overheated when using once it got so hot that it burnt my hand. And now they are saying they will not give me refund, I don't want to use this product at all. it's not even 10 days I bought it. I am very disappointed with the service I want my money back I can't risk my life using this phone that gets as hot as it is about to blast. My order number is OD[protected]

                                  Hello,
                                  I have placed a return request with returnID[protected] having orderID (OD[protected]. It was mentioned in the description that it is 5 inch screen display. But 1 inch screen is reserved and that is not for use. I checked setting but did not get any such setting to expand it. If 1 out of 5 inch screen is not for usable, why it is not mentioned in the description itself. I called many time to customer care person and he respond back also, but they are not ready to return by saying we have 30 days replacement policy but not return policy. And since it is not manufacture problem we cant exchange it.

                                  This is really very bad for flipkart. In this way, Flipkart is not making your customer delight. Flipkart is losing faith form itself.

                                  I want my honor 4c with 5 inch screen usable. Kindly take required action.

                                        I purchased sony power bank but flipkart is provide local and fake power bank after i call flipkart costumer care no they said product is not available and they told me i will refund you .
                                        I give the a/c no and other details to the flipkart executive .
                                        After some time i'm calling many time of the costumer care bt no proper response from flipkart costumer care.
                                        And the same sony power bank is available on flipkart online site.
                                        And i want to replace my product immediately.
                                        I was ordered (Sony cp-v6/rc usb portable charger red 6100 mah ) sony powerbank . But they provide 10000 mah fake powerbank
                                        I was purchased this product on 1-feb-2016 but they can't replace this product.
                                        And write now this product is available on this site .
