Sir, I recently ordered a bean bag and unfortunately when I checked the product which was small in size then I filed a return I was disapproved two times and then I thought to complain to the consumer department I request you to kindly take an action against it and get my product returned or I shall approach the consumer court as soon as possible...

I have ordered Mi4I on 21dec 15 from flipkart and got the defective product on 28 dec 15 . The camara quality was very bad i intiated the replacement request online but they rejected tbs same immediately without any reason i then called the customer care and shouted then they accepted the replacement I got replacement in 5 days but again defective product this time camara issue was there also phone was heating very fast and same thing happened...

The deliverer couldn't locate the address, however at the same address delivery was done earlier. If he couldn't locate the address, he should've made a call. This is sheer negligence on part of Flipkart service. I therefore would order items from Amazon now onwards....

Hi, The product mentioned at the flipkart says that the hard disk is 7200 rpm but the product received is 5400 rpm. The 10 days return window is closed and I am stuck with a HDD which is of lower speed and wrong product which is available for cheaper price. Sir, i ordered a bag (wildcraft tech 45) from flipkart which was approved by W.S seller and shipped through delhivery. the order came from maharastra till delhi and then returned from delhi without my permission. i called flipkart executive and they provided no support in this regard. they told me to reorder the product. the product is now out of stock. its really pathetic service of flipkart where an order is cancelled without customer information....
