I ordered Honor 4X ( rs 9999) from Flipkart on 8 feb, 2016, for which I paid via debit card. Due to some reasons I cancelled the order on the same date without recieving it.
I got a mail informing the refund would be reflected in my account in 8 working days and provided me RRN. I asked about that RRN in the bank and they denied about any refund being initiated. Ultimately, I never received the refund.
Called them again on 19 feb and then they asked me to mail them a copy of the bank statement of February.
When I did mail them, I was again provided with the RRN number and 8 days policy.
Now, this is really sick and I'm gonna have to go to consumer court if it isn't resolved here.

        I order some item from flipkart. but the quality of deliver product is very poor then I return it from online. but by mistake I choose cash option. then all amount add in flipkart wallet. Now I want to my money in my bank account. For this according to your help center direction I open this in flipkart app in my android mobile but there is no option. And on desktop this shows this option only available in android mobile.

                I orderd Asus Zenfone 2 leser 550 . It has a processor snapdragon which is goven in features. But i had not mind when it was in replacement time.. But afer 2 months i have noticed that the processor is CORTEX . Somtimes my phone stops working..Now i can't replace or return it.. So what can i do ??..Flipkart cheats me.

                      I, Shivam Agrawal has ordered a product Moto G3 on 7 feb 2016 and get
                      delivered on 11 feb 2016. Due to heating issue in my phone, i returned
                      back the product which the company has accepted my request and also

                          I had ordered lenovo a6000 plus on 9th feb 2016 .The item got delivered on 10th feb 2016.But the mobile had heating issue so i asked for refund.The item got picked up at 17th feb 2016.But I have not received refund till now. I had called flipkart many times.Every time they are assuring me that i will get the refund but i have not got refund till now.And in my refund status, it is showing that refund is completed. But I have not got refund till now. They are not responding to my email also.Very bad experience from flipkart.

                          No call has come from flipkart.They have not done refund till now.I have complained them many times and they are just delaying the process.They are not responding to my emails also.
                          I have just lost trust on flipkart. Shame on flipkart for looting common peoples hard earned money like this.
                          I have ordered an ifb 6.5kg .have received a wrong company washing machine and sent the machine back with them and never got the machine for next 10 days and then when I cancelled the order now they are not giving the refund. And whenever you call them to check on the refund status they say to give time and this has been happening on daily basis for last 20 days.. this is the worst service ever given by a online store. They don't even replay or give solutions to our problems.

                                I had ordered two mobile phones SAMSUNG ON 5 Vide order No. OD[protected] dated 23.02.2016. This product was promoted under scheme of 10% cash back offer on SBI debit card. The product was in stock and order was booked by Flipkart and a payment of Rs. 14880/- was also made through Debit Card. After few hours flipkart send a mail on my registered e-mail ID mentioning that the Order has been cancelled due to high demand and flipkart made promise to return the deducted cash by 02.03.2016.
                                If the demand is so high then why the company put such offers on the product . Today i.e. on 02.03.2016 neither I get my cash back nor any correspondence is made to me. Further, the payment was made in a few seconds but why company is taking too much time to return the cash to their customers even the negligence is on the behalf of company. Due to this negligence not only me may be many more people are facing the same. This is a wrong policy of promoting the product and harassing the customer by deducting cash and getting interest on this cash by using it too long

                                  I ordered a sony headphones of rs-1325 oon 06/02/2016, i ordered a blue coloured headphones but i got white coloured headphone on 12/02/2016, then i put a replacement request and they delivered me a used blue coloured piece, then again i put a replacement request, they instead of replacing generate a refund automatically, they then picked my product from me on 22/02/2015 and said that your money will be transfer in my wallet in 6 days, but today is 02/03/2016, 9 days will go and i didn't get my money back, very inconvience they are doing to me
