I have ordered "Whirlpool ELITE PRO BRASS HYBRID 704 MT" worth 20451₹ from Flipkart. It is 4 burner hob gas cooktop. It was delivered after 5 days. With packaging you cannot makeout what's inside. I placed an order on 22nd sept 2022 on flipkart, my order was confirmed and was supposed to be shipped on 22nd sept 2022 itself but they didn't ship it till today (6th oct 2022). It's more than 14 days now and still my money is stuck with them and they are not processing/shipping the order.
I placed an order during big billion days sale at a discounted price and now the product price is increased.

I have no doubt in saying this, that flikart has tried every way to harrass me mentally and have been negligent towards my concern.
Today i.e 6th October they have closed my complaint and have stated that I can get the installation from my end and for which they will not take any responsibility/ compensation if the product after opening the package...
