OD[protected] i ordered this product twice, but no use. First time, its get cancelled once its reached near by hub. Then again i ordered the same product, this time also they cancelled the product after its reached the near by hub. If i am asking CustomareCare executives for reason. Simply telling that i didnt pick calls nu. after second time order i am bit consious in phonecalls. No calls from delivery person, No enquiry. Simply cancelling... What is the use of ordering the product in this site ??

    Despite making a complaint here a week ago about Flipkart refusing to take me off their distribution list - and Flipkart responding with "we can't find your order details" (?!) they continue to harass me with emails I never signed up for in the first place. What will it take to get them to take me off their automated distribution list. If I end up having to close my email account because of their almost daily unwanted mail, I will have to inform hundreds of people of my new email address. It hardly seems fair. Jennifer Hanning

    Again, all Flipkart do is say there are no order details. There was never an order! There was the beginning of a registration with Flipkart to sell my books, which I discontinued because it's not viable for an Australian author to sell books via Flipkart.

    Unfortunately, the half-way registration was enough to give them access to my email address - and since then I have been hounded with requests to complete registration, plus additional emails asking me to buy products through them. I want these emails to STOP!!
    And now I have received another email telling me it's my last chance to register! If only this were true. PLEASE Flipkart make it my last chance and LEAVE ME ALONE!!

      Sir, I, V. Srinivasa rao resident of Plot no:7, Rohini apartments, Koneru lakshmaiah street, Krishna nagar, Labbipet, Vijayawada - 520010 buy the following product, Model: Lava iris x1 Grand (white & silver 8GB) purchased in the month of February in rupees 7100/-, When mobile is connected through charger and via cable to system touch is NOT working at the same it is hanging, it results so much of inconvenience. Because of this I am unable to make even an out going call while it is in charging. I want to replace this mobile with new one. so please take necessary steps to solve this problem.         i am registering for the lenovo k3 note on flipkart from two times and when the times shows to purchase, it simply displays out of stock message.it dont even display the product .it just simply says out of stock.i dont know how a product can be out of stock in just 0.0005 sec.Either flipkart is fooling us or using some other methods to give the mobiles to third party.it said click at 12pm to buy the product and i was waiting on my machine from aroung 11:30 am and just in 0.00000005 sec it simply says out of stock.

          I have requested to change the color and size of ti-shirt with order id OD[protected] as well as i am ordering frequently from Flipkart site but i am very dissatisfied this time.i have first time asked for replacement and even without informing me anything when i visited the website and track the order it shows return has been cancelled. my issue has not solved till now and i will never purchase anything from flipkart and even i definately tell others about my bad experience

          Spoke to customer he told the size of t-shirt is not fitting him, hence he needs large size and needs the replacement for large size. Request taken for large size and informed customer about replacement.

              I have ordered lenovo k3 on 15th july 2015.My order no is OD[protected].I was given delivery date on or before 22 july.Flipkart has cancelled the order without prior information and i was told that the courier service(Delhivery) does not have service in hyderabad pincode:500049.I have received many products from delhivery before.I have called flipkart twice, initially they informed product will be delivered before 22th july, later the informed that i have to place a fresh order, this is not fair as i have not cancelled the order.

                I had placed and order with flipkart for a Davidoff Cool Water 125 ml ETD perfume on 11th July 2015 with order number OD[protected] and the seller was Apex Overseas. The order was received by me on 20th July 2015 and it has come to my notice that the product is a fake / duplicate fist copy low quality perfume. I want to register a complaint against the seller as well as the portal for misleading the customers, false commitments, selling fake / duplicate products.

                  I purchase a mobile Phone ASUS zenfone 2 from Flipkart.com, delivery received on 21.06.2015 and facing the below problems since the date of purchase: 1.There is no volume control system on set. speaker is very weak could not be able to hear clear voice and also when I speak on the other side is also difficult. 2. Touch screen problem. 3. Hang on problem, sometime I call but it is unable to disconnect. 4. many other problems. I gave written complaint on 9th july, 2015 and they tried to linger on and now they refused to take it back.

                    i book a order no:[protected] of amount 13089. here i am paying Rs 90 delivery as i booked on 19/7/15 & this amount of Rs 90 added for delivery on 20/7/15. yesterday i got call from delivery boy that he is available in my office. i told him that you should come either prior information or wait for half hour. he total denied. then i ask him to deliver in evening. i reached on time & place which he gave me, but at that time he was not available there. Again for today i just got a message that delivery will be today but no response/call from any delivery boy. should i wait whole day for your delivery. i have also field work . how long i can wait. since morning i am waiting. then why delivery charge for one day is 90 & on second day it is 40. do some practcle exercise on ground, otherwise it would be shameful

                        I had ordered HTC desire 620G on 28th June 2015 from flipkart. My order number is OD[protected]. I have issues with the accessories provided along with phone. The given charging cable pins are damaged, hence its not working at all. Similarly ear phone's one plug is damaged. I have requested for replacement from the company. But at first they rejected my complaint and later they asked me to collect replacement from the stores. Which is not convenient for me. Ideally its there mistake. They should provide the replacement. This is second time flipkart is disappointing me. If they'll continue like this (ignoring the customer's issue) its going to be create a serious problem for the firm in future.                           I had ordered 4 bed sheets top on 15 june 2015 vede order no OD[protected] and paid Rs 978/- vide citi bank credit card.
                          This order was for 2 sets of sheets, each set containing 2 sheets.
                          But when I rechieved there were only 2 sheets ie one set only.
                          Please send me balance of one set of two cotton bed sheets top.
                          I am sure that this lapse has happened due to oversight.
                          You Can cross check by weight of consignment sent to me from seller.
                          I had complained to your office about a month back but nothing done inspite of assurance.

                            I have ordered an evm ram by flipkart order number OD[protected]. I supposed to have this product but i got dynet 1600 ram in the package. So iI request them to explain be what is going on because it was also cancelled by the seller on the delivery day and also showing about fast delivery. Also they dont pick up phone calls on customer care, so i can't contact them anyhow.

                              From last few months we have been facing problems from flipkart.com The recent order id OD[protected] for which i have already made the payment of Rs 566 has still not delivered by flipkart but they claim in email and message that the product is delivered.When contacted customer care department of Flipkart and complained to Roshan Kumar for the same he did not respond properly infact he insisted that the product is delivered and you may complain to legal authorities. It was a shock by seeing such response from Flipkart.com, never expected such harassment to a customer who has been regularly shopping from flipkart

But today i got message your delivery has been cancelled by courier. I don't know what is the reason behind this.                                   My order id is OD[protected].I received only 1 item that was totally different instead of my orderded quantity 2 & I made cash on delivery of Rs 1100/- .Meanwhile your representative came with 2 quantitites on 16.07.15 & refused to give the items.I was totally strange about such type of rude behaviour & I was not able to share the items with my family with the occasion.On that day I informed the matter to your reprensentative & assured that the items will be delivered positively on/before 24.07.15.On 18.7.15, I again contact with customer care & assured me the same.On 20.7.15, I contacted with your representative & he said that it will be delivered with taking much time i.e by 30.07.15.
