    Money debited from credit card without any notice
    Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    Hi Sir,

    Flipkart has charged me with some "M-FLIPKART INTERNET PR".
    I saw your complaint about this and wanted to know if it is resolved. If resolved what steps did you take to get it resolved. Whom did you contact (Bank or Flipkart) to resolve it.
    You information will be very helpful as it is very unethical what has happened.

          You have cancelled this order without our consent. Why?
          We have lodged our complaint to you twice categorically elaborating the arrogant and dictatorial attitude of delivery man who asked for payment first and then only he will handover the parcel to us. A big humiliation for customers which cannot be tolerated at all. Are we thieves or robbers who will run away with your parcel?
          On our complaint we were assured through you return call that the courier people will be strictly Warned not to be have in this way anymore.
          But what you have done you have bowed down before courier people and they have cancelled the order to harrisers and you accepted their cancellation without any action against their such illegal and and unethical cancellation. To

              They delivered a mobile with different IMEI number and now I am requesting a replacement but they are not listening. I am ready to file Police complaint as well. Also I am ready to make Cyber Crime complaint as well. But from Flipkart no one is guiding me the next step. Kindly help.

                On 7th Oct 2022 my flipkart account was blocked . I don’t know any reasons and I am calling their customer care for every 2 days from 7th Oct 2022 and I am not getting any updates on that.every time they are saying our backend team will contact you within 24 to 48 hours .

                Please help resolve my issue.

                    I had requested a return for a pair of Skechers shoes I ordered on 30th September 2022 & It got delivered to me with 3 to 4 days delivered late than the scheduled delivery date. But anyways It was delivered to me on the 10th October. I didn't like the quality of the shoe but I was busy with something. Then I tried applying for a return & without a reason was rejected twice & then on the 21st the Return period expired.

                      I bought Flipkart Perfect Homes Opus Engineered Wood Queen Box Bed which have 1 year warranty, within one year bed get fungal from everywhere.
                      at 1 /10/2022 I register complain in flipkart at very next day technician came to my home and check the condition and make the request that the bed is manufacturing fault (return id-[protected]) then at 07/10/2022 request automatically cancel. After again I raise the issue on same day and again same process done (return id-[protected]) in this complain they accept refund request and say ones bed is picked within next day we initiate the refund to your account and give me the pickup time 14/10/2022.but they didn't pick, after that I again raise complain they say at 19/10/2022 will picked definitely but they didn't picked and again extend time to 21/10/2022 again they didn't picked and now they give 22/10/2022.

                      Four-time flipkart residual my pickup date, now its 21 day onward my bed is disassembled, and I am sleeping on ground because my money is stolen by flipkart

                      flipcard took my money in hold illegally, I wanted my refund as early as possible or otherwise I will file a case on flipkart or putting my money on hold illegally

                        This is related to the order id OD[protected] ordered through flipkart. This order was placed on 27-Sep-22 and i have been following up with flipkart since 30-Sep to cancel the order as seller (Wakefit) declined to ship at my location and kept my order at hold.

                        Wakefit cancelled the order on request on 6-Oct-22 and on 7-Oct-22 i raised a complaint (IN[protected]) on flipkart to cancel the order and they assured that complaint will be resolved within 2 days by 9-Oct-22.

                        I have been following up and now tired of following up now regarding the complaint raised to cancel the order. Today its 22nd October and there is no response from them, whenever i try to ask the status every time i get the same response to wait for 24-48 hours and that time frame is not getting over for flipkart.

                          I have ordered a sleg9 m10 Bluetooth headset in 27.09.2022 in Flipkart. I received the said product on 05.10.2022 but I found defect that product on same time after receive. I requested Flipkart to return the product and refund my money. I requested many times but they didn't resolve my issue.

                              Hi Team, I ordered 5 gm Gold coin on 22sep.2022 prepaid. and on 21st Oct.2022 as I checked my order has been cancelled . I Didn't cancel this order and without my confirmation how they can cancel my order after 1 month, when I purchase this item total cost of Gold was Rs. 24020 . while today its cost is Rs. 27955 . so if i purchase this item who will pay differential amount approx.[protected]

                              they Used my 24020 approx 1 month and now deny for delivery. I also called customer care of flipcart but they did not respond me properly.
                              even they are saying put a fresh order while item is not available on their site .

                              so please provide compensation of my loss around 5000 and penalty Rs 5000 towards flipcart for cancel this order without my confirmation and they disturbed me mantelly

                                Money of Rs.12055 debited from my account from Flipkart without any reason, kindly refund the amount debited, i didn't approve that transaction but somehow when I checked there was decrease in my account balance, there was this unauthorised debit by Flipkart. It stresses me out to see these transactions.

                                      I used to flipkart games from time to time and earn up to 9479.Today i found out that it has dissapeared from my account.It says "reclaimed due to fraudulent activity" and flipkart also banned me from playing all their games saying "we encourage fair play in line with our terms and conditions".What fraudulent activity are you talking about here, earning supercoins fairly by playing games?.

                                        I have placed an order OD[protected] on 23rd sept which was suppose to be delivered by 8th Oct but today is 21st oct and it is still not delivered. And there is no tracking update after 30th sept. everytime I call customer care they say I will get an update in 24-48 hr but I never get an update.
