I bought a smartphone from Flipkart on 27th September 2022, order id: OD[protected].

Order was placed on emi but full amount got billed in my billing statement i.e. purchase was not converted into emi.

Now i have to pay full purchase amount although i opted for emi and order details shows the same.

As bill got generated today and full amount was billed, who will take responsibility for this?

    My Flipkart account has been blocked.so I'm unable to login my account and i have an product issue also...

    Many times mail to Flipkart but noo response from Flipkart team side.so kindly unblock my account for me

      Sir i have ordered a bicycle on the date of 23/ 9/22.. the date of delivery was 4/10/22..but they didn't delivered on that day... and they didnt explained the reason of late delivery.. after 11/10/22...they said your delivery will be on 14..after 14 they said 15/10/22 now they are saying 19 will be your delivery date... they didn't gave me any reason... I called costumer care they said have some patience we will deliver as soon as possible...they have no cancelation option on their website...my money got stuck..i think it is a fraud case sir i am helpless here please help me..

        Am a girl from a middle class family, and I am a student. I was thinking to take the phone for a long time, but it was late to collect money, Flipkart had a big billion sale going on, so I created a new account on Flipkart and took money from my father and booked the phone Oneplus Nord CE. 2 Lite 5G Mobile Amount of 20026.The boy who came to give the parcel first asked for money and then left with the parcel, I quietly came home with the parcel when I opened it and found there was no mobile, instead of mobile he gave me Loreal Paris 80gm Hair Syrum and took the whole money wrongfully.

        I have captured also unboxing footage.

        I made a return request but flipkart still not refunded my money much more struggle.

        I want it to be severely punished, a poor girl's dream, it is not right to put her in danger with this kind of hard money.

        I request to refund my money and take action against flipkart not to deal with anyone.

        After raising return request they called me 4:27pm today they said wait 24 hours we will help you, but i got return rejection mail some moment ago.

        How they can rejected my return request where item was missing, take legal action on it and refunded my money.

          I ordered puma rs shoes and I received another puma shoes which is completely different and after that I requested a return and they told me to wait till3 days and after 3 days i called them and they told me to wait more 2 days and then somehow my return request got rejected, Now what should i do, i call their customer support but they tell only one thing “sir pls wait for 24 hours” i am really pissed because of this, pls solve my issue fast as soon as possible

          Update:my return request got rejected multiple time and i also uploaded my adhar card but still whenever i call fk’s customer care they want me to wait 24 hours .flipkart, this is how you behave with customer. Is 4500 a small amount in my opinion it is completely not a small amount.im still trying to return product

            Ordered Samsung hwa67e/xl sound bar in big billion days on 22-09-22 for rs24000/ got delivered on next day itself on box product is mentioned made in Vietnam but inside the box the product is mentioned made in China. Immediately I requested for refund they delayed untill 30-09-22 and said refund rejected. The product which they sent was not satisfied and why I have to use forcefully. I want my money back i dont want to use their product.
            2. Given replacement that product also same china made and not up to the mark. Instead of giving refund they are forcing to accept with replacement. There is no correct matching specifications to what they shown in the pictures. I want my money back take this garbage product no use for me. And people who're reading don't buy in flipkart.

                I have ordered springtek matress of 72 x 48 x 6 inch size of the mattress but they have delivered me a smaller size mattress on 5th October 2022. I tried calling their customer care number they said that that are providing a replacement for the same. 9 days had passed but still they have no escalated my issue.

                  Sir, I have orderd ( order id: OD[protected] an (Infinix X1 Slim Series Core i3 10th Gen - (8 GB/512 GB SSD/Windows 11 Home) XL21 Thin and Light Laptop (14 inch, Aurora Green, 1.24 kg)) laptop worth Rs 32990 with an offer of Rs 4000 ( Flipkart big billion offer dhamaka) plus an addtional exchange offer of Rs 6950 (with an old laptop Thoshiba). The total amount paid was Rs 22140 .On October 3rd they cheated me by delivering a wrong product ( Lenevo laptop) which i refused to buy and instantly i reported the above incident to their customer service executives through phone.They offerd me a resolution before october 7th . But Now it seems that the flipkart has deliberatly cancelled my order without my knowledge and belief and asked me to reorder the same with the current market prize.They also informed me that the amount that i was already paid is refunded to my bank account on october 10th. Sir i was deliberatly cheated by the flipkart team by delivering fake product and they cunningly removed by discount offer of big billion days. Now i need flipkart to take necessary steps to reorder the above mentioned product with the same offer on 25th september 2022 which i really order for the above mentioned product

                  No steps have taken by the company. the company customer care executives simply call me and say so many sorrys for that incident. They said that it was an unforeseen incident. An email was sent to the [email protected] but no response is seen till this date. So many phone calls have recieved from there customer service executives. but the problem is not yet solved

                                I complaint to flipkart and aftr bouncing around from several custoner service in their support chat I decided to finally post complain. I have heard so many bad new about flipkart that I don't want to wait for them to resolve it.

                                  I am a girl from a middle class family, and I am a student. I was thinking to take the phone for a long time, but it was late to collect money, Flipkart had a big billion sale going on, so I created a new account on Flipkart and took money from my father and booked the phone Oneplus Nord CE. 2 Lite 5G Mobile Amount of 20026.The boy who came to give the parcel first asked for money and then left with the parcel, I quietly came home with the parcel when I opened it and found there was no mobile, instead of mobile he gave me Loreal Paris 80gm Hair Syrum and took the whole money wrongfully.

                                  I have captured also unboxing footage.

                                  I made a return request but flipkart still not refunded my money much more struggle.

                                  I want it to be severely punished, a poor girl's dream, it is not right to put her in danger with this kind of hard money.

                                    I've ordered realme TechLife 7.5 kg 5 Star Rating Fabric Safe Wash Fully Automatic Top Load Grey on 29th sep 2022 through Flipkart and got it delivered on 9th oct 2022 (Order ID: OD[protected], my Installation & Demo was Scheduled for 10th oct 2022 I also got the details of the Installation Engineer but he never came and also never received my calls, on second day 11th oct 2022 in the morning I checked the installation status and found out that Flipkart automatically cancelled my installation & demo so I rushed to Flipkart customer service & made complaint about this and they said we have rescheduled your installation on 11th oct 2022, but same scenario as well no one came for the installation, I again raised complaint & asked for the installation asap and they said wait till the 14th oct 2022 your issue will be 100% resolved and if you want fast installation get it done by a third party person, I lost it at this statement from Flipkart customer service staff and said why are you selling appliances if you can't give installation & demo for the same, why the customer bear the load of a third party installation engineer and why we as a customer waste our time, it's been 4 day's now no one came to installation & demo of my product nor I've got any call from the Installation Engineer which they keep assigning the same person back to back named "DHEERAJ SINGH", this person is never received my single call till now, and thier issue resolving deadline also coming to an end but no progress so far now they also keep extending the issue solving deadline day by day, I'm really fed-up of this behaviour of Flipkart and writing this to all consumer forums so that other consumers will see this and Never buy an appliance from Flipkart, they tie-up with the world's worst and unprofessional Company "Jeeves", which has a bizarre level of bad history in serving the customers, I'm mentioning the all details and attachments related to this issue below so that it will get easy for everyone to understand:

                                    Case ID: FLIR-5TC7DN-HF9JY8-JOM7B3-PT9H62E
                                    Company: Jeeves by Flipkart

                                    After this they keep sending me same case id and same Installation Engineer details daily but never send person or call for the same, and this person never receive my calls, I also can't open the machine on my own as they the company will void my warranty or nor listen to me if I got the damaged product, the machine is keep sitting in my room sealed pack and untouched.

                                    Now, I Just want my full refund and get my product returned I don't want to continue this calling game daily as I'm an employed person and don't have much time to keep tackling this nonsense, I'll not bear any other future charges in the returning process, I just want my refund which I've paid for the same product, if they can do this kind of torcher to a "PLUS MEMBER" then I can't imagine that what they do to the normal member's.
