I placed an order for "SHIRAZIKIDSWEAR Boys & Girls Casual T-Shirt Jeans" on 10th Sep 2022 which was delivered on 18th Sep 2022. But I found a defect in the jeans and requested for an exchange. However, your call representative denied for exchange and requested to go with order cancellation to process the refund for this order and place new order for the same product. I did the same but I haven't received my refund...

I ordered a Moto g51 on 17 September 2022 through Flipkart. When I was tracking it, I found that it showed the status out of the delivery area (Pincode-address mismatch). They have delivered many times in the past to the same address and my Pincode and address do not mismatch. Why they are doing so? If cannot deliver they should have told me when placing the order.

Raunak Singh, and Mohamed called me 20 times in a day to make the payment and they promised me by lying about the benefits of the account managers paid services. I made the payment on 12th Sept 2022. They were just keen on getting the credit of the business and getting their ill gotten incentives.
Once the payment was made the only email that I got was an introductory call from one of their Account managers.

Canon pixma printer ordered on 12th Sept 2022 with order ID; OD[protected]. Flipkart telling that we are not able to deliver the product because of logistic issues. When tried to cancel the product, one message coming from flipkart saying the we cant cancel the order because product already dispached. So, product not received, not able to cancel the product and refund also not processed....

I already complaint many times and raise a complaint for replacement because of damage product i received on delivery date, as i already shared images with Flipkart and also again I am sharing with this also, as i got product in which rubber coating of one head is out, that is not properly coated, as you can see in the images, i attached with the complaint.

Everytime i connected with your customer care. Regarding my existing complain i.e. Rs 14850 fraud on my Flipkart account. Google Play card was ordered from my flipkart account and amount got deducted from my RBL credit Card.

I had ordered a product and the product was delivered on 19/09/2022, without my knowledge, someone has initiated the return of the product, the seller has accepted the return and credited the refund amount to an an account which is not mine. I am from kerala and the bank account belongs to bihar( got this information by checking the bank ifsc details from flipkart customer care. I can make it clear that i didint got any call from any flipkart...
