Hello Consumer’s I know we all are motivated by flip kart advertisement on Television every day and we think it’s safe to buy from them over the internet. But the reality is they will always take more the time to deliver the product, plus they will never give you the product that you order for rather give some other options and then give you something which are old stocks or etc.

Beware of FLIPKART Don’t Believe them just because of the TV advertisement
i agree with u completely...same happened with me also. I too got a second hand trimmer and cleaning brush was also missing in my case. Saale flipkart waale ek number ke ****** he..

    hi,

    i have ordered one book in flipkart(order number :od[protected]) on 21st april but uptil now i didn't get it. i have called to customer care twice they just say that consinement has not been recieved in mumbai and it will take more one week or so it has already taken more than 10 days.
    If they can't deliver product in time then why they guarantee to deliver in 2-7 days.

    I ordered a Canon 600D DSLR camera on 3rd April 2014 from Flipkart.com with pre payment of Rs. 31250.00 from my Credit card. As confirmed by flipkart on mail that i will get the delivery by 7th April 2014. On 5th April 2014 around 2 PM I got my product through Ekart courier service but when I opened the outer packing of the consignment I found that the seal of the Original Canon packing is broken so i denied to accept that consignment and called to Flipkart customer care. As confirmed by one of their executive Mr. Santosh that request for replacemnt of product has been initiated and i would get the reshipment by earlier commited date i.e. 7th April 2014. On 5th April 2014 at 8 PM when I checked the status of my consignment on Flipkart.com I was shocked to see that still the item was not dispatched from seller Warehouse and delivery date on their site became 9th April 2014 so I again called to their customer care and one of their executive told me that delivery of my consignment would be done by 9th April 2014. I told them that I am going to Goa on a trip on 8th April 2014 and have my flight at 11:45 AM and i ordered that camera because of that trip so if i not get my consignment before 8th April 2014 it would be useless for me. But not get good response from Flipkart and they still stuck to their words that it can't be delivered before 9th April 2014.

    As per Flipkart if i canceled my order i will get my payment back in 12 Buisness days.

    i have placed an order for nokia phone on 6th April and i was suppose to get the delivery on 9th. When i checked the status on 9th, it was not yet reached Bangalore. Hence i made a compliant and customer care agent promised to get back in 8 hours. Even after 30 hours no one came back to me. Then I called their customer care on 10th April at least 10 times, all they know is to say sorry, they don't know where the shipment is, don't know when it will reach me or don't even know the reason for delay. The entire delivery system and customer care system of flipkart sucks. Most to my surprise, they don't even know what is they compensation they gonna give me for a delay.ed delivery.
    i have given order OD[protected] which was supposed to delivered on sat 14 June but still i didn't receive till date...
    I ordered HTC desire 816 mobile and it was about to be delivered on 23-Sep-14 but till today i have not received my mobile.Kindly take strict action against this.I want my delivery by today end of the day.

    I wish to know why so much time is being taken by the seller in delivering my order of REDMI IS against my order no. OD[protected] Dated 08/12/2014. On tracking of the order it is found that it is under shipment from Bangalore, Karnataka to Guwahati, Assam by Delhivery COD : [protected] but the expected delivery date is 26/12/2014. Almost 18 days...it is too much for a reputed firm like flipkart...on the other hand through my friends it came to know that they received the order before the stipulated time. I can't understand why have I to wait much for that.

    I Ordered a Lenovo A6000 mobile handset on Flipkart.com on 4th February 2015 and notified that product will be delivered on 9th February 2015.But I got the product on 10th February. Not only the delivery got delayed but they delivered a faulty set, the battery is discharging frequently so that without charging I cannot use the set, also set is getting heated so that cant take it anywhere near the face.

    So I requested for a replacement on 18th February 2015 and again got notified that the replacement will be delivered on 23rd February 2015(today). They didn't deliver the product on specified date and now they send a mail that the product will be delivered only on 25th February and i have to wait until then. I called them twice and they don't gave a valid reason for why the product is delayed, only thing they got to say is I have to be patient 2 more days...

    This is my third complaint in this forum and i'm surprised that you haven't taken notice of this. I don't know what i should do, always got troubled with this damn site which is run by a bunch of and a carried out by a group of jokers named customer service executives.

    it was supposed to be delivered on 28th Feb'15 butgot extended to 2nd Mar and then to 3rd March.

    I have ordered a phone through order number OD[protected] on 2nd July online. Promised date of delivery was 10th July. There was no update till 8th July and when I called up call center on 7th, they promised me delivery on 10th. On 9th I got an intimation, that delivery will be delayed till 17th July. I contacted the call center and enquired the reason of delay. When asked, call center refused to give contact number of customer care manager. They escalated the issue and notified that my complaint will be resolved by 11th July 10 am. On 11th July 10 am, I again got notified that issue resolution will take time till 12th July. This way Flipkart is harassing me and giving false commitment. As a customer, I feel cheated. I demand immediate delivery of the phone and a compensation of Rs 1000 for the delay in delivery.

    Defective set(Moo-e)

    Received moto e on 25 8 14. But It is defective set.The set has no Internet access. I am unable to make internet.Service Provider also confirmed about the problem after trying a lot allowing their net settings.

    Worst service for purchasing mobiles

    I tired to purchase REDMI 1s on 23rd after waiting for 2 weeks and sucssfully added the device to cart, but finally flipkart given me a twist that device is not in cart unable to purchase the mobile.

      DEAR SIR/MADAM

      I ordered on refrigerator from flipkart model no -Samsung RA19BDTS1/XTL Refrigerator, order no-OD[protected] ON 31st of march delivery date was given by flipkart was 9th of april
      on 8th April I got mail that this model is not in stock and suggested another model Samsung RA19BDPS1 which they confirmed to be in stock .
      I again confirmed the order for the same suggested by flipkart order no was ID: OD[protected].
      on 16th april they again sent a mail that this model is not in stock and they have given on more option model no- Samsung RA19ADJB .
      I again accepted this, then order number was ID: OD[protected] delivery date was 28th of April .
      Again today that is 28th apri 2012 i got mail that your order is cancelled because of non availability of stock . Now refrigerator price is increased as tax increased Flipkart bluffed me and wasted my one month .
      After all this, i have talked with customer care and sales department of filpkart to know why this has happened three times, but they have not given me a proper reason. i am sure that they don't keep the products in stock and they are showing a false information that it is in stock which pushes the customer in uncomfortable position. i think if the order went to out of stock, it should be communicated to the costumer ate least in two days which is more than enough time.
      I request to take action against flipkart so that they should not show the false advertisement in television and website. this will help the costumer to be in safe position and they will not be cheated by flipkart in future. i also request to tell the procedure how to file complain in consumer court so that i can take proper action against them.

        I ordered a product on flipkart.com . while ordering they claimed it will be delivered within 2-7 working days . But it never got delivered till now. I have complained twice to their customer care but no response. They dont provide any complain number on which you can follow . Also there customer care will tell you "we will get back to you within 24 hours" which never happened sadly. I do online shopping from other sites as well, but they dont claim false promise of delivering with in 2-7 days . I ordered a cooler and because of them i am feeling the heat.

        I had ordered an refrigerator from flipkart. They informed me after 10 days that it can not be delivered as we have cancelled the product long back ago due to unavailability.
        Actually they have raised its price and do not want deliver it on the committed price. Everyday they used to tell me we will deliver by 48 hrs. After waiting for 10 days in summer I got nothing.
        Flipkart is just good for buying books and nothing else. For other things it is a "FLOPKART"

          I Ordered for a Panasonic theatre on 31st march 2012 and Flipkart promised to deliver in 6 to 8 Days and today is 21st April 2012 and i haven't still received the product and after sending multiple enquires to Flipkart and their promises to provide solution in 24 to 48 hours and many new delivery dates i havent received the product yet. Kindly ban this kind of company's from india.

            I had placed an order on Flipkart for a Belkin N600 DB Wireless Dual-Band N+ at the price of Rs. 813/- for which i have a confirmation from them over a mail, but later on they mailed me saying that this was a typographical error and the price is Rs. Rs. 4625/-., but the problem is i have already spent an amount of Rs. 2000/- on the wiring part for installing this router and because of the company's error i will be facing the issue of more extra expenditure. As a company they should honor the commitment they have made to the customers who had already ordered the product.

            What am i to do now?.

              The Flipkart Order invoice states that the product (in my case "SanDisk Extreme HD Video SDHC 16 GB 30MB/s RTL PR Class 10 Memory Card") will be shipped within 3-4 working days but it's more than 10 days there are no response from Flipkart. More over when ever I call Flipkart Customer care they promise to revert back within two hours.
              Are there any email or phone number to escalate the issues apart from [protected]@flipkart.com

                Dear Sir
                I am sorry to inform you that 03 books i.e. objective english for competitive exam 2. Logical & Analytical reasoning and 3. A modern approach to logical reasoning by R.S. Agrwal which was ordered on 24.03.2012 have not yet been received to me. I contacted overnight courier in several times in Raipur and Korba Branch but he is not responding and advising me to contact your seller to receive this book. I also contacted to Flipcart customer care but all in vain. I think it is not so good for your future business.
                Kindly request to expedite the issue and arrange to send my courier in time to my mentioned addressed.


                Why ORDER NO. OD[protected] has not delivered to addressee as yet ? are you cheating the people?. I have lodged a complaint in consumer forum for compensation as i have suffered a lot. I want to tell you that you will face severe legal trouble so that you may not cheat another people again. I am fully trying to ban overnight courier coy consists the group of frauder.

                  I had ordered a Printer Epson Aculaser M1200 on Flipkart on January 31st, 2012. I was surprised to receive the product within a week. I was impressed with the packing. But when I opened the package I found the left side of the tray holder of the printer broken. I contact Flipkart and I was told I will have to send it back through Blue Dart. Surprisingly I received the replacement within a week. I was happy with Flipkart's service. Shockingly, I opened the package and found the exact same part of the Replaced printer Epson Aculaser M1200 to be broken. I tried taking a print out and I kept hearing loud noises and somehow it never printed anything. So I opened the top door and was shocked to see another Broken Part inside. I was wondering how Flipkart has sent me 2 Defective Products Back to Back. However, they told me they will replace it for me. This happened during the last week of February. Today is the last week of March. The Replacement is not done yet. I get a call from Flipkart every week telling me that they will solve the issue within the next 3 - 5 business days. I think they have only 1 business day a week. Because 4 - 5 weeks have run off. I am beginning to think the inefficiency of Indian Online Stores. Trying to buy one printer for the past 2 months, I could have just picked up one from the local retailer. Being a loyal fan of Flipkart, I placed order on it and fell prey to their sluggishness. Now I have become a Anti Flipkart guy. Will not buy anything from the site or will not suggest it to anybody. I am still hoping the replacement or refund of the money is done soon.

                    In March 2012, I ordered a Quickheal Antivirus Pro 2012. Everything seemed to be good as the delivery was on time and I was glad that I could pay through credit card at time of delivery. I took the delivery and when I opened it up the outer cover stated 2012 but when I pulled out the inner box it indicated 2011, an older version of antivirus. I was shocked and felt cheated as it appeared that they had deliberately done this and it was not a mistake. It looked like I was served old wine in new bottle. Had It been a wine I'd have gladly accepted since old wine is costlier and tastier. I immediately called their customer care who advised me to download the updated version online while registering the product. Things were not too bad until this point, as I was able to download the updated version. However, it took me almost an hour to download in a broadband connection- what if a person does not have internet connection, may be for some time ie. a month or two. I went to their website and narrated the whole incident under product review, which obviously also had the review about the product. The very next day when I checked the review on their website it was not there. It had been removed by them without even informing the customer. This infuriated me and I called once again to their customer care and I was informed that it was Management's decision. Management does not mean being crook, cunning and misleading towards consumers. They think consumers are fools and naive who do not know what is going backstage. Beware of this company, People, since they remove bad reviews and only have neutral or good reviews about the product and company. This clearly shows that they are manipulating and pumping in good reviews and deleting bad ones. They use pseudonyms to post good reviews which in turn increases the probability of sales.Needless to say, you could not rely on their reviews before buying any product..

                    I researched online and found the same kind of complaints from other consumers. This company could not be in business for long time due to unfair and manipulative trade practices that they follow. I'll never ever buy anything product from them and have advised same to my colleagues. I am also going to post a video on Youtube showing what I ordered and what I got.

                      Digital Blood presuure measuring instrument

                      I bought a digital BP monitoring instrument from flipkart.com thru order no.OD[protected] on March 13th 2012. On the first day i used the instrument it was showing my BP was 120 / 72.. but my normal BP is 130/90... on the next day i was not feeling well .. i measured my BP again it was again showing the same .. I went to my doctor .. to my surprise when he measured my BP it was 150 / 100 and i took the instrument to my doctor place where instrument was showing as 120 / 80 which is perfectly normal..

                      I understood that that this instrument which i had bought is a waste.. i asked to refund my money at flipkart.com but they refused.. i asked them them to change it to other better brand of BP instrument which also they refused clearly.. i asked them why they are endorsing the brands without checking the authenticity of the product for which i got no answer.. These health product are great risk to the society. The websites shud not endorse these health risk products.

                      My urge to everyone dont by health products from flipkart.com because u may end wasting ur money.

                      My urge to authorities . Pls arrange for my money back...

                        My ATM DEBIT CARD WAS MISUSED FOR RS. 18000/- ON 13.02.12. I HAVE ALREADY COMPLAINT LOGGED AT STAT BANK OF INDIA, BBS BRANCH. AS PER BANK INSTRUCTION I WAS CONTACT THE FLIP KART (ONLINE SHOPPING STORE) BUT THEY TOLD THAT THE ATM DEBIT CARD WAS MISUSED & RS. 18000/- WILL CREDITED ON YOUR BANK ACCOUNT SHORTLY. THEY GIVE THE E-MAILS ALSO. BUT TILL DATE THE TOTAL AMOUNT IS NOT REFLECT IN MY BANK ACCOUNT.

                        SO I REQUEST YOU TO KINDLY TAKE NECESSARY STEPS AT YOUR END.

                          I had ordered 3 electronic products from letsbuy.com for a value of Rs. 3934 and after applying a gift coupon for Rs. 2000, I made a payment of Rs. 1934. After the online payment was made from my account, no order was generated. When I checked with the customer care, I was told that although the order has been processed with order no LSB 199622, I need to send the screenshot of payment and my proof of identity. Even after I sent the requisite documents, I was told that the payment has to be confirmed by the payment processor, which has not happened since the last 5 days, strangely.

                          Therefore, I urge readers of this complaint to abstain from buying from Letsbuy.com unless they have money to throw.

                            I am a member of Flipkart and i wanted a game, NBA 2K12. I have been searching for the game for a long time but it is always "OUT OF STOCK". I have seen this with another products also. Flipkart doesn't restore their products. Once it is out of stock, they don't care about it. This is the only thing I hate about Flipkart but it is the worst con. I really wanted that game and i am still waiting. I hope it comes soon. I hope Flipkart restores it real soon.

                                  The product id and other product details were correct in the shipment message.I logged complain against wrong product delivered to their customer care. They called me back and made sure the product will be replaced. When i didn't get their further response i wrote back to their customer care.
                                  This time they replied the product will not be replaced as it doesn't fall under 30 day replacement programme.

                                  Now, i ended up paying for the wrong product which i don't require.

                                  It seems FLIPKART is now specializing in sending incorrect products or any products of their own liking to the customers and ignoring any mail or telephone communication made to rectify their mistake.

                                  I have ordered an HCL tablet, for which they have wrongly delivered the product and now refuse to revert to any mails that I am communicating to them. Furthermore, every time their tele support person will require complete details and then say that they will revert on the same

                                  Flipkart is getting to be highly unprofessional and bad service provider, totally unexpected from such a promising company.

                                    I had made the payment for the purchase of a laptop on the 7th Feb 2012.

                                    The same was shipped, but was never delivered to my address.

                                    Thereafter I made several phone calls for the re-shipment of the same, but it was still not delivered.

                                    finally, i made a request to cancel the order on the 23rd Feb. The company promised a refund in 5-7 business days.

                                    I have not received the refund till date.

                                    Each phone call to the company takes an average of 30 mins and i have made atleast 20 such calls.

                                    I have also sent two emails to the company - but no reply has been received.

                                    I want the company to refund my money and compensate me for the loss of time spent on phone calls @ Rs. 1000/- per hour.

                                    Furthermore, bank interest should be paid from 7/2/12 to the date of final refund.

                                    After three days again i call but same answer?

KOTTIGEPALYA, MAGADI MAIN ROAD, BANGALORE 560091..KARNATAKA...i want to say that i have ordered on line a micromax X222 mobile from flipkart.com OD# [protected] but i hv received a defective one,the mobile does not show the memory card status..then i did call to the flipcart toll free number and told everything about the mobile he told me i hv understood ur problem. and we will receive ur mobile as soon as possible within 72 hrs..but there is no response from the flipkart company... now from last 20 days.i hv talked to the flipkart company or complaint to the flipkart company many time near about 15 to 20 times to show their improper service..and to show their misconduct or no response about my mobile...but the flipkart customer care agent always told me that we want really sorry and we will reverse pick-up soon..but as my knowledge or company norms ..the defective product should b receive within 15 days....but i hv complaint from last 20 days of receiving the product..sir...i am suffering a lot from this problem and feel tired.the flipkart agent gave me a fake information in this regard..and he didn't want to reverse pick-up my new defective mobile which i have used only once from the date of receiving.. and i have packed this mobile as it is...

                                        I had purchased a set of SONY SRS-D5 multimedia speakers from Flipkart.com for Rs.2700/- on 4th Feb 2011. The Product was delivered to me on time but when i opened the package i found that the power adapter which is supposed to power ON the speakers is missing. Now inspite of them sending me an Replacement speakers the new package too has the same component missing. Flipkart now says that the product does not come with an POWER ADAPTER. I do not understand that how can a speaker be sold without an POWER ADAPTER whereas the product manual clearly says that it is supplied in the box.
