This is to informed you that i ordered grocery total 24 items in which there was 12 items were missing. I raised this issue with Flipkart team and they have not done there work properly that's why there was many refund request.

The seller team and courier delivery team have done some fraud, delivery boy have not delivered full list of grocery (this was informed to customer care team) and they assured me for the same, you can check with delivery boy and Flipkart team should investigate this issue seriously, I am asking for my hard earn money to back.

When i asked customer care team why such a delay happening from your end and why i have to raise many request for same thing. So team said that there were some technical issue that's why multiple request was done.

Now question is that, I paid full amount of my grocery in which half of my grocery was not delivered, and sellers team, delivery team and customer team have not done proper work then why should i have to loose my hard earn money???

You can check the account and go through with past history, i have never placed any return or refund request in past.

You can block my account permanently if you want, as I am really not happy with customer service and some fraud at sellers and delivery team, but i need my final refund of Rs876 (Fortune Sunlite Refined Sunflower Oil) as earliest as possible.

If you are not able to help me in this issue then request you to provide me details of higher authority so I can escalate this issue with them.

you can check that i have paid for this product but they said product was canceled. If product was cancelled then why no refund yet?

    Deffective 3 qty rice received no help from Flipkart after raising the complaint please take this back totally 3 packet and arrange reverse pickup and REPLACE ME NEW 3 packet please do the needful and arrange reverse pickup immediately and take this back give me new 3 packet

      I’ve ordered jacket cost 36005 but instead of that I received bedsheet that is a used one ! I’ve raised return and complain uncountable time since last 10 days ! Nobody is responding me well ignoring me call me back request also! Nd there members are talked me in a wrong way! And jus providing me next date and that too not helping! Please help me for this

        I have been trying to make the pay later payment of flipkart from last one year, but they have deactivated my pay now option.. I have contacted with them as week as idfc bank maximum times but no resolution came... Its affecting my cibil, but no resolution came...

                As part of an offer for taking the Credit card partnered with Flipkart, i was supposed to receive a 1000 rs gift voucher. On call they said they will look into it and marked it as resolved without giving any solution. Even on Twitter they are ignoring me saying they have solved the issue while i didn't receive the voucher i was supposed to receive. Absolutely shameless behavior from this company.

                  Purchased a mobile Infinix Hot 11 2022 last week and it has hanging issue, not able to update software. Got a replacement few days ago and the mobile has same issues. Already raised complaint with screen record and everything. The only solution I am hearing from Flipkart executive and service technician is to factory reset. I have already done that several time and i am tired of setting up this phone every single time. I never had any issues with my previous Infinix models. Looks like this model has lot of bugs. Process my refund I ll buy a better mobile.

                      I ordered Milton thermosteel flask 1000ml on 16 November (Order id -OD[protected], its shipping date was 18th of November but not shipped yet. Customer care executive are not giving any update . I made a query register on 19th november and they said they will give an update on 23rd but they closed the query by themselve and when I made it reopened they extended it to 26th of November. Also I made a complaint on twitter they called me yesterday and told we will give you an update by today 7PM but there was no call and when I made a DM on twitter they blocked me and did'nt gave any response.I want my order to get shipped by today and dear flipkart pls take action on your team they do not give any satisfactory response.

I want replacement product and unblock my account..

                            The issue is I need to update my phone number as my other number is permanently closed/assigned to other person. I tried to update my new mobile number, the OTPs are being sent to both the numbers, i.e. new number and the old number. I got the new number OTP and account password, but the OTP of the old number cannot be entered as I lost the number and I dont have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.
                            Please do suggest me to update my new mobile number to my flipkart account.

                              Kindly activate my account atleast my wallet money can be used which are blocked for last 3 months

                                Dear Sir/Madam,
                                This is Tanmoy Roy, hereby writing to complain about Flipkart and how they did fraud with me. I ordered a Greensoul chair on 27th Sept 2022 (ID- OD[protected], for which I got delivery on 6th october. After receiving the product I found some problem in chair and faults, for which I placed return and refund within the stipulated date given for the product. After talking with seller (Greensoul) and Flipkart, both agreed for return and refund also.The product was picked up by them on 27th of October (for which I have video evidence) however still the process is not initiated. After talking to Green soul, they confirm refund of product from their side. But Flipkart is not cooperating and refunding my money. They are even disconnecting calls when I am trying to connect with them, not giving any solution. My money (Rs. 7428) is still stuck by Flipkart.

                                Consumer complaints platform is my last hope and I have complete faith that your authority will take strict measures against such fraud. It is my earnest request to your authority to look into the issue immediately and take immediate steps to refund my money.

                                  I had Order Mafatlal 300 TC Cotton King Abstract Flat Bedsheet. My order number OD[protected]. First, they deliver the wrong item (Multicolor Gulal). I raised the wrong item return request as per the Flipkart portal. They accepted my return request and the item was resent. However delivery person decline to hand over the item as he is asking for returned bedsheet (But I received Gulal). Now left with Gulal and paid for the bedsheet.

                                    Hi!

                                    I ordered a product of Rs. 529 on 12th November 2022 and paid the amount via 2 payment methods, Rs. 29 from Paytm wallet and Rs. 500 from Flipkart gift card wallet. I received the product on 17th November 2022 but I didn't like the product, I wasn't happy with it, so i returned it and requested a refund and it was accepted. The order was picked up the next day, on 18th November and I was refunded Rs. 29 to my Paytm wallet but Rs. 500 hasn't been refunded to my Flipkart gift card wallet. I contacted their support through social media (Twitter) as well as through their app but they don't tend to solve my issue, instead they're just wasting my time without providing any proper information.

                                    My issue hase been resolved by the Flipkart, they had refunded Rs. 500 gift card to me but it wasn't showing up in Gift card wallet because the wallet balance was Rs. 0.00 but after several follow ups I got to know that my money was refunded on Nov 18 to the EGV it belonged to earlier ( It was reflecting in wallet balance which it is used to earlier whenever we had been refunded in Gift card wallet).

                                      Hi Team,

                                      I have ordered multiple products at one and one of them is a Phillips Trimmer. I received the product and I started using it. There is some problem with the trimmer and to claim the warranty, I went to Flipkart website and tried to download the Invoice. Unfortunately it didn't generated any Invoice. I have raised the query with customer care and they did sent me the Invoice. It has the invoice for all the products in the Order ID but the Invoice for Phillips Trimmer was missing. I did further escalated this with customer care and you know what the customer care responded??? That I will not be getting Invoice for Phillips trimmer. I am confused if they are in their senses!!

                                      How come someone doesn't provide Invoice to customer for the products they purchased. Moreover, this is an electronic device. They started forcing me to accept that they won't share the Invoice with me.

                                      I am not sure if it is a right platform to complain but the Flipkart customer care was of NO HELP
