I ordered a Crucial 32GB laptop RAM from flipkart and got the package delivered on 6th oct 2022, when I opened my package I was shocked to see there was no RAM inside and just a piece of cardboard wrapped in bubble wrap, I immediately called the customer care and informed details about the missing RAM in the package and they promised the issue will be investigated and resolved by oct 18, but what happened was I gave the details flipkart customer care team requested by mail but the next day I received a message that the issue resolved and return rejected, I in first place did not request a return. so immediately I called the customer support again and once again informed in details about what I am going through, he promised I will get a refund but the same process repeated as before, I was very concerned about my money I paid up front but was fraudulently sent package with no product and for the 3rd time I called and informed the customer care about the issue and they raised a refund request and now Flipkart decided to block my account, now I can't access my account, is this how a company like flipkart treats a loyal customer, I lost my money peace of mind and instead of solving my issue flipkart just blocked my account. I need a proper solution to my problem
