Hikvision CCTV camera order placed in Flipkart

Hi Team,

I placed a CCTV camera order and once i opened the product box i found 3 items such as Harddisk, Bundled wire and HDMI cable is not there inside the packaging. So I placed a return request stating the same reason and infact I submitted all the product proof and ID proof and waited for more than 5days and today the return request is cancelled from Flipkart side. Please help me with this concern. I need a refund....

Flipkart laptop exchange policy is a SCAM

Had the worst experience in exchanging old laptop with Flipkart. The delivery person claimed a usage scratch (image), which would happen on any laptop used even for a week as a "DAMAGE", and reduced value from whopping 8600 to 1700. Do you expect old laptops to be in mint?

More so - flipkart is not even accepting any responsibility in this matter.

Flipkart customer care was so useless in this - they said accept...

Didn't receive an email containing Flipkart gift card PIN

Rs. 170 was refunded to my Flipkart Gift card wallet and I was informed that I will recieve an email containing the PIN of the gift card. BUT I DIDN'T GET ONE. And due to this, I am not able to use the amount. I sent an email to [protected]@flipkart.com but didn't get a response. I demand an immediate response to my email and also want to recieve an email containing the PIN.

Prepaid OrderID OD226064412352139000 cancelled with no proper reason

I had ordered iPhone 13 during sale on 22nd Sept. The very next day 23rd night my ordered was cancelled without any intimation or proper reason. In cancellation mail they have mentioned it was a bulk order and it was cancelled by seller. I had ordered only 2 iPhones ( one for me and another for my sister's from different seller). Delayed in product delivery

I have ordered product on 22nd sep 2022 which supposed to be delivered on 24th sep 2022. still the product is not delivered. i have lodged many complaints to flipkart customer service but there is no action against it. delivery agent (ekart is unresponsive). the money is debited from the account and product delivery is not happening...

Realme Buds Air 2 invoice

I purchased Realme Bluetooth Earbuds with order No. OD[protected] in oct-2021 and
Recently I noticed charging problem. As the device is under warranty I contacted the product customer care and they informed me to submit the invoice.
The invoice is lost and also not found in my registered mail id. I checked in flipkart under my order but for this product invoice option is not showing.

Got duplicate Apple adapter delivered

I ordered apple adapter on 22nd september from Flipkart, same was delivered to me on 25th sept 2022.

When I tried to check authenticity of the product on apple website, I found that the serial number was not recognised by apple website.

That shows that the product is not geniune Apple product.

Duplicate apple adapter delivered instead of original product

I ordered apple adapter on september 22nd 2022, and got the product delivered on 25th September.

When i tried to check authenticity of the product on apple website the serial number mentioned on adapter was not recognised by apple.

Now when I raise a complaint with Flipkart they mention that the product is under no return policy.

I don't understand what to do here as I paid for orginal product...

Tv installation delaying

I ordered 43inch realme tv and it delivered on 24 sept 2022 and they give expected installation is on 25 sep 2022 and yesterday no call or message came..still now 26 sept 2022 no response from installation proccess team and flipkart is telling to wait again for next 24 hours.. i need compensation of 6000 for my loss of time and respect from my family... i orderd this product from flipkart against my family members....

from Flipkart, Delivered fridge was broken, Delivery Agent opened Box without our consent. He directly opened box as of he was aware of mishandling.

BBD 2022 Item waiting to be picked up by courier partner.

I have ordered SAMSUNG S21 FE on 23rd Sept 12:25 AM and the product was expected to be shipped by 23rd Sept 01:00 PM and delivered by 27th Sept 22.
