Hi, i ordered Redmi 10 in exchange Samsung Galaxy J2 (2016).
Today I received the delivery, the delivery agent was very rude and shouting.
Firstly, he refused to deliver the product at the destination address and asked me to take the delivery from 2km away from the delivery destination. Then, he performed all the checks for the exchanged product. He demanded 550 rupees for the damages, while his verification app was showing only 250. The damages were only with the silver lining of the bazzles.
He also refused to follow open box delivery procedures while I accepted & continued the open box delivery option while ordering.
His behaviour and way of talking was really worst, unacceptable and intolerable.
I want a refund of 300 INR and strict action against him.
