I placed an order with order id Order ID - OD[protected] this is still not resolved after 14+ days and refund of 3999 is also not initiated.

Flipkart team and my bank has confirmed successful for the transaction, i have provided them my bank details also for manual refund of 3999, but even after multiple escalations, refund is not processed. Please help me.

Someone hacked my Flipkart account and used my Flipkart pay later money for paying his/ her electric bill . He/She made two transactions and their respective transaction Id's are

I haven't got any notification or message or OTP regarding transaction . I discovered about this situation when I opened my Flipkart account . I also talked to Flipkart executives they said they can't do anything . Isn't this is their duty to make sure that tje account of customer is safe and secure. Now I don't know what to do as they are saying to pay 5250 bill amount that I haven't used. As its difficult for me to pay 5250 as I am currently a student who don't earn . And If I don't pay the amount they will decrease my CIBIL Score . So tell me what to do

My email adress and password has been changed somehow. And i am not being able to login to my flipkart account.i have tried to contact customer care support but this is also not working as there is no way to talk to a agent regarding this problem

I ordered a Women's Jacket from flipkart. The package was delivered on 02/11/2022 but when I opened it, it has vim bars (soap). When I placed a return request they rejected it twice. They have send the wrong product and now i have to beg them for my refund. Now for the return of product, they want me to share picture of my Adhaar card for so called verification. I do not understand what kind of verification they are referring to? If I had ordered the product, it is me who is returning it. Why is verification needed. Also, if it is needed, I can show it to the delivery personnel. Why I need to share my whole ID proof with Flipkart? Is it right to capture personal details of customers?

I placed a return order for the same and it was rejected citing reason (Cancelled on Today, Nov 02 as issue resolved by troubleshooting).

This is clear case of cheating, I paid for a product which is worth more and got something which I never ordered.

Failed to paid due amount on time . Later cleared all due amount with charges. Later this I cleared another due amounts on time. But Now It showing Filpkart Pay Later is Unavailable even after paying all dues .

I have purchased a mobile from OLX and I didn't know that the mobile is purchased under smart upgrade plan .Mine phone got locked after 4 months and from the guy whom I purchased the mobile his number is switch off so I can't get in touch with him.So please help me Flipkart team how can I get mine phone unlock.Please reply after seeing this message asap.Below I'm uploading the IMEI number and passkey.

I ordered a bean bag on 22nd of September . It's not yet delivered. It's been a more than a month and I don't want the product because of the late delivery . The executives say you can't cancel the order. Please send me my refund.

I have order a mobile handset from flipkart with Order ID - OD[protected] but the product was delivered to me and status is showing delivered. I have also complained to flipkart regarding this but haven’t received satisfactory help. Kindly help.

I am Neha Sapte. I paid the pay later payment for the November bill and money got deducted. I used phonepe to pay the same and in phonepe it shows successful but in flipkart, it shows dues are pending .

Please please please, help me for this. I want my money refund to my bank account. Or else check with the transaction and clear the November bill.

Previous told filpkart will return product after ended return policy becuse you have created first retun in within policy, that time they taken 1 monts but not returned prod uct, i told flipkart now i am going to jammu then he told after come back you will call me rhen i will create again retun, bit now saying that you cant create retun becuse return policy ended, very bad, I have proof of voice recording also, i told that i will come in november then he told d'ont worry flipkart will recreate return in nov

My order has not been delivered for more than a month and customer support is denying to cancel the order, I didn’t received any proper response from customer support

I recently changed my phone number, I tried to update it, its not working until I have the old number,
so I thought I can deactivate my account and sign-up again, that method also not working,

Neither customer care number is working.

I paid all EMIs to flipkart for my voltas AC purchased from there... Emi start in the month of may and it is completed on the month of october... i solemnly paid all my EMI with extra interest ...but flipkart didint provide NOC for my account closure...and they troubled me from past 30 days and they said me to paid an extra amount of ₹ 4889/-..and block my flipkart account on false ground

This is regarding order id OD[protected]. An order was placed for a pack of two items. But Flipkart delivered a pack of one item and different model. I requested for a replacement. This time also they delivered the same wrong product. I completely dissatisfied with the experience. It is pure negligence from Flipkart, there are no checks and balances in what they are selling to customer and what they are delivering. Flipkart is devolving day by day. They are not caring about customer satisfaction. The strategy they applied in my case is purely against law. Selling a different (low quality one) product with the name of other. It's cheating customer. Please take some action.

Unblock my account

My phone got locked due to smart upgrade plan even after i have paid full amount of the device. It is asking PIN to unlock my phone which seems Flipkart should give that PIN, have called them but got stale response

Please help me to unlock my phone and resolve the issue
