I have to report an issue regarding a refund which I did not receive. On 6th August I made a transaction through from my ICICI Bank Account (Phonepe) with Flipkart. My money has been debited from my bank Account, but the order did not placed. It's been a month and I have been communicating with flipkart and I have also submitted certain documents also. Kindly do the needful....

We Baught a realme Android TV from Flipkart some time back. There is some issue with the tv, when we tried to claim warranty we realised that there is no invoice provided for the tv on email or on Flipkart app.

I got different model of same company boat airdopes but they are refused to change or refund....

I'm participate in a game and the terms and conditions are cleared and the was completed at aug 5th but they not provide the game completion of reward worth 400 rupees. So i register a complaint in flipkart but they your are not applicable for reward...

I purchased boat airdopes 131 in oct-2021 and recently i noticed charging problem in left side. As the device is under warranty i contacted the product customer care and they informed me to submit the invoice.
The invoice is lost and also not found in my registered mail id. I checked in flipkart under my order but for this product invoice option is not showing.

Please look into this....

I purchased a Asus Tuf laptop from Flipkart, |t was delivered on 16th Aug 2022. The delivery guy did not show me any seals, Hurriedly opened the box and took the pic and left and did not let me touch the laptop. As soon as | took the laptop for inspection he left. My account has been blocked without any prior warning or notification. In the last 10 orders. 6 of them have been cancelled by flipkart itself due to seller issues. The customer has been penalised for incompetency from the seller’s end. Now I need the account for my mobile bills and various other reimbursements. Please look into this at the earliest....

I brought too many things from flipkart all the details and their invoices are there and I am not able to access them.

I have contacted customer care more than 2-3 times still no proper resolution they are just increasing the deadlines.
