Flipkart Seller Delivered Empty Flipkart cartoon Box in sealed condition i can't understand I am old primary User of Flipkart More than 6 years to go continuously buying from here never faced this kind of issue in my life.I have raised Return Request -[protected] on 19/09/23 They first requested to shared percel received images.I have sent they again asked me to shared documents I immediately shared after 6 days waiting they rejected my return request they earlier asked me to shared documents which match recent orders. They rejected Documents not sufficient dear sir i already shared Recent purshace customer document Three type documents adhaar card both side, pan card and Voter card also how they can rejected my refund? Here is problem they avoiding to proceed refund that's reason they everytime informing Product shared images couldn't validated, I got empty flipkart cartoon box there are nothing anything fully empty I clearly maintained the issue, They avoiding and wasting return period timeliness to denied my refund please do take immediate action on it and refunded my money.

    Earlier Flipkart was delivering products to our home and office address. I was ordering through flipkart 2-3 times per month. My area pin code is 560034. and native pin code is 620018 but now in big billion sale, poco f4 5g nebula green 128 8 are shown as "Currently out of stock in this area and cannot delivered to this pincode". for this particular product only, I am worried now and not able use any offers. Now flipkart is not delivering to our whole district itself. (Not to 560034, 560048, 620018, etc). I am regular and Flipkart plus customer, but not able to order. Need Response

        Hey I have ordered Lyod fridge 340L Order ID : -OD[protected]

        from Flipkart, Delivered fridge was broken, Delivery Agent opened Box without our consent. He directly opened box as of he was aware of mishandling.

        We did not accept delivery because it was broken very badly. Our installations were Scheduled on 28 but he opened box to check damage without our Consent . Even Delivery Agent offered us to keep this broken fridge and he will provide us some Coupes. We denied . He took back Fridge to HUB

        Now Neither Delivery Agent is updating Status on portal nor Picking any calls. When we spoke to Customer executive, they say that status us not updated we cannot help with Replacement. As you can see Screenshot of app is also attached.

        Delivery Agent said that status will be updated in 24 hours and you will get update on Replacement as its under replacement period . Its been more than 48 hours no update on neither app nor on calls.

        1) First of all we have not accepted Broken product. it was return as it is .
        2) Delivery Agent himself opened BOX without our Consent as of he was Aware of Mishandlings and misconduct .
        3) Even Agent tried to Convenese us to keep broken Fridge and some Coupons will be provided.

        kindly help us we want replacement as its under replacement policy but neither Flipkart executives saying anything nor Agent giving ant clarifications to us. Even Flipkart closing matter after having a customer executives . saying issue resolved.

        NO any updates from Flipkart executives, Keep on calling and asking to wait 24 hrs . Status will updated . its more then 72 hrs Flipkart unable to take Status report from delivery agent . What kind of process is this . no resolution .

          I have ordered SAMSUNG S21 FE on 23rd Sept 12:25 AM and the product was expected to be shipped by 23rd Sept 01:00 PM and delivered by 27th Sept 22. While as of now i.e., 26th Sept 22 this product has not been shipped from seller. Status tracking shows "Item waiting to be picked up by courier partner." This product has gone out of stock therefore I cannot even place another order. I have contacted the Flipkart support and they are not of much use, they kept on saying they have raised a complaint on their side and someone from logistics will contact me by 29 Sept 22. I have been waiting for this BBD offer for a long time and if I would not be able to get this product now, then I will have to purchase this at a much higher cost.

            Sir, Sir, I have ordered two Palazzo from Flipkart, same company Jaybaksh so they were in one same pack, two palazzo name written on the pack, but Flipkart accidentally gave me one, I gave money for two, RS. 251 + RS 254 each to EKART Delivery Boy, Cash on delivery, because I thought two palazzo was written there.

            I ordered JAYBAKSH Relaxed Women Gold & Pink Trousers but they send me the PINK ONE ONLY :(

            I have not got the gold one yet I paid money for it, inside of the packet, I have not seen the gold one,

            There was only one Palazzo inside the packet, but written two palazzo, I paid for both but received one,

            I have received only one Palazzo yet I ordered two palazzo, in the packet it's written two palazzo pink and gold, so I given 505 RS, Rs. 251+ Rs.254, but after opening the packet, I saw only one: the pink one, I have not received the gold one... I think due to heavy work pressure because Durga Puja and Diwali is near, you made an accidental mistake, don't worry I am not angry, I can understand, I won't return the product and I won't demand refund but please if you can please send me the gold palazzo as I have already paid money for It, I am a poor person, I am an Unemployed girl, I am studying in College.

            The app showing delivered, but it's not, only the pink one delivered, Not the gold one, the gold one was written on the packet, but after opening, I am not seeing the gold one, I paid cash money already, I thought inside of the packet, there'd be the gold one, but it's not there.

            The packet was not tampered or damaged and the delivery boy is nice and kind person.

              They are considering fade as dents...According to flipkart and its delivery executives, fading is Dent...The diognosis doesnt even ask for fade...My mobile got faded backside...They marked it is DENT on body, just for colour fading...i am the fool who using Flipkart still my friends told me not to use flipkart...will never get any products from flipkart and so called its offers...
              should have straightly moved on towards the AMAZON...Boycott Flipkart

              if anyone want hassle, go with flipkart

                    I ordered puma enzo 2 shoes from flipkart on 18th of September and paid them online everything went normal by then...The issue actually started when the product reached the nearest hub.It showed out for delivery on 23rd of September but was not delivered to me.So I tracked my purchase on https://ekartlogistics.com
                    they showed that the product delivery was unsuccesful(reason not mentioned)
                    next day there was no sign of delivery and on 25th it again showed out for delivery and even the delivery man came to my doorstep but after checking his bag he told me that he had forgotten my parcel at his home and will be delivering by evening...i was okay by then as he said it will be delivered but later evening I called him after no delivery, he told me that the parcel was "UNDELIVERED" from him and I have to order them again...it was really unacceptable for me but I didn't mind it too...when I checked those shoes were already out of stock so I checked their website again of https://ekartlogistics.com they said that delivery unsuccessful...i am really pissed off by such kind of services by such a renowned e commerce site

                      I have placed an order for OPPO F19 Pro plus it was supposed to be deliver on 23 Sept but on 24th order has been cancelled from flipkart side without my permission. I have placed the order in EMI option now the order has been cancelled without my concern bank is charging me a processing fee 199rs. Order id give below.

                      Moreover, I thought lets place a another order and this time I have make the full payment online meanwhile within 20 mins I have cancel the order but still the refund has not yet been done. I contact the customer service service they are saying it has been done. As a customer I have ask for the transaction ID or number so that I can confirm with the bank but customer care refuse to give.

                      I must say that flipkart customer care service is useless. No doubt in that, I request you to please resolve this issue. If the refund has been processed please let me know the transaction details. Second Order details are given below.

                        I have ordered some Havells wire . And some of them are delivered today. When i checked the box with my order list i found that some of my order is missing from the box. i, e.- 2.5mm Quantity of 1 and 0.75mm in quantity 1, This are the item that should be delivered by two quantity but instead of that i got 1 quantity of each. When i checked the bill it is showing that quantity 2 but got only one quantity. How it is possible as flipkart always mention that they checked every item before shipped. I have attached some images regarding this. I need those item as soon as possible.

                          I ordered an i phone 12 mini on September on 22 nd September and expected date was 23rd September but it got delayed and the expected date was 24th September i waited the whole day but the phone didn't came again now expected delivery date is of 28th September.
                          They fooling customer by taking the order, taking the money and they cancel it refund it after 10-14 days
                          It's a scam if the seller has accepted he should courier it they keeping the money for 15 days earning the interest and cancelling it

                            Dear Sir/Madam
                            I had ordered an item through Flipkart vide Order I'd - OD[protected].
                            I had recieved the item on 31.08.2022 and the same item returned to the courier partner of Flipkart on 02.09.2022 due to size/unfit of the item.
                            Now Flipkart denies refund for the same returned item citing reason that item yet not received by the seller.
                            This is unprofessional as I had already handed over the item to the courier partner.
                            Kindly help me to get refund from Flipkart.

                              Flipkart pay later - No cost emi option is charging 14% interest on my order. Complaint number with Flipkart is

                              But no response and they are not able to transfer the call to senior team. Only response is since it's charged interest i need to pay. I have screenshot showing no cost emi during my order. But after placing order they charged 14% which is bad from Flipkart pay later and bad response from customer care.

                                  In 21st september i have been in talks with the customer care in flipkart up untill today the issue is not resolved. I order a wireless headset that cost 1999 rs and they delivered only packaging. I fear that my money will be lost and i will not get any justice from flipkart

                                    I bought a samsung split ac, 1.5 to, 5star, windfree from Flipkart on 22/09/22. with order Id :OD[protected]. it was delivered on 24/09/22. when the installation person came and opened the package, we both were shocked it didn't contain "standard installation kit & inter connecting copper tubes" which is being provided by the manufacturer. On the box also it's clearly mentioned that it contain " 1N installation accessory, 2N connecting tubes" which was missing inside the box. The installation person told me to contact Flipkart customer care and raise a complaint, which I did .but they were not helpful they said this is what I get according to their seller description.. this is totally cheating and very horrible experience for me. they are denying my return request..

                                    please help me to get the standard installation kit or a refund for the same..

                                      I have Rs. 22, 148 in my Flipkart Affiliate which they are not releasing for the last 1 year. Also they are not allotting referral fee for the last 1 year. Reports are also manipulated. As per their policy, they release payment when it reaches Rs. 25, 000. But how i will get to this figure if they do not allot referral fee.

                                      I have tried reaching them through contact us section on affiliate portal, but no one is replying.

                                      This is happening with almost all the affiliates. Please help.

                                        I have ordered on 22 September around 12:08 am when big billion day sale started. Initially it was showing that I will receive my order on same day i.e., 22 September but it got delayed to next day. On 23 September it started showing out for delivery from 3 pm.
                                        The delivery guy missed called me with single ring and transferred my order to next day. On 24 September i.e., today it started showing out for delivery from 8 am in morning.
                                        The product is still not delivered and delivery guy is not picking up phone.
                                        After few calls he managed to put his calling number to out of network area. I am still calling his number, either it says not reachable or ring goes and he does not pick up my call.

                                        Today is the third day of delivery for my product as it keeps getting out for delivery and the delivery boy gives a miss call and role back order for the next day. It started showing out for delivery from 23 sept. 6 pm and it's still not delivered.

                                        I do not understand why even after the product is out for delivery, it keeps rolling back to the nearest hub. And when asked I am not even provided the nearest hub location so I can collect from there itself.
