I Ordered grocery daily needs essential
item through flipkart marketplace total product Ordered 35 item amount of 3295, and i paid also times of delivery without any confusion, They given a seald percel while i opened my house i found, There Pack of 5 Fortune Mustard oil pouch and pack of 5 Fortune Mustard oil bottle and pack of 5 emami mustard oil pouch Missing Only delivered item 20 products and 15 oil package Missing, wrongly taken full amount. I raised return request they without any call directly rejecting my refund request Please take action on it and refunded my 15 package oil Missing unit balance as soon as possible.

    Ordered grocery item through flipkart marketplace total product Ordered 14 item amount of 3334, and i paid also times of delivery without any confusion, They given a intact percel while i opened my home i found there only 4 item included, There Pack of 5 Juniors Horlicks jar and pack of 5 Nestle Ceralec Missing Only delivered item 4 products and wrongly taken full amount. I raised return request they without any reason without any call directly rejecting my refund request Please take action on it and refunded my 10 Missing unit balance as soon as possible.

      Received a Defective product but the flipkart just fooling me and scheduling my call for next 24hrs . My return period is upto 3 October but they are not helping at all and they are just telling me to wait and watch for 24 hr but after waiting for 24 hr but they aren't resolving

        Its been 2 days since the product reached the nearest hub and still pending to deliver. It was about to deliver by 28 Sept.

        They are not comitting a final date of delivery the automated machine keeps changing the delivery date firstly by 3rd of Oct now 5th of Oct.

        No final date on the app itself
        The customer care is useless.

                My account was blocked from October 2021 still my account why not unblock please see my account history never I have go wrong through Flipkart account my history was very clear but why my account IS block please tell me and unblock this account as soon as possible

                    Hi Team,

                    I have order on flipkart at 22sept 2022 and my delivery is expected to 26th sept 2022. however my product out for delivery on 26th sept at 6:30PM but product was not delivered. When i raised complaint they are giving me only date 30th sept we will resolve issue. unfortunately they are giving me another date of 5th Oct 2022. they said we will give your resolution on 5th oct and all. So they are not giving my product and not given any proper resolution

                      I have ordered Lenovo Legion 5 laptop on 21-sep-2022 and got delivered on 23-sep-2022. After 3 days the battery is getting drained very quickly and laptop getting switched off with in 20 mins after full charging. I tried to raise a return ticket but return option is not working for my product. When I tried to reach customer service they have issued a incident ticket, but no action till now. Return policy is expiring by today 30-sep-2022. Please help me in issuing a return ticket in order to get my complete refund. We didn't get proper response from customer care till now. So please do needful

                        I bought an iPhone 13 from filpkart and they sent a damaged phone with dent, when I requested replacement they cancelled it outright without any explanation or help. How can big companies like this get away with such scams?

                          I have ordered the following samsung accessories - Samsung galaxy s21 FE 5G, Galaxy watch 4 and samsung 25W adaptor from Flipkart on 22nd September. While placing the order, it said the delivery for the mobile phone would be done by 26th and for the galaxy watch & adaptor it would be 28th. But it's already 28th and our package has not yet arrived in our city. It's being dispatched to Amritsar for no reasons, and again back to Ludhiana. Surprisingly from Ludhiana it went to Amritsar again for the second time which was supposed to be delivered in Jalandhar, Punjab. We have tried to reach out to customer support also many a times but they are unresponsive and neglecting the incident. And it still says 2 days to be delivered and we don't have any update on the same. Please assist us on this, we want justice for the hassle we had to go through. I needed the device because my brother was traveling out of city on 28th and we ordered it as a gift and the estimated dates and even it passed the promised delivery dates because they are busy throwing our package to and fro to different cities.

                            I ordered Oneplus Nord CE 2 on 14 September through flipkart They Delivered empty Flipkart cartoon box there are empty box and wrongly taken product value. I am 6years Old flipkart user Never faced like this in my purshace life.
                            I raise return request first, they require images of actual Received images i shared immediately after that they asked me to shared Documents of recent purshace Which match Owner name, i shared immediately after that, they changing statements they again asked me Share Documents of your which authenticating
                            flipkart account, after that they rejected my Return request two times i shared my documents which they require To authenticating my Flipkart account via mail they still not responding and avoiding refund process.

                            More than longer i am trouble and suffering with the issue from Flipkart marketplace.
                            Please take action immediately and refunded my money right away.

                            16 days already passed they still not refunded my money. And current return status is rejected .please do something for me take legal immediate action on it. They totally doing fraud with us.

                              I bought Dizo Watch D from flipkart; its price was 2599 at that moment. The watch got delivered on 14th July 2022 but to my surprise I received a watch worth 200 instead. There was no product box, only a cheap watch inside the outer package.
                              I immediately raised a return request for the product, and I am still raising return requests for the same product on 30th September 2022. In between this period, multiple return requests have been cancelled by the seller/flipkart.
                              I also talked with customer support multiple time, raised this issue, lodged a complaint to flipkart customer care but nothing happened. I understand it is non-refundable, but that does not mean I have to cope with damaged product, they are not even able to provide me a replacement in 3+ months. Every time, I call them they for addressing my open issue, they mark my open issue as resolved immediately after the call.
                              I request a proper product refund of the product. I also want to take some proper action against them.

                                I have oder a shoes for me on 29 August. It received me 4th September. And I have pay a amount of shoes from Flipkart pay later, as we know we have to pay Flipkart pay later bill on or before 5th day of month, so I have paid that shoes amount to Flipkart pay later on 4th September to avoid panalty, because the amount of shoes will be returned after 5th of September. So now I didn't get refund of that shoes on my account

                                By Flipkart pay later ₹459
                                Balance in Flipkart pay later ₹ 41
                                Received on -4th September
                                Return on 9 September
                                But bill generated on 5th September so have to pay on before 4th September to avoid panalty to Flipkart pay later - ₹ 459
                                Now may Flipkart pay later limite is 500 as usual
                                Total pay for shoes =Flipkart pay later 459used to buy + 459 to pay Flipkart pay later bill before panalty date.
                                =918
                                But the amount of shoes which will be returned me after returning process of shoes to me or in Flipkart pay later it not show

I have booked above Pigeon Popular 3 Burner Glass Cooktop Glass Manual Gas Stove on 22.09.2022 and made payment as well. Please check attached screen shots, where flipkart is delaying delivery showing no reason. Please note, I have booked product as an early access at "Big Bullion Sale".                                       My first order OD[protected] is cancelled due to logistics issue solely responsible is Flipkart. Then Flipkart automatically ordered replacement. And now it got cancelled. I don't care, I want this product at 899rs or compansate me current price and this price difference. Deliver me. Asap.
