I had payed a game called called coupon rain on fipkart and completed it but flipkart did not issue me any coupons. I was supposed receive the coupons on 6th august but did not receive them and I have even complained several times regarding this but flipkart customer service is one of the worst till now is responding. Please resolve this issue and get me my coupons or compensation.

    I am Ankur Verma so Bijender Kumar
    I ordered NIKE Downshifter 11 Running Shoes For Men from Flipkart and the shoes were delivered to me on 2 Sep 2022 the shoes were not fitted to my foot and as well as the shoe sole was damaged.
    when I go to the Flipkart website to return those shoes it shows me 4-5 options I selected one because the shoes are not fitted into my leg. then Flipkart ask me to provide my Govt issued ID proof I uploaded my voter ID and then Flipkart rejected my return request and no information was provided to me.

    I contacted customer support and they said sir this reason was not valid according to Flipkart policy. then they suggest me we should create another return request for this order and that was for a damaged product (this happened to me on 8 Sep 2022)
    Flipkart customer care guy raised a return request for the product. and then I got an email from Flipkart on 9 September 2022 at 16:52 that email was about submitting the damaged product images and the box packaging of the product.
    I submitted those images on 10 September 2022 at 10:02. but I got nothing from Flipkart. then I contacted Flipkart support then they told me that sir we haven't received any images on email from your side and also they said that the email is not working currently ( i have attached the email copy below you can check it there). then support Mam suggested I upload those images in the chat window of Flipkart.
    I uploaded those images there as well. but still, Flipkart said that we got nothing from your side.
    then Flipkart again rejected my return request (on 12-sep 2022) without any given reason then I raised the same issue again and provide the images on their provided section of image submission.
    but today on[protected] Flipkart again rejected my return request and they just over the time period of return requests by these all stuff.
    and
    on 15 Sep 2022, a senior Flipkart executive talked to me that your images are not verified by the seller then he gives me the directions and I captured those images accordingly and sent them by email to [protected]@flipkart.com

    but on 16 - sep -2022 again my request got canceled by the seller then a Flipkart agent said to me that sir "i don't know why the seller has rejected this request now because your shared images' damage point of the product is clearly visible".and he raised a return request again for that order.

    but again on 17-sep 2022, my order got rejected again and I talked to the Flipkart executive mam she again told me the same things that images are not verified by the seller then she raised another return request for that order and
    now at 18 -Sep 2022 in the morning I got received a message from Flipkart that your order return request has been canceled.
    and my Flipkart account is also blocked by Flipkart. this is not the appropriate way Flipkart did with me I will take legal action if needed. I want my resolution as soon as possible. because I have wasted almost 17 days on this order.
    and other orders Next EMI's is also pending in my Flipkart
    I have all the proofs of chat and recording with Flipkart executive and email copies as well kindly give me the resolution and I want my money back.
    Flipkart is responsible for the whole matter.

    I have uploaded all the images and email copies related to that product.

    I received Flipkart mail that their team will contact me in the next 24 hrs meanwhile i was supposed to get reply from Flipkart by 21 sep but I haven't received any call from the Flipkart team. also I got received an email please check the images for ::

    flipkart done same with me.
    my account blocked.
    flipkart is fraud now

          Dear sir, i lost my money by trusting these fruadsters, first I got message for my phone, message had a whatsApp link, and i click that link, and enquired details, they gave me telegram link and one person is monitering me, first they told me to recharge 200 and then 400 and then 1000 upto this I got some commission after they asked to recharge with 3000 and 5000 so i did it and they keep on telling me to recharge and i trusted them

            We had purchased an apple AirPods 2nd generation in October 2021, which stopped working after 6 months, I visited apple care to get the repair service as the product is in warranty and the warranty is going to lapse in October 2022, but when apple care validated the invoice which was provided by Flipkart, it didn't have any purchase date updated in the system, so AppleCare suggested to ask the reseller(Flipkart) to update the purchase date which will automatically reflect in their system so that I'll be able to get the service. from last one month, i had been engaged with multiple calls and requested Flipkart to update the date, They are playing with me, giving multiple dates saying our team will get back to you with an update. Please take some disciplinary action against Flipkart for selling fake products and playing with customer's hard-earned money

              Dear Flipkart Team,

              I bought a Samsung fold 4 phone by Flipkart in prebooking . There is a offer along with phone for Samsung galaxy watch 4 [protected]@Rs 2999/-, after receiving the phone i have discussed with Flipkart customer service for watch offer. They told me that u will get a code after 7 days receiving phone.

              13 days has been passed, still i did not received any code or message, now customer care service executive are saying we dont have any solution or knowledge about this type of offer.customer care executive saying we contacred seller for that and they told no such type of offer by us.but today also same type offer is going on flipkart, and my order page showing the offer.For getting fold 4 mobile i exchnged my iphone 11and sold iwatch 6 on cashify site.iam the smart watch user from long time.Now flipkart like company did like this.iam attaching my order page which shows the offer clearly.
              .Please look into it and do the needful on priority.

              After 30 days i got resolution.finally i ordered watch at 2999/- on flipkart

              Try on twitter by tagging flipkart, flipkart service, and some media channels.
              I am also facing the same issue. Have raised multiple complaints. No viable resolution till now. Even the solution they provide is not working. Not sure what to do next.

                My account was blocked without any valid reason.i have payment due in pay later option.how am I supposed to pay that now? I have complained to the customer care many many times but as usual they are of no help.hence now I am going forward with consumer court.

                  I ordered Nokia 150 DS 2020 Keyped Mobile amount of 2718 But they taken money and delivered Empty Flipkart cartoon box. I have checked and disappointment with the issue after I raised return request on 10th September return id -[protected] after raising they require Documents proof and product received Images I have shared immediately after They rejected my refund request without any reason and without my permission. they totally doing fraud with us.

                      Last week I found a colorful rtx 2060 graphics card on flipkart for 19, 000rs but since it was also listed again for 25000rs from a different seller i was confused and contacted flipkart support since it was listed as no returns. After multiple attempts with flipkart support agent through texts who very much ignored me. I was finally able to get in touch with a support agent through call who assured me i will get what i ordered and it will be genuine and unused. So I asked what if it isnt and if the seller is trusted, they assured me it is a trusted seller and in casy if i didnt receive what ordered or a fake or used product i could get in touch with support get a refund or replacement.

                      And today I received my order and inside i had a laptop battery which has an mrp of 1999rs. and therefore i tried reaching flipkart support and registered for a callback multiple times but they never bothered to call me.

                      That's not the end of it, i hadn't opened the box and now i opened it and inside i have 2 blocks of e-waste. So they sent that to me dispose it. I paid 19k to dispose their e-waste. Wow 2 blocks of damaged laptop charging adapter that reeks of bad odour for 19k.

                        I opened my flipkart account using my old number and now I don't have access to that old number anymore, so i want to change the number but the problem is that I can't change the phone number in my account unless I have otp from both phone numbers

                                I have paid 936 extraa to Flipkart but every time I told them about it they told me to wait for 3-4 days. It's been 2 months now last time they mailed me for that few days ago but after that no updates, not even a mail. I mailed them few days but no reply.

                                      My account was blocked and no info was given.
                                      After blocking account Flipkart accepting orders but not taking return.

                                      Out of 10 orders I had returned only 2. Still this behaviour. No email to contact and customer care number has no answer.

                                        I didn't receive any calls from courier person
