On August 21, 2022 I ordered a Swiss beauty lipstick which was a prepaid order. On August 26, 2022, Flipkart informed me that the item was cancelled because seller stated the item ran out of stock (strange!) and he initiated the refund, which should be credited to my account by Sep 1, 22. A refund ID was provided. Then the money never came to my account. I contacted Flipkart innumerable times (a total of 17 mails were sent from both sides), provided my updated bank passbook statement 3-4 times, when asked (they need proof), provided my bank account details to them twice when asked and yesterday (Sep 16, 2022) i was mailed that the seller already refunded on 26th August '22 and stating a different refund ID. I didn't know Refund IDs get changed everytime like they are changing clothes! Meantime, i contacted my bank too, they informed they couldn't locate the amount so far. Flipkart kept on dragging the dates like hell and ultimately didn't return my money for a product which was cancelled by the seller. Order ID- OD[protected]

    I brought Realme 9 pro plus in this month 8th sep but there were a serious issues on Camera (laggy, Ois not working ) I submits the return request on 12 sep. But they continiously Rejected my request for the 3rd time today is my last day to return(17Sep) still they rejected .

        As i ordered mivi 24w soundbar but here i recieved an empty box with book inside and without seal and package seal also broken and opened, these is really disgusting i didn't expect this from Flipkart, when i tried to raise my issue they blocked my Flipkart Account, as a customer i didn't expect this from you, Team Flipkart please consider my request get an resolution for my issue . They even not responding for my emails and social media Posts.

        I have been shopping online from various E commerce sites for more then 10 years even though my friends and colleagues they always advised me not to buy online as it is not safe and secure .

        Being a computer professional, I am always careful about do's and dont ; s while doing online transactions / purchases .

        This is for the first time when I find mysel[censored]nder such a fix that I am no more confident to do online Transactions i.e Purchase from FLIPKART and other Ecommerce online websites .

        I have recorded videos and clicked pictures from my mobile for the same .

        Hence I request you to Kindly refund my money or deliver the product purchased by me .

        And also Kindly check with present loopholes in your system so that future customers are not penalised for making online purchases .

          Hi Flipkart,

          Is the above statement sufficient to cancel any order ?
          I have placed important food items with Flipkart relying on the name and brand. But this is really annoying to see there is no value of my time being invested with Flipkart to place an order for daily needs which could have been easily fulfilled by any other platform within a day but I still waited for Flipkart vendors to deliver the same within a time frame of 3 days.
          Flipkart fails to deliver the same and delays the order by another 3 days. And to my surprise, at the scheduled delivery time, I am getting another message from Flipkart that the order has been cancelled and amount is being refunded.
          How can you compensate for the time I've invested in Flipkart??

          Please note that I don't want any refund/ credit, my only ask is to get my order delivered or don't do anything.
          I have already had words with customer service executives 4 times including a senior executive name Shoaib but no help and the experience was poor.

                I have ordered some items from Flipkart grocery on 8 Sept and they were supposed to be delivered on Sept 11 but today is already the 16th of September and the items are yet to be shipped. I have messaged their help center, but it doesn't seem to bother them. I have already done prepaid so I request for my items to be delivered as soon as possible.
                I do not understand the reason for their late delivery but I request for this issue to be resolve soon.

                    I have ordered a product on 10th of Sep and it supposed to be delivered by 13th Sep but on that it was extended to 15th and tried multiple time to contact support they just keep saying wait for it till 15th and 15th they drop me a email you product is canceled by seller. It is completely harassment to chasing them so I want the product on same price get delivered.

                              I have placed order on flipkart on 6 September 2022.
                              Order ID - OD[protected]. & promised delivery date was 12 september.
                              after contacting flipkart support several time
                              i received my order on 15 September.
                              flipkart promised to pay 10% gift coupon for the new order.
                              I RECEIVED INCOMPLETE ORDER ON 15 SEPTEMBER. 3 ITEMS ARE MISSING.
                              1 ANANDA GHEE 100 ML & 2
                              GAINDA White Perfumed PHENYL 5 litre.
                              i contacted flipkart support several times, but no proper responce from flipkart.
                              At last my return request is raised & i was told that i will get refund for the missing items.
                              my order contains several items, only 3 items were missing.
                              2 bottles of gainda phenyl 5 litre value was rs 139 + rs 139 = 278 rs
                              1 ananda ghee 100 ml value was 49 rs, BUT THERE WAS PROMO GOING ON SHOPPING ABOVE RS 1000, I WILL GET THIS ANANDA GHEE FOR RS 1.
                              I HAVE NOT REVEIVED THIS ITEM, SO NOW FLIPKART SUPPORT SAYS I WILL GET ON RS 1 REFUND FOR THIS AFTER VERIFACTION.
                              NOW MY QUERY IS I HAVE AMOUNT ABOVE RS 1000 TO GET THIS PROMO.

                                I order a product namely 'WROGN Analog-Digital Watch - For Men' in flipkart in September 05.
                                The product was shipped in September 06 by ekart logistics ( FMPC[protected] ) .

                                The expected delivery of that order was September 09.
                                On September 09 I was contacted to flipkart and they said " The delivery of my order has been rescheduled due to an unforeseen issue, and order will now be delivered on 11 September 2022.
                                On September 11 delivery wasn't came, I aging contact flipkart they said " Ekart Logistics's delivery executive was unable to deliver your shipment today due to the unforeseen courier related issues, The next delivery attempt will be made in 1 business day".
                                Next day September 12 they said " treat this as an exceptional case and give the seller's partnered courier service provider one more chance to set this ".
                                Next day they said " your order has been delayed due to an unforeseen issue faced by the courier service provider, We are working closely with them to make sure that your order reaches you by September 15, 2022 . Please be assured that the seller is in touch with the courier service provider to get your order delivered to you without any further delays ".
                                Today is September 16, still I didn't get any delivery.

                                  In last 10 days I have ordered so many things but at very good price like a blanket of MRP 3000 and I purchased it at 49 rupees, I also purchased 400 chana at 99 MRP was around 500 a boxer of rupees 169 and 200g badam at 99
                                  But All these orders got cancelled by Flipkart in last 10 days I have lost all my trust in Flipkart, Even I raise complaint to Flipkart when they cancelled my first order of almonds and they said it will never happen in future now after the it happened 4 times
                                  Due to this I missed such huge offers Vefy pathetic experience

                                      Ordered a Van Heusen watch, but delivered a fake product two times.
                                      When I'm trying to return the product it's getting rejected all the time.
