Amount paid: Rs 871.00
order list
5 emami rice bran oil packets
1Fortune mustard oil packet
1kg sugar packet

5 items delivered out of 7 items.

i have ordered 5 emami rice bran oil packets but i received only 3 emami rice bran oil packets

2 emami rice bran oil packets missing from the order that i received.
I requested a refund from the delivery guy . He said it will be sent to my payment source.

After that few hrs passed I didn't receive any msg from flipkart regarding refund.

Then I contacted flipkart customercare multiple times and complained that 2 emami rice bran oil packets were missing from my order which i received.

I called the delivery guy multiple times in this number ([protected]) each time he said he already sent the refund and also notified the officer above him.

but in my order section in flipkart i haven't received any refund yet.
i cant able to contact the seller either.

FLIPKART CUSTOMER CARE CLOSING MY INCIDENT ISSUE AND MARKING AS RESOLVED WITHOUT ACTUALLY BEING SOLVED.

THEY WAISTING TIME BY ASKING WAIT 24 HRS AFTER 24 HRS AFTER 24 HRS IN THIS WAY 3 DAYS PASSED NO REFUND YET.

Flipkart literally cheated my hard earned money and not refunding, item also didnt delivered.
Flipkart scammed me by fraudulently giving hope and waisting time

Kindly look into my matter and send my refund of Rs 284/- cost of 2 emami rice bran oil packets.

    Hello,

    I already complaint many times and raise a complaint for replacement because of damage product i received on delivery date, as i already shared images with Flipkart and also again I am sharing with this also, as i got product in which rubber coating of one head is out, that is not properly coated, as you can see in the images, i attached with the complaint.

    I don't how much & i don't know why it is taking so long to resolve my issue of replacement, it is already 6-7 days passed, when I got this damage product and for which i already raise a replacement ticket on the delivery date, but till now, no replacement details i got that when it will get done, Either replaced the product or refund my money, i can't wait so long as all you are taking for replacing a product without giving any update of replacement.
    Already I called many executives of Flipkart and told my issue again and again but i didn't get the proper resolution, After having Flipkart plus membership then also it is happening, that damaged Product is not getting replaced by raising the issue again and again, just got 2-3 mails regarding identification and for delaying the resolution. Understand my problem and rectify this issue as soon as possible.

        Product received with defective and apps alos not working as expected so I have ordered for refund request on same date. I called to customer care 4 times but still no action taken by flipkart.

          I Ordered Oneplus Nord CE 2 Lite 5G For My Brother, Today Morning Was Excited for New Phone And Without Any Doubt only for trusted Purposes I have paid Full Amount Of 19673 and now struggling.

          While I opened I see there are nothing fully empty box delivered. How they can this mistake with me ? I am Old flipkart user more than 6 years to go I am continuously Shopping with flipkart never face this kind of issue in my purshace Life.

          As I am Requesting here to Consumer support team take legal action on it and set this right.

            Everytime i connected with your customer care. Regarding my existing complain i.e. Rs 14850 fraud on my Flipkart account. Google Play card was ordered from my flipkart account and amount got deducted from my RBL credit Card.

              “Flipkart is running big scam in India” All Indian I request you don’t purchase any product from Flipkart"
              Never buy "Complete Protection" any item from Flipkart. Its a big scam running in India. Flipkart provides “complete protection - Jeeves Consumer for extended warranty service. But flipkart can not provide services, after so many follow-up with Jeeves consumer services customer care & Jeeves seniors also told me repeatedly “Your problem will be resolve with Two Working Days”. From 2nd September 2022 to till date they cannot resolved the complain

                  I had ordered a product and the product was delivered on 19/09/2022, without my knowledge, someone has initiated the return of the product, the seller has accepted the return and credited the refund amount to an an account which is not mine. I am from kerala and the bank account belongs to bihar( got this information by checking the bank ifsc details from flipkart customer care. I can make it clear that i didint got any call from any flipkart persons asking for account no for refund in my registered email or mobile no. Such a worse security system by flipkart . My account is hacked by someone. I need resolution for this.The account no as mentioned in the attachment ending with 853 is not mine.Email correspondence from flipkart is attached for reference

                    Hello I bought a nothing ear 1 from Flipkart one of the ear bud’s runs out charge much quicker than the other I raised a refund request but they rejected my refund after technician visit without even a reason

                      My phone is being locked by flipkart for no reason. My phone is not functional.
                      Customer care doesn't help at all. It will be locked permanently if payment is not made for Flipkart Smart upgrade plan, the service that I didn't even opted for .

                      I didn't even bought the phone from Flipkart I bought it from Amazon. Amazon says if the phone is locked by the Flipkart contact Flipkart it's not our issue.

                        I ordered a phone for 40000 on 28th aug i had to receive my product on 02seo but it was failed and postponed to 8sep when i asked on 2sep later 7 sep the product was cancelled without any information.since i ordered under EMI now i got processing fee of 460 and GST 80 rupees from bank extra eventhough my order amount has reversed. I called bank and got information that processing charges from Flipkart who has to payback my amount. I called Flipkart 1000 manytimes CS staf simply replying with same story that my complaint will be taken.now because of Flipkart error i am paying extra 600 rupees amount to the bank

                        I have called Flipkart manytimes they are just playing with public money.. taking 40000 from account and cancelling the product after 10days without giving any information to customer feel like gambling activities doing by Flipkart with innocent people money

Flipkart support not helpful, have called and followed up on this issue more than 10 times, they give false promises that it will be resolved in 24 hours .. I feel they are cheating me Or flipkart team has used by coupon for their personal use

                            I have ordered a phone with exchange offers available on the site. At website the misleading offers and value of the old phone is mentioned. The wishmaster came to check the phone which was is very well condition and all test passed in their application. Still they denied to exchange the phone as it was not getting accepted in their delivery application. They asked to pay the full amount of the exchange value. As per the information on website all condition was fulfilled to exchange the old phone. Without any reason they denied to exchange the phone. These misleading offers must be checked by government authorities where these companies hold the big amount of customers assuring the fake offers and policies and later breaking their own policies.

                                I have ordered a baby carrier on 11th Sep, 2022 with cash on delivery option.
                                When I was about to check the status on 17th Sep, 2022, My order was cancelled on 15th Sep, 2022 without any notice.

                                When I called and asked about the cancellation reason, they didn't even provided a correct answer. They asked me to place a new order. The same product is now costs 1677 rupees. My ordered amount was 734 +(50 shipping). I want that order with same amount. Could you please help me to get the order.

                                  Flipkart has been blocked my account since 10 August. They said I returned many times his products but i didn't.
                                  I complaint many times to his customers care and from tweet But still they didn't help me .
                                  Last 2 returns from account i didn't and it's done by illegal method . I also complaint about this to company, they said It was happened because of their technical error .
                                  Pls help me

                                      I purchased "Beats Studio Buds with Active Noise Cancellation Bluetooth Headset (White, True Wireless)" for INR 6915 on 16th September 2022 . The product page mentioned in Flipkart app clearly states its new product and has 12 months of Apple warranty the seller is " BuzzIndia " in Flipkart, I received the product on 17th September 2022 and when I checked the coverage of warranty in https://checkcoverage.apple.com/ it showed me warranty expires on 13 of October 2022 roughly just 27 days.
                                      I contacted Apple support team for help and they asked me for invoice from Flipkart . The Invoice Flipkart gave me did not have serial number of the product mentioned in it, for which i have to again spend some 30min on call and mailing Flipkart to provide me with a revised invoice which I still did not receive after 24hrs . Apple was kind enough to understand my position and checked manually from their side as to what can be done, they provided me with a solution where in they updated the warranty expiry date from October 2022 to December 2022 by asking me the serial number over call, which is still just 3 months from my original purchase date, I enquired about this and came to know that the purchase of this product was actually made on December 2021, and resold to me on September 2022.
                                      As a consumer I was fooled by the web page of Flipkart providing me wrong information about the product that it has 12 month warranty secondly the seller is not authorised to sell Apple Beats studio buds, as he is not a authorised dealer to do so.

                                      honourable investigator, I also found that many customers had the same issue by reading the reviews of the product and surfing online and Flipkart uses this kind of methods (selling used product, selling product which it is not authorised to sell ) to reduce the price of product to a larger extent and attract customer ultimately fooling them.

                                      I also saw the same happening in Amazon.com as well, may reviews from consumer states that they got warranty of just 4-5 months in place of 12 months as mentioned in Webpage .

                                        I have created my flipkart account with my number [protected] and email id tafveez.[protected]@yahoo.com few years ago and have been a customer of theirs for a long time.Unfortunately i lost my mobile and with that access to my mobile number as well.Then i emailed flipkart and tried to update the mobile number to my new number [protected] via the app many a times but flipkart is sending otp to my previous number which i do not have access to.please help me update my mobile number to my account registered with email id .
