Have purchased a new brand mobile phone Realme C30 - Locked with Airtel Prepaid (Denim Black, 32 GB) on[protected] with Order ID : OD[protected] from Flipkart.com. When I opened the outer packet I found the mobile box is tampered means it was not sealed and there was no cover also over the phone which is compulsory for every new mobile. It means I got a Used/ Damage mobile and for the same I complained the Flipkart Customer Care on[protected]. On[protected] Flipkart send a mail asking for the pictures of the damaged product and I had submitted it through mail. They gave me a confirmation that my complaint will be resolved within[protected]. But surprisingly I saw that they extended the resolve date upto[protected]. After seeing this I called up Flipkart Customer Care but they were failed to give me proper cause. Then I send them many mails regarding this issue. On[protected] morning I was shocked to see that they close my complaint without resolving it. When I called them up again about this matter they can't be able to give me proper answer. I request to Flipkart please resolved this issue and refund back my money.

    Yesterday[protected], i have purchased a "ZOONIS Intel Core i3 530 CPU". During the online payment of RS 8549, The payment have been failed. but money got deducted from my account.
    The flipkart is not taking proper responsibility for the deducted money from my account. they saying it will take up to 8 more working days for the deducted money to reflect back to my account, which is unacceptable.

    Kindly take necessary action to get the money back to my account as soon as possible.

        I ordered Nokia 150 DS 2020 Keyped Mobile amount of 2718 But they taken money and delivered Empty Flipkart cartoon box. I have checked and disappointment with the issue after I raised return request on 10th September return id -[protected] after raising they require Documents proof and product received Images I have shared immediately after They rejected my refund request without any reason and without my permission. they totally doing fraud with us.

        I created new return by Calling customer support they still not resolved New Return id

        that without permission only for return windows close purposes rejected 4 time refund request .

        they totally doing fraud with us please take legal action on it.

          I have ordered a Noise Icon 2 BROWN colour smart watch in Flipkart and expected the same color. I got a black collar watch.

          I asked Flipkart multiple times to either replace or return or refund the product. They are rejecting simply telling some other reason.

          I do not want the black colour watch. The way customer service dealing this issue is not proper.

          [protected] and[protected] are the requests that Flipkart rejected replace/refund/return. I have been telling in emails that I got different colour product but Flipkart keeps rejecting without a proper reason.
          In the interest for customer's time, Flipkart should not close the requests without customer notice and a proper justification must be provided to close.

          Based on earlier experience with Flipkart, I do not want to waste time and decided to retain even though Flipkart's seller sent me the item of different colour. Unfortunately, we should be satisfied with what the seller sends and not what we want as a customer,

            Hello!

            I'm Prempreet Singh aka Jason (Christian name) customer of Flipkart from a long time. I've ordered one product i.e. "Blaupunkt BTW60 with 60ms Low Latency Bluetooth Headset" on 17th September 2022 at the cost of Rs 1394. This order was supposed to get delivered to me on 18th September 2022.

            However, right after receiving the courier from delivery boy, I had to rush towards church for Sunday prayer. Therefore, I've opened the courier after coming back home and found that the main item is missing inside the box which is finely packed and intact from outside.

            As suggested by the delivery boy, I've contacted the Flipkart customer service desk while requesting for either product or refund of the whole amount paid by me (In the form of resolution).

            But, even after so many attempts through the Flipkart android application as well as through phone call with their customer service desk, they are not providing me any solutions at all and providing me with so many different excuses like "Sir, there must be some technical glitch and please try again after 24 hours".

            I'm sincerely looking forward for your sight, as I would really appreciate your assistance on this case.

              I ordered total 24 product for my home from flipkart grocery discount sale.

              I made full amount with any doubt Paid amount 3480 for 24 item. They given percel there are only 14 item delivered. Pack 10 horlicks missing in basket explaining issue 5 pack junior horlicks jar and 5 pack horlicks classic malt jar missing in basket however i paid full amount.

              I raised return request they not responding please take street action on it and do solve immediately i am really suffering with the issue.

                Dear Flipcart Team,

                Thank you for providing the worst service ever.

                I ordered 9 different products over the last 20 days but all my orders were canceled without informing me. All orders have been canceled on the same day of delivery or 1 day before the delivery.

                I feel cheated by Flipkart. Every time I spoke with the executive over the call. She said your issue will be resolved in the next 24 hours also you will get a seniors' call in the next 2-4 hours on your concern. I didn't get any calls or mail. I am totally harassed and cheated by Flipkart, I started getting a headache, How can you make your Plus member customer as a fool, you accepted the order and provide the delivery date and at the last moment you canceled the order

                      I bought a phone Samsung F62 from Amazon a year ago and my phone got locked yesterday(17/09/2022) from Flipkart under Flipkart smart upgrade plan. It is written in it that payment overdue please pay the money to unlock your phone. But I have already paid the full money to amazon.

                      Above is the seller from whom I bought a Samsung galaxy F62 on Amazon in September 2021.

                      Now the phone is locked under 'Flipkart smart upgrade plan' and Flipkart's customer service is telling me that the phone will require payment of remaining 30% amount by the seller (since they likely bought this phone under that plan from Flipkart) for it to be unlocked. Which means the seller bought the phone from Flipkart at 70% the price but I've paid 100% on Amazon for the same plus the headache of having to deal with the customer services now.

                      I would consider it straight up fraud by this seller to sell such a phone without disclosing the details to the customer first.

                      This is highly unacceptable and I have had my phone locked for a week now because of it. And have been bouncing around from one customer service to another on both Flipkart and amazon and even contacted Samsung and went to a Samsung service center.

                      So I suggest that some action be taken against this seller as they are basically cheating the customer. And also require that my phone be unlocked immediately.

                                    I had payed a game called called coupon rain on fipkart and completed it but flipkart did not issue me any coupons.                                       I ordered NIKE Downshifter 11 Running Shoes For Men from Flipkart and the shoes were delivered to me on 2 Sep 2022 the shoes were not fitted to my foot and as well as the shoe sole was damaged.
                                      when I go to the Flipkart website to return those shoes it shows me 4-5 options I selected one because the shoes are not fitted into my leg. then Flipkart ask me to provide my Govt issued ID proof I uploaded my voter ID and then Flipkart rejected my return request and no information was provided to me.

                                      I contacted customer support and they said sir this reason was not valid according to Flipkart policy. then they suggest me we should create another return request for this order and that was for a damaged product (this happened to me on 8 Sep 2022)
                                      Flipkart customer care guy raised a return request for the product. and then I got an email from Flipkart on 9 September 2022 at 16:52 that email was about submitting the damaged product images and the box packaging of the product.
                                      I submitted those images on 10 September 2022 at 10:02. but I got nothing from Flipkart. then I contacted Flipkart support then they told me that sir we haven't received any images on email from your side and also they said that the email is not working currently ( i have attached the email copy below you can check it there). then support Mam suggested I upload those images in the chat window of Flipkart.
                                      I uploaded those images there as well. but still, Flipkart said that we got nothing from your side.
                                      then Flipkart again rejected my return request (on 12-sep 2022) without any given reason then I raised the same issue again and provide the images on their provided section of image submission.
                                      but today on[protected] Flipkart again rejected my return request and they just over the time period of return requests by these all stuff.
                                      and
                                      on 15 Sep 2022, a senior Flipkart executive talked to me that your images are not verified by the seller then he gives me the directions and I captured those images accordingly and sent them by email to [protected]@flipkart.com

                                      but on 16 - sep -2022 again my request got canceled by the seller then a Flipkart agent said to me that sir "i don't know why the seller has rejected this request now because your shared images' damage point of the product is clearly visible".and he raised a return request again for that order.

                                      but again on 17-sep 2022, my order got rejected again and I talked to the Flipkart executive mam she again told me the same things that images are not verified by the seller then she raised another return request for that order and
                                      now at 18 -Sep 2022 in the morning I got received a message from Flipkart that your order return request has been canceled.
                                      and my Flipkart account is also blocked by Flipkart. this is not the appropriate way Flipkart did with me I will take legal action if needed. I want my resolution as soon as possible. because I have wasted almost 17 days on this order.
                                      and other orders Next EMI's is also pending in my Flipkart
                                      I have all the proofs of chat and recording with Flipkart executive and email copies as well kindly give me the resolution and I want my money back.
                                      Flipkart is responsible for the whole matter.

                                      I have uploaded all the images and email copies related to that product.

                                      I received Flipkart mail that their team will contact me in the next 24 hrs meanwhile i was supposed to get reply from Flipkart by 21 sep but I haven't received any call from the Flipkart team. also I got received an email please check the images for ::

                                      my account blocked.
                                      flipkart is fraud now
