I have received the wrong product.

I Ordered a Samsung 7 KG semi-automatic washing machine with Stainless steel tub material product but i received Plastic tub material product. I need this to return or else replace the product with same specifications mentioned in the portal for the product.

      On 8th August, i purchased a gaming laptop Asus Rog G15, price 93840..
      It was delivered on 11 August, but the product was defective because the display was not working. So, i raised for replacement of product. The replacement was accepted by the seller. I have all the proof..
      On 16th August the product came to me the delivery boy was very rude and he came but didn't took my defective product i showed him everything..but due to.his misunderstanding he went off in a hurry.
      I called him again and again till 6 pm but he didn't answer my call .After that I tried.to.connect to customer service Flipkart but they all very useless because they put me .on hold and didn't reverted me back .
      After that I spoke to one senior and he said your issue is being followed up and we will take action against delivery boy as per my feedback..
      And after that automatically the replacement got cancelled due to Flipkart technical.internal error.
      No mistake from.my side.
      On 18 August again the replacement request was raised. And it was accepted by the seller again. Have all the all proofs with me

      I was told.by Flipkart that on 30 August the Asus technician will come and check the laptop and after that your replacement will be done on 2 September..
      But today is 30 August and no technician came.to.me.
      All the Flipkart customer support were saying to me to wait till 7pm
      I waited till 7 pm 30 August
      Now i canmowait more .
      Now i am complaining against Flipkart for delivering me the defective product and wasting of time.for.almost one month .
      Now i don't know what should I do . because no technician came.today .
      I am stuck with defective product.

        EMI paid but still shows incorrect Flipkart pay later balance

        I have opted 3 month Flipkart pay later EMI for purchase of a product(31.01.22), though I have paid all EMI bills and it is been 4months since I paid my last EMI, still Flipkart not updating the balance and IDFC(Flipkart Financial partner) says Flipkart should give details to close the EMI account, and vice versa.

        I have been tracking this over a month, keep calling both ends, but Flipkart keeps saying extended deadlines every...

        I have ordered multiples times earlier to the same exact location and suddenly since a few days It keeps showing not deliverable for all the products on Flipkart but it’s deliverable for a near by area. The moment I enter my area’s pincode it shows not deliverable

            TV ordered with Flipkart on 5th August which was faulty. Through various replacement attempts, it was concluded no replacement could be done and refund is approved. Since then, Flipkart has gone silent. They do not register my bank account, they claim to send email requesting bank details, but no such email is received, customer call backs are not honored. I've been completely blacklisted. However, I do have proofs that refund has been approved. Order ID OD[protected].

                I ordered hp laptop from flipkart by the seller's petilante . But within 5min it got heated .so I request for replacement of my product.                   After 2 years, my mi tv started to show some display issues. I contacted Flipkart about the same as i have purchased a 3 year extended warranty as well with the TV. The customer service rep. informed that this warranty is from Jevees and they can help with the issue. Hence i called Jeeves. Jeeves rep. noted the requested and stated that a repairmen will come to my place within 7-10 days (which itself is a very unrealistic time frame to address a repair issue). Jeeves technician came to our place and saw the issue with the display, he took the note of tv serial number as well as took some pictures and video for proof. He stated that within 3-4 days repair will be done. Post his exit, after 2 hours, i received a message stating the repair has been completed and the issue is now marked closed. This was a false update to my ticket. I contacted Jeeves again to which they stated they will look into the issue and will take another 7-10 days. I then reached back to Flipkart and explained the issue again and asked to escalate this further. Post this call, MI service center contacted my after 4-5 days. They again asked to explain the whole story which i did and then they sent a technician to my place. The technician again took some pictures, video etc and said now MI will repair it within 3-4 days. Post waiting for almost 7-9 days, i called MI service center and they informed that Flipkart has advised that they will repair your tv hence mi has closed the request. I contacted Flipkart again and explained everything to which the rep. informed she is escalating to another team and action will be done in 7-10 days to which i expressed my dissatisfaction but she continued with the same timelines. After an hour, another flipkart rep called me and said that she will be sending an email in which i need to provide claim number for Jeeves. Now, when i received the email, the context of the email is very different and flipkart i now advising to contact Jeeves again. This is unacceptable. I have paid for warranty and this is the service these 3 companies are providing by passing it to one another.

                    I have ordered a product from Flipkart and received different product from the original one then I put it under return. But return of my order is just getting canceled every time.
                    Once return get cancel I contact customer service and I have to take 2-3 calls every time. It’s been approx month and I have been calling and mentioning same issue every time but issue is not resolved yet. Please help

                        Hi, Iam away from India and my house was delivered with some thing( Hook) as per the flipkart its value is 99Rs, which was not ordered by me during anytime. The delivery executive collected Rs.340/-

                        The delivery person urged the person in my house to collect the money and swiftly moved away

                          This is to informed to the concerned authority that I have ordered 1 HP laptop carry case from Flipkart but after using it for 1 day I found that the product is fake and the product damaged my 70000 rs laptop. Due to that carrycase some fungus type white thing growed on my laptop and damaged the laptop from outside as well as inside it cost me a lot to repair that laptop from that day I am contacting Flipkart from 1 month but they are just busy selling their fake products they do not value about their customers they are saying that why you have not returned the product under 7 days so for their kind information I want to tell them that after delivery of product I have opened product after 4 to 5 days because I was busy somewhere and when I opened product after 5 days and used it for 1 to 2 days it damaged my laptop and the return policy was over it costs me a lot to repair that laptop but now they are not returning and refunding my amount so here by I request you people consumer affair to take necessary action against them and tell them to refund my amount as soon as possible. Otherwise the same will be forwarded to court complex.

                                    I have already complained about my issue but there was no response from Flipkart.
                                    Hi I have a Flipkart account from 2017 and I'm still using it, but this year I lost my mobile number that number has been given to someone by the telecom operator and my Flipkart account was registered with that number.

                                    when I'm trying to change my registered mobile number, it asks for the OTP sent to that lost number. How do fix this and change my mobile number from the account? Please Resolve My Problem ASAP
