Ordered ( prepaid ) 35 items of grocery items, including 24 packets of 1 L sofit soya milk. 4 packets of soya milk had completely leaked and all the other items were soaked and drenched in the soya milk. Delivery guy himself taken back those 4 packets of soya milk. Out of courtesy, l accepted other items and asked him to update the status to get my refund of 4 items. But he didn't report this incident. Later when l checked, l could see, 4 more packets leaking. I immediately contacted flipkart customer care service and raised an issue regarding this. By next day, maybe because of getting drenched in the soya milk, 8 more packets got puffed. It is written on the packets itself that, do not consume leaked or puffed packs. So I contacted flipkart customer care and requested return request. So in total I have to get refund of 16 sofit soya milk, each worth 90 rupees . With great effort and wasting so much time, I somehow managed to raise refund request. They promised solution within 48 hours. They delivered the order on 27th August. I waited patiently, and received an sms that their agent would come to pickup the products. Scheduled time was between 10 am - 6 pm. But nobody came or contacted me. Waited one more day, still I got no response. The next day they themselves cancelled all the return requests and I received a mail that my issue had been resolved. I tried to reopen the issue through the app and immediately my account got blocked. I contacted their customer care executive and he said my account is in black list because of so many return requests. I have kept all the 12 damaged, puffed and spoiled soya milk packets with me.
Rest 4 packets were already taken back by delivery agent. My complaint and concern is genuine. This kind of impropriety and iniquity cannot be tolerated by any means. This is the first time I'm facing an issue from flipkart. I'm a regular customer and I have flipkart plus membership also. But by blocking my account they are playing some kind of treacherous tactics to not give my deserved refund. I kindly want to remind flipkart authorities that they cannot run away from their obligations and responsibilities and a standard of procedure should be followed while transporting food items.
I expect an immediate indemnification and reparation from flipkart. Kindly take action on this. They themselves can check the genuinity of my complaint.
