MENTAL TORTURE FROM FLIPKART!

Ordered a Google Pixel 6a from Flipkart (order ID: OD[protected] on 25th August which was delivered on 27th August. The Packaging of the phone was full of dirt and scratches. And when phone was switched on, it was heating up real quick and the CAMERA on low light was full of GRAINS. Moreover, while recording video, after two minutes, the CAMERA FLASH AUTOMATICALLY TURN OFF and it won't work for several minutes. Not only that, the screen of the phone has a YELLOW TINT.
(Phone is on the latest version of software. I did all the updates and problems still exist.)

A tech visit happened when I requested a replacement, but the technician from @jeeves came and told me he can't help because he said heating issue is not a reason by which he can approve the replacement !
Then my replacement was rejected by Flipkart and i called the customer care again and they initiated a refund procedure which needed a tech visit again. The same technician from @jeeves was assigned and he came and even though he saw the flash turning off by itself, he said he couldn't help ! Flipkart again rejected my return.
Now when I called again to complain, they have again assigned the same technician for a third tech visit! Even then, the Flipkart app show refund is approved and there is no mention of a tech visit in the app.

I need a refund as soon as possible
without waiting for a THIRD tech visit because iam not able to use this faulty product from @google and iam tired of the mental torture @Flipkart and it's customer care is causing me for the past week.

    Bought a product of above 900 Rupees, as described on their website, about more than 15-20 days back, even paid delivery charges but received wrong item, which was not even worth 600 rupees, unlike what was claimed and described on their website. Have been requesting return again and again since every time I receive the message that the return is being rejected by seller but I need my hard earned money back and so have even called flipkart each and every time, about 8-10 times uptil now and every time the customer support executives keep saying that the issue is being resolved and the return and refund will definitely be done but no further action is being taken. It seems the seller and flipkart are coordinating with each other to cheat the customers and then wasting their time and making them so tired By making the return request again and again so that they stop making a request since a customer cannot keep wasting their time during which they need to work and make money and also flipkart and seller can together keep the customers’ money with them. It’s appears the seller intentionally sends wrong low priced item and gets paid a little extra for that and the left over balance money flipkart keeps. May be it’s a new way of doing business and making money or I may say a way stealing customers money. But I just need to return the item since it’s not what I wanted or paid for and need my hard earned money back and can’t keep wasting my time by contacting flipkart again and again since during that time I need to work hard and make more money.

      Order Id: OD[protected] was requested for return on 25th aug 22. Date of pick up was 31.8.22 .pickup not done. again flipkart itself rescheduled to 03.9.22 on its own. Surprisingly return request is cancelled by flikart with false reason . No one came for pickup. SMS alrt of out for pickup and pickup cancelled came in same minute. this shows the mischief being played. contacted customer care. no use. Flipkart logistic team is playing mischief and cancelled return requests earlier also. appears flipkart is not having any control. really sad. i am really disappointed about the way flipkart is handling the issue. If this continues flipkart will definitely loose heavily the market.

        Dear Sir, I am unable to access my flipcart account as it has been blocked by your side reason is i am returning more items. All items which I returned are damaged.
        I think you cannot block my account. As I have earned so much coins, I am prime member also, I have some money in flipcart wallet also. I have returned those items which have return policy, if you are unable to return just reject it.

          Ordered ( prepaid ) 35 items of grocery items, including 24 packets of 1 L sofit soya milk. 4 packets of soya milk had completely leaked and all the other items were soaked and drenched in the soya milk. Delivery guy himself taken back those 4 packets of soya milk. Out of courtesy, l accepted other items and asked him to update the status to get my refund of 4 items. But he didn't report this incident. Later when l checked, l could see, 4 more packets leaking. I immediately contacted flipkart customer care service and raised an issue regarding this. By next day, maybe because of getting drenched in the soya milk, 8 more packets got puffed. It is written on the packets itself that, do not consume leaked or puffed packs. So I contacted flipkart customer care and requested return request. So in total I have to get refund of 16 sofit soya milk, each worth 90 rupees . With great effort and wasting so much time, I somehow managed to raise refund request. They promised solution within 48 hours. They delivered the order on 27th August. I waited patiently, and received an sms that their agent would come to pickup the products. Scheduled time was between 10 am - 6 pm. But nobody came or contacted me. Waited one more day, still I got no response. The next day they themselves cancelled all the return requests and I received a mail that my issue had been resolved. I tried to reopen the issue through the app and immediately my account got blocked. I contacted their customer care executive and he said my account is in black list because of so many return requests. I have kept all the 12 damaged, puffed and spoiled soya milk packets with me.
          Rest 4 packets were already taken back by delivery agent. My complaint and concern is genuine. This kind of impropriety and iniquity cannot be tolerated by any means. This is the first time I'm facing an issue from flipkart. I'm a regular customer and I have flipkart plus membership also. But by blocking my account they are playing some kind of treacherous tactics to not give my deserved refund. I kindly want to remind flipkart authorities that they cannot run away from their obligations and responsibilities and a standard of procedure should be followed while transporting food items.
          I expect an immediate indemnification and reparation from flipkart. Kindly take action on this. They themselves can check the genuinity of my complaint.

            I have ordered office chair on flipkart on Aug13th and amount paid fully 4000.
            But item not delivered and status showing delivered, contacted flipkar customer care 6 times, but issue not resolved and no refund arranged.

              I have been using Flipkart Pay later for a long and paying the due amount within the due date but recently (02/09/22) I saw IDFC First bank has reported a due amount of 934 in my CIBIL for the month of July 2022 which i have already cleared and the same is reflected in the Flipkart App/Site as well. Because of this, my score across various Credit bureaus has gone down.

              When I contacted Flipkart Support they told me that there is no pending amount on your account to and try contacting IDFC First Bank but I remember when i initially contacted IDFC bank Bank for CIBIL related issue they mentioned that they can't help me on this and asked me to contact Flipkart as they only share that information with the Credit Bureaus what they receive from Flipkart which they have not resolved till date.

              I would request Flipkart to look into this matter and remove the wrongly provided information which will help me to repair my credit score.

                Sir/Ma'am,
                I have ordered a product on 30.08.2022, paid 649 using G pay, and I cancelled the product on 30.08.2022. My cancellation has been accepted but I have not received my money as a refund. When I reached Flipkart customer care they informed me that the amount has been refunded by the seller to Phone pay UPI, which is not mine. I have contacted my bank and still checking but there is no money credited to my UPI linked bank account. I have not received any money from Flipkart or the seller. They have not returned my money to my account. I have checked my account statement many times, and I have not found any amount credited.
                Please help me to get my money.

                  I have recently ordered a Tampered Glass Edge to Edge for my Google Pixel Phone. It has no returns policy but I could see it is Flipkart Assured product, hence I ordered the same.                     Hi, this is abhishek patil..i get reward from Flipkart.. actually my reward processing date was 29 august but still it not processed and the status is still showing in process ..but flipkart is not taking any step to process..due to that i m unable to pay my shipment charges which i ordered so take legal action as soon as possible..

                      I Was using flipkart pay later till march 2022, after that i haven't purchased using paylater and due to some issues was not able to pay one the emi on time. Then I paid the full payment of the dues along with the late fees after like 6 days since the actual due date.
                      After that they blocked my pay later account.
                      What sort of nonsense is this? Even after paying the full amount my account is blocked.
                      Now it is showing that i have 20000 in my pay later account, but i am not able to use it as it is showing its unavailable. Unable to place any order with the pay later.
                      Pls resolve asap..

                        I’m Reaching out to you regarding my grocery item return, with my registered mobile number 82*****516 and registered email address roysh****25**@gmail.com.

                        I ordered 13 items Rs.1639 for which I received 27 items (Related to snacks only multiple product of same item) completely wrong item was for what I ordered.

                        It’s delivered to me on Saturday, 20 August 2022 since it got delivered I am continuously in contact with Flipkart customer care centre but no resolution has yet provided moreover my account also got blocked no solution for that as well.

                        I continuously receive new deadline over and over again but no response yet.

                        My account got blocked it’s been two weeks now I haven’t received any mail and I am continuously calling since then to send me an email again but I haven’t got any response from your end I have a gift card balance of 4500 in my account which I again cannot access.

                        Am I being wrong here for returning those wrong item that was delivered because its my account i.e. hampered.

                              I have ordered a laptop from Flipkart on 26th August and the application shows the delivery date of 29th August on 29 it was not delivered i have a ticket of train on 30th August i have to cancel that by your late delivery and after that I talked to help center they were saying that it will be delivered in 1-2 days and the next delivery date is showing on the application is 1st September and on 1st September also it was not delivered and again i talked to help center they told me your item will be delivered by tomorrow means 2nd September but now on 2nd September the application shows your item will be delivered in 2-3 day.
                              What the nonsense Flipkart is doing my 3 days are wasted because of Flipkart and I got some financial loss also because of Flipkart late delivery.
                              If Flipkart is not able to deliver on the exact date then why you mention that date.
                              Very disappointed with Flipkart.

                                  I've ordered Realme C21Y phone on 27th of August, and got the package on 29,
                                  But the product is defective, having screen flickering isssue.
                                  Im trying to do a formal steps to return the device. But there is an rerror occuring saying "please try again later" .

                                  Since the return policy is valid only upto 5th of September. I reached customer service 3 times. But they don't even understand the issue just asking repetitive questions with unnecessary troubleshooting steps when i decided to stay untill i resolve my issue they leaved the chat by themselves.

                                    My Flipkart account has been blocked. I never did anything fraud with Flipkart . They told me due to high returns they blocked my account.I was Flipkart plus member and my credit score was above 25000 .

                                    Since my Flipkart account has been blocked I am unable to pay my pay later bills which I have got through email. Sir please look into this matter and provide me with necessary solution so that I can pay my bills. I have contacted customer care several time but they couldn't helped me.

                                      My account has been blocked by Flipkart, and I have to pay my Flipkart pay later bills for August which have purchased though pay later. Since my account has been blocked I am unable to pay the amount. Although in 1 St September bill has been generated and I m unable to pay the amount by clicking on that link since they blocked my account.

                                      I have time till 5 September. Although I have called Flipkart customer care support several times and even wrote to them on their Twitter Flipkart customer care support they didn't help me out.

                                      To avoid late charges I want to pay my bills as soon as possible but can't do that without their support. Here they r fooling us. They want to take extra charges from us that's the reason they aren't responding to my query

                                      They blocked my account without giving me any warning and now I couldn't pay my bills. It's above 300o .

                                      I was Flipkart plus member my credit score was 25000, I never paid late. Whenever I bought any product rom Flipkart pay later

                                      Please help me out.

                                        It's been almost a month today since my flipkart account was blocked. My flipkart pay later emi account was not opened even on the due date. I am unable to make the payment. If I miss the payment my cibil score will be affected. I will have less cibil. With that the flipkart account should be unblocked.
