I had placed an order on 3 August 2022, Order ID: OD[protected] and I had received the order 6 August GROC[protected] and delivery executive number: [protected] Pin 141.
I ordered grocery items, but I did not get all the items one product was missing ( Boroplus Antiseptic soap : Price Rs 147/- ). The delivery person said that I will update you later, but i have not received any update from that person. contacted customer care but they did not respond. I don't know who is responsible.
Please take an action against who is responsible for this incident.
