I ordered a phone from Flipkart. It was not delivered and customer care kept on assuring us that it will be delivered today, tomorrow. But suddenly after 10 days, they cancelled the order.
I again placed another order, but again they did not deliver the phone on the delivery date. The customer care kept on saying it will be delivered by 7 pm. Then when it wasn't delivered, they asked to wait till 11 pm. It wasn't delivered. Then they extended the delivery date to the next day and kept on doing it everytime. So finally after 5 days, i had to cancel the order after getting no resolution from the customer care after multiple calls i made to them.
I then made 2 more orders of mobile phones, where delivery was mentioned as 14 August. They did not get delivered. The customer care said it will be delivered by 7 pm, and requested us to wait. None of the phones got delivered. Then the delivery date was postponed to 15 August. But again it has not been delivered.
Again they will keep extending the dates and one fine day, will cancel my order as they did the first time.
Why are you not delivering mobile phones if you are taking orders and money from customers?
Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
