Hi,
This is a complaint for my phone Samsung Galaxy F62 which I purchased from Amazon on 4th Sept 2021. I have been getting alerts from Flipkart Smart Upgrade Plan to Repay Rs 6000 by 21st Aug else my phone will be locked. Why is Flipkart trying to lock my phone when the phone has been purchased from Amazon. I have tried contacting Flipkart, Amazon and Samsung customer care but they have been of no help. Please help me with this.

    Flipkart has blocked my account stating that they have observed a high number o[censored]nusual return.

    Firstly, this is not true, i have placed return request only for those product which was defective or there is size issue, if i receive a defective product then obviously i would like to return the product. And it is clearly mentioned in their policy that customer can return the product if there is defect in the product or if there is any size issue.

    Also if they don't want to activate my account again, then no problem with that i also don't want to be a part of cheater company like flipkart but why they have blocked my account before my return period is over. It's a complete fraud with the customer.
    They have no right to block my account before my return period is over.

    So if they don't want to unblock my account i have no problem with that but i want them to accept return request for my last order as again the product i received was defective and of no use. It's not working as described in product specification. I have ordered two emergency bulb and only one bulb is working fine and the other one is not working properly.

    Kindly accept return of my last order and refund my money.

      In may I have ordered some items from Flipkart pay later option so some of items where cancelled from seller side only and amount Fully was not refunded to my amount so I have called them but no response from their side and they said monthly adjustment will be done so I kept quiet but from June every month they called in my house and irritated my parents to pay the amount when my amount is not refunded fully why should I pay the amount, from last month i am not able to shop anything in Flipkart so I want my problem to be solved which this customer care people are not solving and no positive response from them even..
      Aug 10 i have added a gift card for shopping from that also i am not able to shop . I called Flipkart customer care to delete my card that also no reply from them positively .
      What i do now ??

        First of all my account has been blocked in the month may. I was a Flipkart Plus member along with a pay later customer. I used the pay later amount at approx 7000 I had my due amount to paid but unfortunately I am unable to pay because I am logged out (blocked).
        I got a link on my register mobile number as well as on my email but the link automatically go to the application and need to be log in for further payment.I need to clear my due. If an unable to pay my bills as you can see that uts already several months passed this is on my cibil score too so Kindly help me out with this please I can't even order things from Flipkart as I had no account of access. Please unblock my account so that i can pay my due amount.
        It's an humble request to flipkart from a customer.

          I am Harsh kumar with registered number -[protected].My account has been blocked for some reason that is absolutely wrong.I was facing issues with one of my ordered product but its not good experience, I had ordered many things from Flipkart but if you will simply block my account then its not fair for a customer who is with you for so many years. As a Flipkart Plus member and with that a pay later customer I am very much disappointed with it and if i had trusted flipkart for several years then this should not be happened with me.
          I request flipkart to please unblock my account as I am a pay later customer I had to pay bills.

              My flipkart account is banned for 3 months now. I have been there Plus member for more than two years and for some unknown reason my account got banned. I contacted their customer support but they didn't resolve my issue. I would like to get my account unbanned so I can continue using it.

                This is a very serious incident that took place on 14th August 2022 with my Flipkart account. I was surfing through the application where I wanted to exchange a product. A message was displayed that because of high returns I need to contact customer care for the exchange. I was chatting with one of your executives Ravi from my account and was suddenly logged out of my account. I tried logging in again where there was a message displayed that my account was blocked. I also spoke to one of your executives on call after this but the call was disconnected abruptly and there was no further callback. I again contacted one of the executives on 18th August 2022 but couldn't get a solution. Being a Flipkart Plus member and using it for so long I don't expect this kind of mishap without any prior notification. All my personal data i.e., my card details and my address is saved with the company which can be used further without any prior Information. I hope you will look into the matter seriously.

                  I dnt know what is going on in these online services.i ordered a phone and they charged 29rs for safety packaging.can u please elaborate the reason?
                  It's company's responsibility to deliver the product safely.already phone's prices are very high.if they are charging this money from crores of customers.
                  What are the need of these charges

                    My name is abhilash. I have order a product from flipcart last month 20th July. Today is 18th August till now I didn't got that product. Order ID Order ID - OD[protected] and product details is Torque Jamestown L Shape RHS Fabric 6 Seater Sofa. Around 5 time flipcart changed the delivery date. When iam try to chat in flipcart support service seriously they are making me like fool. Not giving any reply or update regarding my pending order. Through flipcart pay later option I have paid 19938 for that order. 1st EMI also I paid. But product not yet recieved. Because that I have filed consumer court complaint. Complaint Your Docket Number: 3738480 and another Your Docket Number: 3717514. Iam a plus member also in flipcart. That much iam purchased from flipcart but this time cheating and more over that flipcart making like a fool or joker. My registered mobile number in flipcart is [protected]. But now iam in Dubai so that number is not in reachable..that also I have mentioned in the flipcart mail reply also. And I have given my wife number in the same mail to connect that is [protected]. But they didn't call in that number also. Now money also gone product is also missing and they are not ready to cancel that product also. Don't know what to do

                      I ordered an IPHONE 11 on 7th August 2022 by using loan partner Zestmoney. My amount got deducted but in order details it was showing order pending. I call on Flipkart several times but they are not cancelling the order from their nor they giving me the option to cancel. I don't want my order anymore because of the delay. I want my money refund otherwise i have to pay the EMI of the loan without any delivery of my order. Please resolve my issue as soon as possible.

                        I ordered a product from flipkart using flipkart pay later. After that I paid that pay later due amount before the due date. My pay later limit is 500, I used 141 in it to buy one product. When I paid before the due date, flipkart charged me Rs 201. I paid 60 rupees more because I didn't want to spoil my CIBIL score.But after paying more than 60 rupees, I am being asked for money again and again and the claim is being made to suspend my account. I talked to the customer care of flipkart 4 to 5 times but they did not listen to me and disconnected my call. flipkart may have spoiled my cibil score b. My account is not suspended yet but I think this is not a good service of flipkart. I don't know what to do.
                        i have received the refund of rs.60 already.
                        but i want to know that did they spoiled my cibil score?

                          I placed an order for Sofa set on 13th July 2022. Order amount was Rs.22, 749. Promised delivery date for the order was on 21st July 2022. Flipkart was sending updates stating the order will be delayed and this has happened over 5 times. When the delivery is about to near, I will get a message day before from Flipkart stating the order will be further delayed. Every time I call customer support, I won't get proper response and my call will be disconnected. I contacted Flipkart and requested to cancel the order on 28th July 2022. On 14th August 2022, I received an email from customer support mentioning the order will be cancelled and requested for bank account details for NEFT transfer. I called customer care again and they said order will not be cancelled and refund will not be processed. If I ask any further questions, call will be disconnected. Never expected such pathetic support from Flipkart.

                          I still haven't got call from Flipkart and every time I reach out to them, my call is intentionally disconnected by the customer support team.

                            i have order on Realme Tab 3gb/32 gb on 7th Aug with exchange my Samsung Mobile Galaxy J7 Pro product dispatched on 7th Aug but still waiting for delivery

                            Flipkart cancel my order without any concern and no call no message received from flip-kart going to cancel my order, now problem is icici bank charged me 1053 rs for this product buy on emi but flipkart initiate refund amount only 6739 rs.

                            now issue is
                            1:-they cancel my order without my confirmation.
                            2:- i was wait for this order from last 13 Days
                            3:- ICICI bank charged me 1053 rs.

                            I think they just flash discount on product for only attract customers, but they cant deliver same to customers they are total doing fake commitment to customers.

                                Deliver date is 12/08/2022 but still not deliver Order also complaining at Flipkart coustomer care but they are not giving proper resolution since last five days. Also they report false information that they tried to deliver my order but not any massage or call received from Flipkart

                                    We a order ID:- OD[protected], Dt. 28-Jul-22 (Replaced) Item_Realme Earphone received on 28-Jul-22 and same day we have raised complaint to flipkart that product are not working properly and multipule attempt following to customer vs Flipkart also techician has observed that products having fault but still flipkart can't help now as per policy is expired.

                                    who is responcable for that inconvenience of service or payment hold by flipkart.

                                    Would like to humble request to return the product asap.

                                      I ordered a study table from Flipkart but due to its size was smaller than expected i placed a return order. The pickup date was on 11th August 2022 but still the pickup is not done it gets rescheduled always and now my return order and refund is cancelled

                                        I made a return request for my product boat bassheads 242 and the product was picked up on 4th August. I used Flipkart pay later fir this .They are saying the refund has been done . But i haven't got the refund yet . The product was picked up after i cleared the whole due of Flipkart pay later. So where did my refund go? I haven't received the amount in my bank account either. I have been talking and complaining to Flipkart customer care executive for the last 15 days still my problem has not been resolved. Kindly look into the matter and do it asap. Didn't expect this behaviour and service from a company like Flipkart. My experience for last 15 days from Flipkart has been like a hell.
