I placed an order for Sofa set on 13th July 2022. Order amount was Rs.22, 749. Promised delivery date for the order was on 21st July 2022. Flipkart was sending updates stating the order will be delayed and this has happened over 5 times. When the delivery is about to near, I will get a message day before from Flipkart stating the order will be further delayed. Every time I call customer support, I won't get proper response and my call will be disconnected. I contacted Flipkart and requested to cancel the order on 28th July 2022. On 14th August 2022, I received an email from customer support mentioning the order will be cancelled and requested for bank account details for NEFT transfer. I called customer care again and they said order will not be cancelled and refund will not be processed. If I ask any further questions, call will be disconnected. Never expected such pathetic support from Flipkart.
