I have ordered a wall clock of kardio from Flipkart on 14 aug and paid money through wallet when product was out for delivery and it successfully debited 200rs but when delivery boy reached he told to give cash and said that the money will be refunded which got debited through wallet. BUT TILL NOW I DIDN'T GOT ANY AMOUNT ON MY FLIPKART WALLET

    I bought a new 4 door wardrobe with The order I'd is OD[protected]. The order was delivered on 07.08.2022. since then, two attempts of installation has failed due to space constraints and finally the item remains uninstalled. But now Flipkart is not accepting the return request and rejected it. When I tried to reach the customer care executives they also tried to escape and did not raise the refund request when I formally told them to do it on my behalf since I was unable to do so through my app.
    I talked to the customer care executives 3times but none helped. Then in tried to reach Flipkart through Twitter but to my surprise it also didn't work out.
    I therefore request you to kindly look into the matter since they are trying to escape till 17.08.2022 and they will say that according the company policy 10 days has crossed for return and refund. I am attaching the screenshots of my app

          I ordered the device in Flipkart app since my uncle lost his and I wanted to gift him. I chose the Quick delivery option and made payment using inbuilt Zest Money EMI option. My order no. is OD[protected].
          My EMI was started immediately but the product was put on hold by Flipkart. I immediately tried reaching out to support and they were of no help. I kept trying and even reported to Zest money and Flipkart over Chat, phone, email as well as Twitter. They are not cancelling my EMI and making fake promises of resolving my issue. I kept waiting. Now its more than 4 fays and after reviewing the reviews by other people on playstore for the Flipkart app. I see that they are not even solving for 2 or 3 month. They have the worst customer support service. Need help.

            Hi,
            My friend ordered a mobile phone for me on 8th august 2022. It was expected to receive on 13th august 2022 but not received till 15th august 2022. I contacted customer care. Now they are saying that it will be expected to resolve by 18th august 2022. I was very dissatisfied by the way they are providing service. Kindly request you to deliver my product at the earliest.

              I got my phone delivered on 10 th august, and there was an issue of screen flickering, they cancelled the replacement, again I was facing an issue with the speaker, but still they are not accepting my request. My order id isOD[protected] phone number [protected]. Please and the return window will close. I am using this as my primary device, and because of the issue, I am not able to buy a cover or a screen guard, as I have to return and get a replacement.

                It's been a lot of month i m using Flipkart as well.. even i m a plus member of Flipkart .. but 6 days ago i recieved a item from Flipkart that was different colour from what I order.. i ask for replacement that item and then after some time my account was blocked.. I didn't supposed that from Flipkart.. even i want to pay the pay later bill i want tham to share the link for payment my email id [protected]@gmail.com

                      I ordered a product on Flipkart but it shows that the product is delivered, but I have not received my product deliver. After a complaint to customer support, they are also not helping me out. they are just saying to wait it has already passed 15 days since I have complained to Flipkart but no results found yet

                        I am unable to order anything in flipkart as app showing message that unable to deliver in this pincode. My pincode in 713211. Kindly solve the issue as soon as possible. Previously i successfully ordered many things in this pincode, but now this thing happened.what is the reason behind this?

                              I have ordered Motorola G82 on Aug 7th and the estimated delivery date was 11th Aug, but it was not delivered on the promised date they mentioned. Then the estimated delivery date was updated to Aug 14th. Since then it was not delivered. It made me frustrated on expecting the product on the date they promised.

                                My order Its not yet shipped. The tracking status is stagnant. Do ship it as soon as possible. Else please let me know so that I can cancel it and go for amazon where they ship quickly. I had been a regular customer of Flipkart and I am a plus member and this time I am very Disappointed. Hope you can help me in someway as this is important for me. Appreciate your service. I am in urgent of the product and bought seeing the expected delivery date as 15th August but it is not shipped yet order placed on 5th August. If you cannot ship please let me know we all have different need because of that we are ordering products. This is making me in a difficult situation why cannot you contact seller and update product status or give me seller details I will contact and I can plan according to that. Worst support.

                                When I spoke to their representative yesterday, they said that they would deliver yesterday at or before 7 o'clock, if not, they would definitely deliver on the next business day.But I have not received an update about it yet, I don't understand why there is a delay or no proper update. I have ordered a much needed product but I am sorry that they have not given me an update about it till now, I have been waiting for so many days and it is difficult to cancel.what should i do

                                  My account has been blocked since 2 weeks and reason for blocking my account was "unusual returns". I never knew that there is any such criteria and wasn't mindful about it. I apologize for the trouble faced by sellers. I am a Plus Member of Flipkart and i am quite a loyal customer. All my orders are prepaid and i have my genuine reasons for returning. And as a customer i have the right to return according to my choice and within prescribed terms and conditions. And if there is any problem flipkart team should have contacted before blocking me.
                                  It's not fair to straight away block the account without any prior warning. I am constantly contacting customer care and also tweeted but the response is not what we expected from such dignified service providers. Very disappointing and tiresome. I am accepting my mistake and confronting it and it's time for Flipkart to come forward. I also have some issues with my recent orders but i am totally not able to access my account.

                                  Kindly respond as soon as possible.

                                    Product selled back- Samsung Galaxy j2
                                    Amount to be received- Rs1500

                                    Under flipkart sell back program, I sold back my Samsung Galaxy j2 handset. The delivery boy picked my phone on 12/08/2022 and handed me a packet, which only had a card and nothing else(not a code to be redeemed). The card said I will receive my payment within 24 hours but i haven't received my money yet.

                                    I called for customer help but they always say we are helping you, your complaint has been forwarded and such other statements, not actually solving my problem.

                                    I request, plz look into my case. Thank you

                                      I ordered oppo Reno 8 on August 9 my 1st delivery date was August 12 till that phone was not shipped and the delivery date was changed to August 16 for that date also the phone was not shipped yet today August 15.I raised complaint on flipcart and they told they will resolve at August 16. The resolution date was August 16 then when will I get the phone. I think the seller is fraud.I used credit card offers. I saw many complaints against this seller that he delayed the shipping and finally cancel the order for whom are all used the offers. I need the phone at what i ordered amount. I attached the screenshot.
