Since 01/08/2022, I have been informed by your executives that my refund regarding the will be innitiated within 5days, today being 11/08/2022, and the refund stands as it is...
Excuse given is my account does match my name, in previous refund (wall berry adhesive sticker) I recd the refund though my surname was incorrect..
Since 01/08/2022 I hv being following up, but no fruitful reply recd, executives are just worried about their feedbacks.
If you or the seller don't want refund its OK, but don't waiste individuals time please.
There may be other option regarding refund...
Hereafter I am not going purchase any items through flipkart...

    I have ordered a bed on 20 th of July amounting rs 12390 from Flipkart pay later on emi basis of rs 1181 for 12 months now they have charging an extra amount of rs 1342 for my July due
    That means total 2523 .i have complained them regarding the matter more than 50 times but they didn't solved the infact now they have added an extra rs 350 as a late fees charges.so i kindly request you to solve my problem

      On 4thAug2022, I have ordered medicines through flipkart app (which was showing under categories “medicines(new) along with other categories travel, insurance etc”.
      My flipkart healthplus Order ID is [protected] and the order is supposed to be delivered by 6thAug2022. Today is 11thAug2022 till now I didn’t receive the order. I tried calling flipkart healthplus customer care [protected] (sometimes doesn’t work) and the blue dart customer care too - no one has any idea nor bothered to delivered the order. My blue dart AWB Number is [protected].
      Since I wasn’t receiving any help from the exclusive platform of flipkart healthplus I tried contacting flipkart customer care - through the app which I ordered medicines. But they too can’t help me because the flipkart healthplus order id was not showing in their backend as it doesn’t start with OD.

      The issue is flipkart acquired sasta sundar & placed it in their platform (without proper backend integration) for ordering medicines but the logistics & customer care help sucks leaving us to pathetic service & horrible experience. Neither flipkart owns it nor the acquired sasta sundar renamed to flipkart healthplus helps.

      Flipkart has to think about it’s goodwill it has earned this long before placing medicines/third party stuff in their platform if they are not owning the customer experience & order delivery - I don’t know yet whether my order will be delivered or not yet & no help from flipkart or flipkart healthplus either.

          Hi all,

          On 2nd August 2022 'Haier 375 L Frost Free Double Door 3 Star Convertible Refrigerator' was got delivered. But there was a big dent on the side of the fridge. Asked the delivery person to take it back then he refused to take it back and asked me to check with Flipkart customer service. I have submitted the damaged proofs with Flipkart and return was approved on 6th August 2022, and 8th August 2022 was the expected return pickup date, but till now return pickup was not done. I got the pickup related message but when I try to call them no one is answering the call.

          Flipkart is torchering me mentally and financially. They are not at all responding to me. Please help me someone from this Flipkart people.

            I have placed order for grocery items on flipkart and delivery schedule given by them was for[protected] but they are unable to deliver after many follow-up they give delivery date[protected] but again it was not delivered and then as its grocery and essential I need on urgent basis now I am now getting delivery and cant cancel the order also flipkart cant understand necessary of grocery then why the are doing business.

                I have purchased a laptop (order id: OD[protected] under 'Complete Laptop Protection Plan' which clearly states a guaranteed exchange amount of 50% (documents attached). As shown in the attached screenshot, whenever I try to claim it, I am constantly getting an error message since last 20+ days. After addressing the issue via twitter post, I was told to share the screenshot and details regarding the same. I complied with the request and now I was told (via telephone) that the buyback amount is only incase of laptop service/repair and not applicable for purchasing new laptops. To further escalate the issue, I filed an online grievance on consumerhelpline, in that also Flipkart has given the same reason and closed the complaint. It is clearly mentioned on the terms and conditions that the claim in two ways: 1. in case of any damaged, 2. while purchasing a new laptop from Flipkart. Now, I am unable to claim the buyback value from Flipkart. Kindly resolve the issue at the earliest.

                    Hello
                    It's been 10 days since I received my product and the time I saw the product I immediately requested for return because it was very old product which had girty sole and seems very used.
                    I am requested for return for more than 10 times but all the time seller rejected my request and every time flipkart asked any documents to submit I submitted it.
                    I tried to return the product in every possible reason available on their platform.my complaints get rejected everytime.
                    The product was worth 2200, but they only ask for 72 hours time to see my request and it's been 13 days since I got any solution.
                    If the product is not returned I will go and throw the product at the nearest flipkart office.

                      I had ordered for realme 9(Surburst Gold, 128GB) on 6th august 2022 and had paid the amount of rupees 12, 028(order ID-OD[protected].The amount got deducted from my account but the status is still order pending since 4 days. There is no proper response from flipkart support regarding this issue. I request you to kindly confirm the order or refund my money as soon as possible.

                        I placed an order on flipkart for grocery and i tried calling many times to delivery guy on Phone#[protected] he was not answering and after delivery marked he was busy i tried 15 times to call him. Very poor service this time

                          I ordered a nothing phone one and got it delivered on 3rd August. After using the device, I noticed a green tint on the bottom area of the display panel. After researching online, I found it is a hardware issue. So I raised a replacement request with Flipkart, After struggling with the support team for days. On 8th august, They registered a replacement order. But also, a technician visit to confirm the defect on the device I received. The support also said, Only if the technician approves the defect. The replacement order will be accepted by Flipkart support.

                          The next day, the technician was assigned from Jeeves. I met the person in the evening. I explained to him the issue. He agreed there is an issue. Then he said he needed approval from his manager. So he took a picture of the issue and shared it with his manager and called him on a loudspeaker. Also, requesting me to listen to the conversation. He explained the issue to his manager. After a moment of silence, the manager said something which was not clear and ended the call. Next the technician said this will not be approved by us. I will have to contact Flipkart support to get the replacement approved. Also, he shared his phone number and said he can make a fake report and get this replacement approved with some exchange of money, then he took off.

                          After a while, I received a notification that the replacement request was canceled.

                          Then I reached Flipkart support, Explaining my experience and concern. They raised a ticket saying a senior person will reach out to me for resolution, The next day morning, I got a call from the support, the support person convinced me to go through the technician visit once again.

                          Later that evening, A new technician came to check the device, and I explained the issue again. This person also confirmed there is an issue. Finally, he said this issue cannot be diagnosed through the diagnostics app. so he cannot approve the defect. I asked him to tell the same to the Flipkart support but he denied it by cursing Flipkart and their return system. again this person also told me indirectly that he can help with this process positively in exchange for money.

                          At this point, I understood flipkart and Jeeves and are scams who played me. As my return period has expired, There is no point in contacting Flipkart support.

                          I feel so bad and stressed by how Flipkart treated me.

                          For reference, I have attached the images of the issue I am facing with the device.

                              I have ordered sofa on 09th July on Flipkart with Oder ID- OD[protected] and they have promised to deliver on 25th and they marked it delivered, however I still did not get the product or nor any call or msg from delivery person and even since then I am calling everyday Flipkart and they are just ignoring my concern I paid 14534 Rs and its more then a month now everyday this people just give fake promise 24hr to 48hr for resolution and till date i have nothing, my money is with them and no product no service nothing they just doing cheat.

                              One more issue with Oder ID-OD[protected] they charged for coffee table and same trouble no product no money refund everyday calling and wasting my time on top mental pressure no one is taking accountable for the issue and helping I paid 10500 for this product .

                              Overall I paid 25000 with no product and service just cheat going on online.

                                I have order Huggies BABY DRY TAPE DIAPERS, SIZE LARGE-L (52 pieces) from Flipkart with order ID- OD[protected] but unexpectedly i received MamyPoko pants-XL 2 pants today i.e 10th August 2022 which is not expected from Flipkart.
                                I have raised an issue with flipkart but they said these items has no return policy, so i am helpless now and in need of your help so that i will received the exact product i ordered and I would like to request to take action against Flipkart and the seller company so that common people like me will not suffer in future.

                                  I have ordered Nokia 215 4g DS 2020 on 24 July. Flipkart shows it should be delivered to us by 28 July. It is not delivered by time and it is automatically shows it will be delivered by 4th August. We have waited for the order and system is showing order is out for delivery since 28 July. I called customer service number and representatives are not giving us details for the order. I tried to cancel the order but it is not possible from my side or company side. They are just giving us 24 hrs waiting time every time.
                                  Please make them to fulfill my order or make them to cancel and get me full refund.

                                      मेरे द्वारा किए गए ऑर्डर की आर्डर आईडी OD[protected] है। जिसकी डिलीवरी अभी तक नहीं हुई है, डिलीवरी की डेट 7 तारीख बता रही थी लेकिन उसको आगे बढ़ाकर 9 तारीख किया गया था 9 तारीख भी निकल चुकी है अभी तक डिलीवरी नहीं हुई। श्रीमान से निवेदन है मेरे द्वारा किए गए ऑर्डर की डिलीवरी जल्द से जल्द करवाई जाए।
