I have ordered for a puma shoes around on the first weak of July and got delivered on the same week itself. But when I opened up the package, I was terrified to see that the shoes was missing from the package. The package was all perfectly sealed. The brand box was alse there inside the package. But inside the brand box the shoes was not seen. I contacted Flipkart customer service for the same, since they told me that no replacement is available for the given reason from sellers, I asked them to refund me the full amount of purchase.they asked me to submit my I'd proof and photos of the recieved product and I submitted everything good. Then everything was going smooth untill I got an email mentioning that seller has rejected return request two days after th returm request was placed. Again I contacted Flipkart customer care and enquired and place request for another return request. It also get cancelled. This continue almost 5 times(note that I provided my I'd proof photo as well as other details 5 times). When the request got rejected for the 5th time it was about July 15. The when I opened my Flipkart account to contact customer support, I found that my account was blocked by Flipkart. Terrifying experience from flipkart. I recommend no one to use Flipkart because these can happen with you too and they gonna steal your money as they done to me.

    I purchased boat earphones from flipkart with order OD[protected] in July-2021 and
    Recently i noticed that the left side is not working. As the device is under warranty i contacted the product customer care and they informed me to submit the invoice.
    The invoice is lost and also not found in my registered mail id. I checked in flipkart under my order but for this product invoice option is not showing.

    Please look into this.

      Hey I'm a flipkart plus member .
      I have ordered a bean bag from Flipkart on 18th June it was a prepaid order, i paid rs 1619 for it, , order id - OD[protected], it was officially scheduled to deliver on 26th June, but till now i have not recieved my product, the delivery keeps on going forward without any notice, the product never got out for delivery. Firstly it was it got delayed from 26 to 4th July, then 4th to 8th July then 8th to 12th July, then 12th to 13th July and, 13 th to 15th now again it's shifted to 23rd July .
      I have talked to your multiple customer support members as well as your senior executives, your logistic department, but still didn't got my product from past one month, , that's the reason I'm writing this, so that whosever reading kindly provide me my refund or deliver my product and resolve my issue or I'll go to consumer court within 72 hours, do a FIR against Flipkart . Don't take it lightly, as I have talked to you people from past 15 days and been waiting since 1 month, all your customer services are either cutting the calls after getting calls on hold, , kindly see into your customer supports and provide my refund, , or else I'll do as I have talked before .

        I ordered kitchen keeper top with lid 20 liter capicity 41cm aluminum top pot from flipkart on 24/06/2022 whose order number was OD[protected] price 2199/ whose DELEVER happened on 02/07/2022 but PRDUCT DAMAGE ie top bartan Was digested whose request for return done in which flipkart told that pickup will be done along with product replacement, in which the date was given to us before 14/07/22, but flipkart canceled it on 13/07/22, then I requested, then they Given the date of 21/7/22 which flipkart canceled on 15/07/22, then on 16/07/22I have requested whose delivery date is given on 26/07/22, in this way I can write about flipkart that if flipkart does not have the same then return the goods and give refund, I made a mistake that from flipkart shopping done this way flipkart is cheating with me.its matter camplain raised in National consumer grievance docket number 3663519, please replacement or Refund given me.               I have ordered khadi mauri face wash wash the second time from flipcart and they are cheating consumers showing fake increased prices (i.e 295) from it's MRP (i.e 195) and showing customers that they have giving a discount to it that also of 32%!! bt eventually selling it at a higher price (i.e 199). None seller has the right to charge more than it's MRP. It is against the consumer rights . We have the right to be informed and right to be educated the truth of the product we are buying and then have the right to choose.

                  I have been using shopsy to sell products to my neighbours and family members and relatives to earn some side income and succesful got 100+ orders but from 14th July i have not received my Margins which i waa receiving usually till 13th July. please look into this matter and help to resolve this issue.

                    Even after multiple attempts reaching i still can not get my account unblocked by customer care of flipkart ( [protected]@yahoo.com ), they dont even tell me the reason and there was some money in that account which I could not use because of this mess.
                    I hope this portal teach them a lesson about the consequences of looting innocent customers.

                            I am trying to buy goods from Flipkart, but suddenly all the products are not deliverable to my both pincodes(360004 & 360005). So I raised complaint in chat box and customer support executive named Ankit Chauhan suggested me to use different pin code. I tried other city's pincode and same issues with that.
                            I tried for Mumbai same issue.
                            I am attaching screenshots also for different products with different pin codes.

                                Hi Sir/ Madam
                                Flipkart blocked my account without giving any reasons.
                                I am a plus member from past 2 years.
                                I have ordered some products. Also I have to pay some pay later bills and
                                I am willing to pay.
                                Please let me know regarding the same. Atleast arrange a call back. I am
                                not a reseller, I always oder products for my personal use. Recently I
                                ordered wallpapers from you but the seller cheated me with wrong ones since
                                the product was under non return policy. Although you people helped me but
                                after making several calls but I never complaint regarding the same. Then I
                                ordered Reebok shoes and seller sent me shoes of different shapes. After
                                returning them flipkart blocked me. Why should one keep defected items with
                                them?? Even there is no communication from your team and I tried a lot.
                                I want to pay my pay later bills and what about my supercoins?? Instead of
                                taking actions on sellers who are trying to cheat your customers you are
                                blocking your own customers.
                                Not expected this from company like flipkart.
                                Please kindly help me with the same.

                                  I am writing a letter to you regarding my order on Flipkart.
                                  I have noticed my order has come in Nashik hub on dated 12th Jul'22- 4.42 am(refer attached pic)
                                  refer tracking no as FMPP[protected].
                                  I am surprised to see it was originally delivered to my home address on the 13th july 22
                                  but I got the message that it will be delivered on 15th July 22.???
                                  Okay after waiting on 15th July I am not seeing any message from Flipkart side for delivery. so writing this mail to you.
                                  Please look into this matter as soon as possible.

                                    I have ordered OPPO Reno7 Pro 5G (Startrails Blue, 256 GB) (12 GB RAM) on Sunday 10th of July 2022 on Flipkart app.
                                    And I have done payment online.
                                    So my expected delivery date was Tuesday 12th of July 2022 as given by Flipkart. But on Tuesday the product was not delivered. And then I got text message on my contact number that "sorry for delay, your product will be delivered on 14th of July 2022", but on this 14th July also, same they failed to deliver my product.
                                    Now today date is 15th of July 2022, till now no any response from Flipkart for my order, in tracking details its only shows that product has reached the hub nearest to you.
                                    So its my request to deliver my product on time else refund my money.

                                      Dear Sir/Mis my name Mahaveer Dewangan last month i ordered Boat rokerz 235pro from flipkart, i recieved the product by 17th of june 2022, when i open the box the product was missing i.e i received and empty box. Though i contacted the flipkart costumer care by the same time, As i complained to flipkart regarding product issue, suddenly my id was blocked and blacklisted by the same day, though i lost my product, my 1199 rs and my flipkart account too. Now even I'm unable to login my flipkart account
                                      I'm trying to contact flipkart since 17th june 2022, flipkart executive is saying " your complain has been updated to our team " but no action has been taken yet, neither my problem has been solved its been 1 month now
