Flipkart - transaction was declined on the basis of risk check

Sold Fake product in name of Brand Puma

Hello Team,

I have purchased new PUMA shoes and it seems it was a duplicate product along with torn and white marks on the front shoes. I have raised replacement but they have rejected my replacement. Again I have raised refund but not receiving any updates.

Sir I am Sanjoy Kumar Mohanty a 75% disable person purchased a tv guard from Flipkart on 28/06/2022 having order number OD[protected] but it was a defective and fake product so I requested for a replacement immediately but unfortunately it was cancelled by Flipkart and neither I got the replacement nor my refund yet when I tried to contact them they blocked my number please help me

    Recently i have ordered grocery items in Flipkart. I don't received my all products in the order so i have placed a return request as usual. But this time flipkart blocked my account and mentioning that contact customer care for future support.
    When I'm contacting the customer care, they are just ignoring and not resolving my problem.

      Hello sir/madam,

      This is my order id OD[protected].

      I order a nike revolution shoe but I received a different color and used product. I raised my complaint for this and after a long wait I received my refund before the pickup.

      My product get out for pickup on July 5, 2022, pickup agent take the parcel but he said due to server down you will received confirmation message later that your order has been pickup successfully.

      Later in evening I received product mismatched so pickup cancelled. Well it's obvious if product is different then photo will mismatch.

      Somehow how today I talk to the nearby ekart courier on call, he said neither he send the product to warehouse nor to me.

      I received my refund but how can keep the parcel to himself he have to send it to seller. Otherwise it become my responsibility.

          I have ordered the queen bed box but i have received damaged item. The delivery guy himself took a pic and said we can't install since it is damaged. Then he said I have updated with photo you will get the replacement items within 24-48 hours.
          After 2 days I contacted the flipkart and explain about my issues again they asked me to wait for 24-48 hours. Again after two days called they said the same story.. They are saying they can't refund my amount. Also the customer support is very worst they put me on hold after 10 mins they disconnected the call.. Again I contact customer support and explain my query from the beginning and again they put me hold after 10 mins they disconnected my call. It's been 2 week I am suffering with this issue. So last 2 weeks I have been sleeping on the floor. I can't buy somewhere else.. Since they are not refunding my money and ask me to wait 24- 48 hours. Whenever I call they're saying the same 24- 48 hours story

              Mosquito agarbatti had given me wet conditions all 3 packet given in one rs 753 wasted

              Please do the needful and take this back and refund my rs 753 immediately totally disappointed

              All agarbatti in wet conditions by packing and seller had not provided safety directly insert in one box

              Mistake is from seller do the needful and refund my money back of rs 753
