This is the first fake items I've ever received while shopping online.
Because of the lower price it is offering, I was initially having concerns that it might be a fake product.
The substance was already falling from the edge of the face wash when I opened the package, it was such as glue or something, but it wasn't sticky.
I believed it might be coming from outside the enclosure as a result of an error.
I later discovered that the water inside was in the form of glue and was coming from holes in the box rather than the front.
I also made an effort to compare this fake facewash to the real stuff.
The fonts & text sizes on the fake facewash sticker were different from those on the real one.
Completely let down & unpleasant experience.
What if someone had used this as an original product & put it to their face.?
They would then encounter numerous issues.
I also used the " need help " option to get in touch with customer service.
They advised me to contact them back later when I had finished speaking.
The number was just not receiving calls when I tried to contact it again.
I selected " need help " once more after that, but no one called me after that.
I am unable to make calls because that choice is also locked on the previous message.
I contacted " Flipkart Customer Care ", another one[protected].
Information on how to track that product is all that robot is saying.
Even though the amount is less ( ₹349 ), it still hurts to lose money on something pointlessly.
I feel such as I'm being duped by a legitimate website.
I want them to learn a lesson for not caring about the consumer for a small amount more than anything else.
Not returning a customer-owned item.
And it won't happen until I receive my money back.
They are merely stating that the product is excluded from returns.
What does that mean for the customer.?
The fact that the product doesn't support a refund or anything else is not the customer's concern.
Because it was from Flipkart, I had faith in that product.
I want my money returned because the stuff is fake.
When faced with a similar situation, Amazon reimburses us financially.
However, if an item is non-refundable & it turns out to be a fake on Flipkart, you won't receive any compensation.
Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
