I have purchased some things, the amount was 3902 in May and I paid the due amount on 4th of June, Then same day I purchased things of 2201RS, after that the Flipkart Pay Later was showing some warning tag with Overdue written but the amount was Zero, then They started calling me and I gave Transaction ID of the Payment made on 4th June, They said they will resolve this issue in some days, but did not and kept calling me everyday for this problem, I told each customer support executive that I have made the payment and this is the transaction ID and I have already shared all the details but they still kept calling, I called flipkart and they said, it will be resolved in 10-15 days, Nobody was listening, still calls were coming everyday. Same thing I had to repeat everytime, now it's 1 july, I'm trying to make the 2201 payment, but flipkart pay later is saying something went wrong, I called their customer support, they don't even know how the flipkart pay later works.
They're saying someone will call you after 5 days, which means I have to pay extra payment for Overdue period.
Kindly do resolve the problem as soon as possible.
