I have ordered from flipkart with Order ID - OD[protected].
Why you have changed the delivery date?
And even if you changed the delivery date delay 1-2 days you have delayed it for 6 days and you may changed delivery again.
You have lost your credibility.
I AM ASKING FOR BASIC THING IS TO DELIVER MY PRODUCT.
AND CUSTOMER SUPPORT TEAM IS ALSO DOING NOTHING.

    On flipkart india app, I had ordered motorola g52 mobile with old phone lenovo p2 for exchange. However the delivery guy has rejected the exchange stating that the screen is broken. However this reason is not mentioned exchange rejection clause. The reason is good to reduce the exchange value as per flipkart. Also, the exchange was rejected last week stating the same reason, but i had connected with customer care and they clarified that the rejection was by mistake. They requested to order again and ensured to get it cleared this time. However the delivery guy rejected for 2nd time today with same reason. Again i tried connecting to customer care twice. Both the time they kept the call on hold saying they will check on the issue for a minute and disconnected after 10 minutes without any say. I feel flipkart phone exchange program is a fraud.

      I have ordered a flipkart assured product (Tempered glass) of rs 230 for my narzo 30 4g but received tempered glass for redmi 9. There was no return policy. Since it was a flipkart assured product, i have ordered it by keeping faith that they will give us the good product. But i received a totally different tempered glass. I had ordered more than 100+ products from flipkart but never faced issue like this. Since seller know there is no return policy, it does not mean seller will send the different product. Very bad experience. I want my replacement or refund.

            Ordered 2TB WD EXTERNAL HDD for my office on Date 25 June 2022 which was delivered to me on 27th June 2022 by Flipkart agent when i did unboxing video of it I recieved a NIRMA Soap Bar worth Rs10 inside the pacakage, immediately when I called Flipkart support they said we are looking into the matter, till today on asking the status they keep on saying same line we need more time looking into the matter. This scam is running since years when I scrolled internet mostly on Flipkart and they are still so careless on this part and letting innocent customers who trust them blindly are getting cheated everyday.

              Poor delivery service from flipkart. Why u recruit
              Rude unprofessional delivery boy .he call me but at that I m not available then I called him later he started to misbehave and told me that I didn't not picked up his call so it's my fault and he cant come to address I have to go to his address like this is my punishment. Is this your service to customers. Better to buy offline.

                I submitted a return request for moto g82 5g mobile phone on 30/06/2022, but nothing has been resolved yet. Till now the product has not been picked up by flipkart, after talking to customer care, first on July 3, then on July 7, then on July 11, it is said to pick up on July 11 and today we are saying to pickup on July 13., i'm really very 2 disappointed for your service, plz resolve my issue ASAP.

                  My order was supposed to be delivered on 6th July 2022, today being 9th it's still not delivered yet. I have been following up with the everyday and they are giving false dates everyday and saying it will be delivered by today, tomorrow etc. Now when I want them to cancel the order and initiate the refund they are not doing the same and asking me to wait for 3 4 days again and cancel once the delivery is being done. This was a very important product required for my work and my koney is stuck with them. The bank will start charging interest on emi which Flipkart won't refund anyway.

                    This is in reference to order ID: OD[protected].
                    The order is showing delivered whereas i've not received the product.
                    Despite registering a complaint against this Flipkart is not able to give a solution rather they are pushing the resolve dates.

                    Very disappointing !!!

                      When I tried to order MOTOROLA g52, the seller cancelled my order . I contact flipkart, they also told same . This issue is not only for MOTOROLA also for other brans of mobile phone . Now flipkart does not allow to buy a smartphome . Flipkart says that, I am a re-seller . But
                      I am not a re-seller, I am just passed out from Bengal College Of Pharmaceutical Sciences & Research, Durgapur . For my Research purpose, interview purpose I need a good quality of smartphone . If you resolve it quickly, I will be very thankful to you .

                        I raised return request for this, i got system call your return request cancelled do u like to raise again press 1 like that, I raised again it again cancelled, I raise request on customer care he said please raised again it will resolved by 6th jully but it was not resolved again and care give me time for 9th july but again return was cancelled on 7th july now today flipkart give me time till 12th july to wait, now I don't trust flipkart may be on 12th they will give me new date. Its harassment by flipkart also they wasting my valuable time.

                            The order ID is... OD[protected]
                            The refund to this2 products ( scintillare sukhi gold and rhodium hoops of worth INR 138 and Alloy jewel set of worth INR 234 ) was not being initiated since the day of the product return till date[protected] I. e., for more than 3 weeks. Every time I try to complain, it was being said that the refund was initiated. I had even approached my respective bank for many times till today. They had thoroughly checked the current refund status along with my past bank ransactions. The problem here is not only about the money refund but also with the trust you have broke that I kept on flipkart for their poor services.
                            So, please kindly initiate my refund for 2 my products.

                              I am regular customer of flipkart, as well as plus member even flipkart.

                              From last 8 years I ordered product on same order but now if I order something then wishmaster call to customers and asking if you want product then you need to collect it from courier hub, and if customer not collect my it from courier hub then he simply update parcel refused by customer and send it back.

                              Many times I have reported same issue with flipkart customer executives but they only says sorry for incovinence and pe patient your issue is escalated and or backend team working on it. But even 1-2 months they working on issue to resolve.

                              So flipkart simply make cheating with customers, they not provides any kind of doorstep delivery now.

                                  I ordered a AquaFresher Water purifier and called technician from equafresh to Fix it, He came and fixed but it's not working and it's used device,
                                  Technician told to ask for the replacement and i did it more than 3 times,
                                  Everytime it's getting rejected and nobody coming to pickup the order.
                                  When i call to Equafresh costumer care they are saying that Flipkart problem not ours, what to do i am lost my money& time,

                                      I had ordered Puma shoes from flipkart which were delivered on 16th June 2022. The size of shoes didn't fit and hence I had raised a return request on 22nd June 2022, however same was rejected by pick up agent stating the issue of product code not matching. Then I called customer care and raised a query which was resolved on June 27 2022. The agent picked up the product on 28th June 2022, however I received a message stating the pickup wasn't completed because of product mis-match. I raised the query same day evening which is not solved till date i.e 8th July 2022. I haven't received the refund yet and I'm getting no proper and timely assistance from Flipkart customer Care.

                                        This is the first fake items I've ever received while shopping online.

                                        Because of the lower price it is offering, I was initially having concerns that it might be a fake product.

                                        The substance was already falling from the edge of the face wash when I opened the package, it was such as glue or something, but it wasn't sticky.

                                        I believed it might be coming from outside the enclosure as a result of an error.

                                        I later discovered that the water inside was in the form of glue and was coming from holes in the box rather than the front.

                                        I also made an effort to compare this fake facewash to the real stuff.

                                        The fonts & text sizes on the fake facewash sticker were different from those on the real one.

                                        Completely let down & unpleasant experience.

                                        What if someone had used this as an original product & put it to their face.?

                                        They would then encounter numerous issues.

                                        I also used the " need help " option to get in touch with customer service.

                                        They advised me to contact them back later when I had finished speaking.

                                        The number was just not receiving calls when I tried to contact it again.

                                        I selected " need help " once more after that, but no one called me after that.

                                        I am unable to make calls because that choice is also locked on the previous message.

                                        I contacted " Flipkart Customer Care ", another one[protected].

                                        Information on how to track that product is all that robot is saying.

                                        Even though the amount is less ( ₹349 ), it still hurts to lose money on something pointlessly.

                                        I feel such as I'm being duped by a legitimate website.

                                        I want them to learn a lesson for not caring about the consumer for a small amount more than anything else.

                                        Not returning a customer-owned item.

                                        And it won't happen until I receive my money back.

                                        They are merely stating that the product is excluded from returns.

                                        What does that mean for the customer.?

                                        The fact that the product doesn't support a refund or anything else is not the customer's concern.

                                        Because it was from Flipkart, I had faith in that product.

                                        I want my money returned because the stuff is fake.

                                        When faced with a similar situation, Amazon reimburses us financially.

                                        However, if an item is non-refundable & it turns out to be a fake on Flipkart, you won't receive any compensation.
