    I am Yamuna Potukuchi I got stucked in a fraud of fake website i. E flipkart lite explore plus. While i m using my phone i got one pop up and and i clicked on that website. Where is shows some offers like redmi note pro mobile which costs 19000 in market but their offer says the price of redmi note 7 pro for rs.859

    I thought this is an amazing offer i will never get chance like this and i got excited and paid the amount of their requirement without reading the terms and conditions and after payment. They didn't. Provided any kind of reciept or order history.
    Sir now i apologies my fault please help me regarding this.

      Return not done due to missing mrp tag

      I ordered two kurtis from flipkart and want to return two due to size issue.from the very begining there was no mrp tag attached.now the agent denied return due to no mrp tag present.i raised complain and they said pickup will done today but today also return get rejected for the same issue.i raised complain yesterday and they told me that higher authority will look into the matter.but nothing happened their diff agents have different opinion...

      Dear Sir
      I have ordered an Trolly bag from flipcart and Paid the billed amount while my order. It was saying that my product will reach me by 20th May 2022, same day I got a sms with the delivery person number. Since I'm a flying crew I wont be able to collect the product incase they deliver by 21, so on 20th around 21 00hrs I made a call to that delivery person and informed the same thing that i[censored] could deliver my product today itself, I wont be able to collect it and inform him that he can deliver the product if it's late night also; he replayed me that it will be delivered in 1 hr . But what happened that after 1 hr I got a delivered message message, and the product yet to be delivered, immediately I called the same person number but he did not attend the call.as soon as this happened I raised a complaint on flipcart and I got a replay saying that it will be sorted out by on or before 25, they extended their date 27 and didn't happend till now.
      Since it was very important to get that product, I lost my money and precious 9 days behind this .The delivery guy contact number was[protected] some Muralidhararan K, I tryed to contact him all these days but I failed because I didn't had the flipkart 3 digit pin, even I tried to cotact keelkattalai delivery hud I failed. I request you to see the google review about the same hub by your precious customers, and feel sad because you haven't take any action about the delivery partner
      So kindly do the needful to sort this issue and take necessary action against the delivery partner as well as the flipcart people who haven't responded yet, .I have all the records along with call recording for your reference if needed
      And most important, I'm waiting to get a call from your concerned team, and that not happened till now, I wish I get a call immediately after raising this issue to you

        It seems a general problem on the Flipkart account users, therefore please find a concrete solution so that every time the customer need not file a complaint.
        The issue is when I tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as I lost that number. This is making me unable to change the mobile number in my flipkart account. I tried contacting customer care but the issue is not resolved.
        Please resolve the issue by updating my new phone number in my account.

              When orderd the product it showed expected delivery date is June 28 and i waited on june 28 till 6:30. i tried reaching customer service they said i will get it by june 28 before 7 PM.
              After 6:30 i checked in app the statues got changed and expected delivery date is changed to June 30.
              I spoke to customer care they said they cant help in this matter and not answering my query.
              I can see in app tracking that product reached hyderabd at 11:00 am nearly on june 28. even a local courier service can deliver by day.
              Ho pathetic this service is.
              MY concern is without giving reason and not infomrning me how come delivery date is changed.

                  Seller selling Fake items with F-Assured tag

                  I had ordered a Timex watch 2 days back and received it yesterday from Flipkart. The seller was unknown to me, but still the product was tagged " Flipkart Assured", i trusted Flipkart and had ordered. The watch received was not an authentic item, as it didn't have the QR code on it to check its authenticity using Timex Application.

                  I have a Flipkart account with the email ID [protected]@gmail.com. I had been an old customer on Flipkart. Recently, I made a purchase on Flipkart which had an issue. The issue was resolved but my account was blocked in the next few days.
                  The brief summary of events that happened is as follows:
                  1. I had ordered a Samsung galaxy note 20 ultra-mobile from Flipkart.
                  2. Because of my busy schedule I remain outside the home for most of the day. I had put my friend's address for the delivery.
                  3. The phone was timely delivered. However, when I checked the phone it appeared to have signs o[censored]sage and a damaged back panel.
                  4. I, then, raised a return request which was later approved by Flipkart. The pickup person who came took the product and I was satisfied. However, the same night, I got a mail that the pickup product mismatched the original product. I had to repeat the return request because I had no other option. The person who picked up the phone for the first time came back the next day and told me that one tag is missing from the box and this is mandatory for return. I asked him why he didn't tell me this the first time, to which he replied that his in-charge verifies tags at the e-cart office. He rejected the return again.
                  5. I, then, opened a fresh request with Flipkart stating the problems I faced and again my return was approved for the third time. This time the pickup person understood the issue and successfully picked the product.
                  6. I was happy that the issue was resolved. More than 63, 000 rupees amount of the product was in my Flipkart wallet and I thought of making a purchase later. However, a few days back my account was blocked for the stated reason of high return requests. This also means my 63K rupees in Flipkart wallet are gone.
                  I want to clarify that all return requests were of the same product and issues happened because the pickup person was not well trained about the issues the products can have. I am facing account blockage for just one product return, which was a genuine request. I would request them to at least give me some time to use my wallet amount even if they are going to block me. This is a big amount to ignore. So, kindly help me out.

                    Hello Team,

                    I placed an order for Voltas AC with Flipkart on 12th June 2022 (Order ID - OD[protected] and the same got delivered on 19th June 2022. The same day i.e 19th June 2022 the Voltas technician came and told us that the both External and Internal units are of different model and hence it will not work. Also he asked me to place a return/refund request. I raised the concern to Flipkart on 19th June (within a few minutes). There is no resolution since then. Flipkart is constantly rejecting my request which is mentally exhausting for me.

                            I m writing this complaint of my Order ID - OD[protected], I talk to deliver guy and told him to cancel the order then he said U can't cancel it now, then I replied him that I can cancel it now, then he said " cancel Krna rehta h to order hi Kyoon krta hai, ghar pe milo batate h cancel krne Ka natiza". His behaviour was very rude, and I want strict action against him...

                              I have ordered bitdefender mobile security services 5 units from Flipkart on 22 June 2022
                              Since it was a email delivery it would only take 2 hrs for delivery. Received one unit of the same on stipulated time.
                              It's 28 June 2022 11.50 am. I still haven't received 4 unit of the same.
                              When contacting Flipkart service centre they just give new date and time for product delivery. My order ID :OD[protected]

                                Firstly it was supposed to reach on 21th i have to give it as a gift to one my Dearest on 23th

                                On 21 i got message for out for delivery at 6pm i called the delivery guy he didn't pickup and on next day i saw a message saying your Ordered is rejected will be sent to seller soon i contact your support team after a long process she asked me to have patience and your item will be surely delivered on 23.

                                well on 23rd i got no updates no call, Out of delivery nothing i again tried reaching out to you - Same thing she assured that i will be delivered today wait till 7:30. i told here today any how i want it coz 23rd was the day i suppose to gift it to my friend.

                                On ekart website i track down my id its shows last status as customer rejected delivery on 21 (11pm) were as i Received no call from delivery side even i tried calling him he didn't picked on same day.

                                24th i again tried reaching out she again assured delivery but Now wait for 72 hours or reorder it . i told him no way i am gonna wait it better go to office and pick it up by myself only.

                                Around 1:30pm 24 I visited Bhawanipatna Filpkart office Pin : 766001 as soon i arrive to room 1 guy came with phone in his hand having a short of meeting and asked me to leave As we are having a audit call and your order will be assured to be delivered Today or come back at 4 Pm but without knowing my concern its like they don't have time but i can see they were chilling he just came with his phone just show that yeah i am in meeting.

                                24th 6PM No call, No status .
                                As of now i am no interest on my order as it was supposed to be birthday gift now just a shoe for me which i can wait. still the service i am getting you guys say assured even if you know that is not or even you don't have any clue you said yeah assured delivery like the guy in office did ??

                                Next i again called on 25th He told me to wait till 30th assured delivery again
                                and still i waited but today morning i saw order is already cancelled without my concern !! What a Service.

                                I have talk with 6 different Customer support all said Today Delivery assured, Tommorow, 72 Hrs and Within 30 June even if i say him to cancel they urge me no it will be delivered and now when i call they saying they can't do anything contact Ekart they cancelled it not Flipkart ??

                                  I ordered this product on 12th June 2022 using flipkart axis bank credit card. Delivery was scheduled on or before 16th june 2022. But the product didn’t arrive on the day. Then I tried to check the tracking details. To my surprise the product was not even shipped till the delivery date. I needed that pair of shoes so I thought of waiting 1-2 days and checked it again after 2 days on 18th June 2022. The product was not shipped till 18th June 2022 so I cancelled l the product. The cancellation request was not approved and put on pending. I waited till 22nd June 2022 but still the cancellation request was showing as pending. I contacted the costumer support team. They promised to provide resolution on or before 25th June 2022. I waited still no resolution all I got was an extension of the resolution date from 25th to 27th June. I waited again but no resolution again. I contacted the costumer support again on today 28th June 2022 and the executive told me to wait further 48 hours. My cancellation request is still pending and so is the refund. Common flipkart ! This is not done ! How many days will I have to wait? Please help!
