I ordered a product named cetaphil from flipkart on 15th of july and it was delivered to me on 18th of july. I product which was delivered was a wrong product, and both the wrong products were leaking too. So the product was wrong asa well as damaged. So i asked for a return request, they accepted it from their end. Every other day i receive a message tht your product is out for pick up. But the executive never pick up my product and never pickes up the call. I have tried calling the person more than 50 times. He keeps on rejecting my calls. And than after waiting the whole day till 9pm i get a message saying that you decided to kee the product so we have canceled you pick up request. Then i have to again for the Return request. I ordered a product from this company. The product was damaged, i made a complaint. It’s already 28th of july i still have not got any resolution. I want my refund.

    I have ordered medicine for the first time from your application and I have had a very bad experience, I had ordered about 4000 medicines from you there, but its packing was very bad and the medicine is coming out of the strips in most of the packets, I have been talking to them continuously for 4 days but till now they have not received any kind of answer or taking any responsibility. Just taking complaint, taking complaint, speaking, 2 times sent different mail ids, Once given another number to talk to this number, and that too of 9 digits, I said if this number is wrong, then again and again it says the same number the company gives to everyone. [protected] This number is given, I have all the call records and photos of the condition in which the medicine came. My registered number is [protected] and my order number is #[protected].

      I have cancelled order(before delivery) on flipkart on 21st June 2022.
      And flipkart didn't process the refund and as i have paid via credit card my credit card bill generated and i had to pay complete credit card bill.
      the amount is around 26240Rs/-.
      i tried to explain complete situation to flipkart customer care agents but i am not getting any support and feedback from them.
      i am following up with them from 18th July everyday for almost 3-4hrs but no use at all.
      everyday they are creating new tickets with new target date but without any update/solution they are closing the tickets.
      I tried to reach them via twitter and facebook to explain my situation but no use i didn;t get any feedback.

      Flipkart is really irresponsible and not giving value for their customers at all.

      kindly help me to get the issue resolved.

      Can anyone support me to get the help from flipkart?

      Such pathetic Customer care they have really. everyday i am spending 3-4Hrs time to talk to customer care agents to explain my same problem. and they are really irresponsible and not answering me properly and they are not transffering the call to senior people. Sometimes whenever senior people got connected they are simply giving promisses but i don't see them reflected for issue.

      I am really regret that i have been flipkart plus member. I am trying to reach them even in Twitter and Facebook but there is no use, everytime they reply same that they are looking into issue. but they don't update what is the status and when will i get refund.

      The amount is not small it is 26240Rs and it's been 1.5months that i cancelled order and my credit card bill also generated and i had paid complete bill:-(.

      whenever i am trying to explain my problem customer care agents are really not bothered to listen to me. please understand that even i have work but i am not able to concentrate on my work also.

      i have ran out of all the option now to reach the flipkart and i don't know i can i reach them to get my money.

        I ordered mobile phone on July 23, 2022 for realme 9 Pro+ 5G Blue 256 GB order id (OD[protected]] from flipkart that time mention delivery date July 25, 2022, seller accepted order and ready to dispatch but courier partner did not collected that parcel after longer period. I contacted customer care and they replied your mobile reaches to you in 2 days, but more than 5days is gone i am not recived my order. I placed the order with an offer by HDFC debit card.             I had ordered Flipkart perfect homes studio XXXL classic bean bag in 3rd July 2022 (order id -OD[protected]. First it was supposed to be delivered on 11th July 2022 then it got delayed to 18th July and then again got delayed to 25th July and then it's show delivered on the status. I have not received the product yet. And after complaining for 4 continuous days there is no action taken. Niether I have been refunded nor I have received the product.

                I purchased CATIVE Engineered Wood Office Table (Free Standing, Finish Color - White, DIY(Do-It-Yourself)). This product was faulty with screw slot completely gone, paint on the legs were gone and rusted surface was exposed. The table top had screw holes.

                Flipkart is now denying my refund and holding my money and not ready to accept the return even though the product is eligible for return till July 2022.

                I have been trying to return since the day of the delivery and no solution from Flipkat's side.

                    On july 27 i ordered a Xiaomi 11i mobile from flipkart site order id-OD[protected]. Payment got deducted from my bank account but flipkart shows 'payment not received from the bank' and 'order is pending'. I have been waiting for 2 days to happen something. I lodged a complain also on flipkart but no response even after 72 hours. Nor they are refunding my money nor they are confirming the order. They are simply ignoring my request.

                      I have been purchasing from flipkart at pincode 500084 for almost 3-4 years now with no issue at all. Suddenly almost 80% of the items from almost all the sellers went to Not Deliverable status / Currently out of stock for 500084 about one month ago and status continues till date for all electronic, clothes and everything except groceries. But when I check the same product for a pincode almost just 2kms away I.e. 500081, it's showing available. HOW SUDDENLY ALMOST ALL THE PRODUCTS went to Not Deliverable status for the first pincode. This is true for same product for multiple sellers. Both these pincodes are in the centre of Hyderabad City. This doesn't even make sense. Flipkart is not even acknowledging the issue at their end and is giving a very generic answer that we are expanding and blah blah blah.

                          Respected flipkart, I ordered a saree in flipkart of Order ID - OD[protected] but i got a totally different saree and it does not match the website description and image of the product. So i have raised an return request for the same since the seller does not fulfill customer wishes. So, please provide me an resolution for the same by accepting my return request for the wrong delivered product as soon as possible and provide my refund as soon as possible for the same.                                 M Rajeshi got stucked in afraud of fake website. Flipkart lite explore got pop up and i clicked on the website, where is shows some offers like new apple i phone ear pods which costs Rs 53000- in market but their offer says the price of Rs 99/-
                                I thought this is an amazing offer for diwali big shopping days iwill never get chance i got excited and paid through DEBIT CARD in 3 attempts .They didn't provided any kind of reciept or order history.And suddenly Rs 10229/- have been debited from my account ...I am very shocked.

                                i have seen notification pop up on phone and it was showing 30 min offer, and i thought it is flipkart offer, and i purchased instant by paying 479 rs Google pay UPI transaction ID is[protected]
                                then i have checked it is fake site, there is no payment details no order viewing, nothing there was,

                                  I recieved the Used product, i raise the complaint but Flipkart is not responding properly. They said the they will replacement the product on 18th of July, it's not delivered again they said, 20th, 22nd, 25th, 26th, now they are saying this will be delivered on 1st of August.
                                  I called to customer care 10+ times, nobody is responding

                                      I ordered oppo reno 8 5g black colour on 27/07/22 the money was deducted from my account and Flipkart is showing that the money is not received from the bank and put my order on pending orders so i contacted Flipkart customer care they told me that they can't see the order details even if i shared the order number . Flipkart was showing that if order is not confirmed within 4 hours of order time which is 11.57 am and now time is 1.08 am the refund is still not guven and the order id still not confirmed it shows the order is pending

                                        The delivery agent marked my order as delivered without calling once.

                                        It was Showing Delivered on Sun, 10th July 2022, I have raised more than 5 Complain on Flipkart but the WORST Customber care Just every time mark my Problem as Resolved as the last date In Crossing to Solve the Problem, and afte sometime i recieved a call From Flipkart he Asked Me that I Can Provide you a REFUN Or Replacement, But as the Product was as Cod he declined to Get Replacement as Gave me option for REFUN, I Totally aggred with him And he said your coins will be REFUNDED Within 24 Hours but its more than 3 Days, i am feeling so bad for Calling and wasting my Time Every Day and Whenever new Customer AGENT Recieves call, i have to everytime explain him full ISSUEE :(.
