    I had placed order for couple of products in May and few products were not as described and few products were cancelled by the sender. The order was paid through flipkart pay later and they argue with me that they have issued the refund. But it’s not reflecting on my pay later. I have sent them the transaction history and raised multiple complaints. I have called the customer service only to get disconnected, they didn’t call back. Even supervisors have disconnected the call and not called me back. It has been going on since a month. Someone called me yesterday and asked me to call my bank and dispute it when I have it through my flipkart pay later. I explained the same to them and they told me someone will call me within 24 hours and nothing yet.

    This issue has not yet been resolved but is marked as resolved. The guy called me and told me he has system issues and that he’ll arrange a call back but no one has called me ever since.

      I have ordered Skechers shoes worth 3829 RS. I made return request before policy period is over due to size fit issues. They rejected return multiple times as serial number which printed on the product box is not matched with the system.

      I made the return request multiple time also got return request created from flipkart team after policy period is over but it was rejected again and again.

      I called the flipkart customer care many times and they are alwas telling me that I will get my resolution but didn't get it.

      Here my concern is only that if you deliver the product and customer is returning the same product with the same box then how this issue should come?
      You should register and save the serial number when product is delivered. due to this my return is on hold

      Also they mentioned white colour and I got pink colour shoes. The product is not fresh new product. It is like used product. This is something like cheating with customer. I won't order anything from flipkart from now. Serial number not matched is not customer's problem. This is something they didn't manage the product track correctly so why customer would pay for the same?

        Sir, I am to inform that flipkart has not refund my money generated due to return of wrong items. Flipkart aslo blocked my account so that I cannot access my account statements. In fact, flipkart executives have transferred my money in their personal account and blocked my account.
        I m not interested to continue but my amount should be return in my saving bank account.

          Ordered Mi Backpack from Flipkart. But I received Nivea Men Cosmetic Men Face Cream, raised a complaint regarding it. Now for the return of product, they want me to share picture of my Adhaar card for so called verification. I do not understand what kind of verification they are referring to? If I had ordered the product, it is me who is returning it. What for the verification is needed. Also, if it is needed, I can show it to the delivery personnel. Why I need to share my whole ID proof with Flipkart? Is it right to capture personal details of customers?

            Extra charged of Rs. 2012.00 on AC Purchased from Flipkart (Tax Invoice No. FAB2GA[protected]). When AC purchased from Flipkart offer ICICI Credit card offer mentioned 9 Month X 3778.00 = 34, 002.00 (Copy enclosed) but ICICI Credit card EMI Generated 4000 X 9 = 36, 000.00 (Approx.) Copy enclosed.

            I am continuously talking against this Issue with Flipkart Customer care & ICICI Credit card department, but till now doesn't solve the matter.

            I am humbly requested to you please look into the matter as early as possible. I want to Refund of Rs. 2012.00 (Extra charged amount) in my credit card (ICICI Credit Card No. [protected])

              I’m writing this letter with utmost dissatisfaction and irritation to my mental state from what I have been facing from the Flipkart customer service. I had placed an order for

              Product 1: ASUS Chromebook Flip Celeron Dual Core -

              Colour: Dark Grey

              Seller: TBL Online

              Price: ₹21, 990

              Product 2: Complete Laptop Protection (2 Year)

              Seller: Jeeves Consumer Services

              Price: ₹899

              On the date 2nd of June and received the item on the next day i.e., 3rd of June. I ordered an android application running chrome book because my line of work requires it to work on an android device. The moment I received the laptop I ran the application and tested it only to find out that the device is not working with my application, few hours later I called up an executive and spoke to a supervisor about my problem, she told the laptop can only be replaced to another laptop and no refund option is available for this purchase, I also asked her what if the laptop that I receive again is still not supporting the application I wanted, then she responded by saying that you raise the problem to the technicians who will visit you and they will raise the concern to the vendor and in that case scenario my amount will be fully refunded and I can carry forward purchasing a higher spec android device. I agreed to all that she told and I TOLD HER THE DATE FOR THE TECHNICIAN VISIT IS SHOWING AS 17TH JUNE and can you make that faster as by each day passing, I’m losing money and work. She responded by saying that I will put your case on high priority and WILL MAKE SURE THAT THE TECHNICIANS WILL VISIT ON OR BEFORE 5TH OF JUNE. I agreed and cut the call somewhat satisfactorily. 5TH OF JUNE PASSED AND ON 7TH OF JUNE I raised another conversation with another executive, THIS TIME HE PROMISED THE VISIT WILL HAPPEN ON OR BEFORE 10TH OF JUNE. I again kept the call believing him and waited till 10th of June, it passed and no one came. By this time, I had lost my complete patience as each time I raised a call with an executive I HAD TO EXPLAIN HIM/HER ALL THE PROBLEMS THAT I FACED TAKING ALMOST 20 MINS AND A REALLY DEPRESSED MIND, I waited until June 17th as it was mentioned as the technician visit date at the first place. 17th of June came and I tried making a string of calls to the executive and connecting to the supervisors, all the executives I TALKED PROMISED ME TO CONNECT TO THE SUPERVISOR AND HUNG MY CALL IN BETWEEN. Finally, an executive by noon promised me the technician visit will happen on or before 7pm that day, and I told her I don’t believe her please put it in a mail or SMS, she said the option is currently unavailable and she is currently working at home and there are no supervisors around but as soon as the option comes and, in an hour, or so she will mail or SMS me regarding the same. I waited and no one came nor the mail or SMS, waited until 21st of June the date I’m composing this message, called up executives again and went through the usual hanging up of my call. Finally, an executive named Priya connected me to a supervisor and I explained everything to her everything. She checked in her system and told me someone tried to contact me through my registered mail address which is [protected]@yahoo.com I told her there is no email id for me as such and clearly the mail has been going into a wrong direction, she asked me to update it in the app and immediately hung up my call. I went to the app and checked the email address which is [protected]@yahoo.com, this is my legitimate email address but for some reason the mail was going to [protected]@yahoo.com I tried my level best to change it to my personal email address that is, [protected]@gmail.com but it's not happening at all, there is no OTP or any code that I can use to update my email address.

              I will need a compensation of 12, 000 INR per day since the June 3rd till the date of resolution

                Hi Team,

                I have issue with my wallet balance and gift card balance which is already added in my flipkart account last order i was placed on 23 june successfully using gift card balance, but since yesterday i an unbale to place any order using my gift card balance.
                When i select gift card as payment mode place order button not working and order not process further.

                I had discussion with flipkart support team they say i hav eto check with gift card provider but the gift card i get from flipkart itself.

                Kindly look into it and solve on urgent basis.

                  When I placed the order, I received an offer. If I place an order with order total more than ₹600. I will be getting the Pillsbury Chakki Fresh Atta and DHAMPURE Sulphurless Sugar for ₹1 each.

                  I was charged ₹1 for DHAMPURE Sulphurless Sugar however I was charged ₹55 for Pillsbury Chakki Fresh Atta.

                  I contacted Flipkart on 10th June 2022 about it and asked for a resolution. I was asked to wait for a few days to get an update. I received no calls/emails about the resolution and get an update on Flipkart profile that "As per our conversation your issue is resolved". However, I had no conversation about it with anyone. Some of the agents call me and put the entire call on hold. No resolution.

                  After checking Flipkart profile, it's written that: "We tried reaching you today to discuss your concern about OD[protected] and have sent you an update to your registered email address [protected]@outlook.com In case of any questions, please feel free to reach us here: https://www.flipkart.com/helpcentre, Phone Number: [protected]"

                  Flipkart has asked to call myself(my phone number is [protected]) to get the updates and might also be sharing my number to other customers.

                  I have also contacted Flipkart on Twitter and shared all the updates in written form. All I get is: "We understand your concern here and are always there to assist you, Birendra. Request to go through the terms and conditions for the same under the order section. Appreciate your understanding. ^GU".

                  I had enough patience contacted multiple times but no resolution. I mentally exhausted and frustrated.

                      My email id is [protected]@yahoo.com, the account linked with this I'd is locked with a reason of high returns where in I have not returned any product without any reason, all of a sudden they blocking and not unblocking by calling the customer service several times. I need my account to be unlocked to take my invoice of my boat head set and they are not even mailing my boat head set invoice after reaching them out several times

                        I had placed a order for Ambrane smartwatch. However. I received a wrong product. I had placed orde for a 2000 rupees smartwatch product and I received analog cracked watch. I instantly raised a request with Flipkart. There is only option of return and replacement and not refund.
                        But Flipkart denied the request not once but twice and is asked for personal documents.
                        I was sceptical about sharing my documents, but 2000 is a big amount for me and I shared the same.
                        However Flipkart is still denying the return or replacement.
                        Why does Flipkart need my personal documents and even after sharing they still deny and why no personal documents are required while placing the order.
                        It was Flipkart or Ambrane company fault. Why should I face such harrasment if it's not my fault. It is really mental torture.
                        For Flipkart or Ambrane it might be a small amount but it's a big amount for me.

                          I have not received my Total refund from flipkart.com. Many calls and many time i wrote but no resolution. My Order ID - OD[protected] and they provide refund of Rs270 instead of Rs295 i paid. They gave me reference id[protected]. But no resolution about Rs25 please check image uploaded.

                            I got stucked in a fraud of fake website i. E flipkart lite explore plus. While i m using my phone i got one pop up and and i clicked on that website. Where is shows some offers like redmi note pro mobile which costs 20999 in market but their offer says the price of Redmi Note 9 Pro MaxAurora Blue, 6GB RAM, 128GB Storage for rs.876

                            I thought this is an amazing offer i will never get chance like this and i got excited and paid the amount of their requirement without reading the terms and conditions and after payment. They didn't. Provided any kind of reciept or order history.
                            Sir now i apologies my fault please help me regarding this.

                              I had to make the payment as i hd to get a refund amount in flipkart pay later and i need not wanted to make payment for the amount i wz getting refund

                                  Dear Sir/Mis my name Mahaveer Dewangan few days ago i ordered Boat rokerz 235pro from flipkart, i recieved the product by 17th of june 2022, when i open the box the product was missing i.e i received and empty box. Though i contacted the flipkart costumer care by the same time, As i complained to flipkart regarding product issue suddenly my id was blocked and blacklisted by the same day, though i lost my product, my 1300 rs and my flipkart account too. Now even I'm unable to login my flipkart account
                                  I'm trying to contact flipkart since 17th june 2022, flipkart executive is saying " your complain has been updated to our team " but no action has been taken yet, neither my problem has been solved its been 14 days now

                                    I have ordered a phone from flipkart.com
                                    and after 4-5 days i called flipkart customer care for getting information about my product delivery
                                    but after call ended
                                    they cancelled my order giving the reason that i told them to cancel my order
                                    I have proof of that call recording
                                    and i have not said to cancel my order
                                    but still they did it
                                    It really annoying after waiting for the order for almost 5 day's
                                    suddenly it got cancelled without any reason without my consent
                                    Please look into this and help me
