I returned an order though flipkart and pickup was scheduled on 21/06/2022. On 21st june evening i got the message that my returned order will be picked tomorrow (means 22nd june), after that on 22nd no one came to pickup the item and on that evening i got message from Ekart that my pickup has been rejected because of product mis-matched. How can is it possible without seing the product, because no one came to pickup the item. I am a residence of IIT ROORKEE, you can check the CCTV footage if needed that no one has come to pickup.

    Sir,
    I (from my friend k. Praveen login) purchased Flipkart air cooler, 30 liter capacity on 14th March 2022 with
    Order ID: OD[protected]

    from Flipkart e-commerce site. It was replaced due to the product damaged before delivery. From the month of May 1st week it's not functioning (not even On). After repeated requests (approximately 30 times by phone, email etc) a mechanic came in june mid and rectified the issue but from day day before yesterday (june 21, 2022) facing same issue (not working/ on). I want permanent solution to rectify this issue or replace the product or return my money which I purchased the product.
    Please take necessary action as soon as possible.

          I have purchased a product on flipkart on 5th jun 2022 with an upi online payment of Rs 439. on the date 12th of jun flipkart is showing my product is delivered and in actual I did not received any product. I have been talking with their support from 12th jun still my issue is not resolved neither I get a refund not I received the product yet.

                    Hi, I’m a FLIPKART PLUS cx and I’ve ordered an speaker on the 11.06.22 and the product was delivered on the 16.06.22 & after opening I found that the product is faulty as no sound was being played, so immediately I placed an return request to get the product exchanged. The exchange arrived on the 21.06.22 and when I open the box in front of the delivery boy the speaker were broken and he asked me to place an return request but the return was rejected twice as the box was broken but the box was send originally in that manner.

                      I ordered a 1 ton Samsung AC through Flipkart app. While ordering, by mistake, I chose my home town address (Pithapuram, A.P), instead of my current address in Hyderabad. I was unable to change address or cancel the order online, so as suggested by Flipkart support team, we have refused the delivery at doorstep but the delivery guy has wrongly marked the order as delivered. We only get a toll free number with a code, so couldn't contact delivery guy later.
                      I have raised the complaint about this issue on the samw day immediately. It has been 1 month since then and Flipkart still shows my order as delivered and my money of 30, 999/- rupees is blocked a with them.
                      I have been calling their customer care and writing mails to them almost everyday since then and no action has been till now and they don't even respond correctly about the status. Every single they ask us to wait for 48 or 72 hours and then they keep postponing the issue. Also, some of the complaints they marked as resolved without any resolution, I had to reopen and raise it again.
                      Kindly help to resolve this issue and make sure that Flipkart pays high penalty along with the actual money for the mental and financial trouble caused to us.

                        I was trying to return a single product, also return request was made by Flipkart team not by me because product was missing but seller didn't approved the return request.
                        My return request was cancelled 5 times due to seller but still i had a hope that Flipkart will refund my money. They told me that my return request seller will accept and i will get my refund but they have blocked my account now.
                        seller rejected my request again and again. If i request a return for many products then it will be against their policy but the return was for a single product because seller didn't approve it. But they didn't provide me any refund instead of they have blocked my account.

                          I was trying to return a single product for last 2 months and also return request was made by Flipkart team not by me because product was different but seller didn't approved the return request.

                                I ordered redmi note 10T from flipkart which was delivered on 18th April but the phone was detective. I requested for replacement 2 times but even after technician visits the request got cancelled. Now it's been more than 2 months and the refund request is getting cancelled again and again.                                     I have purchased Realme Buds air 3 from Flipkart for the amount of Rs. 3919. But I have received a different product, then I have updated a replacement request and they provide me the time of 72 hours but the request is rejected 4 times and then there are two refund requests and they also canceled.
                                    Every time they send me the same reply that our back-end team is working on your issue but they haven't provided a resolution yet. and one day Flipkart blocked my account now I am not able to log in and my money got wasted.
                                    I request you to please provide me with the solution and get my money back and schedule a pick-up.
