Hi I am Malla pavan kumar ordered POCOM3 pro 5g mobile 06th June and it delivery date given was 8 June 2022, after that massage has arrived due to delay in deliver it should be deliver by 10 June 2022. Since today date is 11 June reduction not yet delivered.

    This is the Order ID: OD[protected]. I ordered Realme GT Neo 3 256 gb variant on 4th May and it was delivered to me on 8th May. But after using the phone for few days I came to know that it was 128 gb. So, I raised a complaint regarding this. They called me back and I asked for replacement/ return but they told me replacement was not possible and only return was possible. So I told them to start return process but they disconnected call. It happened to me 4 to 5 times after that. So I came to know from other people that this is their trick to not refund. And also their call us option is not working. I am irritated as its been more than a month.

      I ordered dining table from flipkart, I received it damaged, even product is delivered seller is not changing the status to delivered, ans flipkart is also not doing anything related to damage product received.
      Everyday they are asking me to wait for 24 hours. Even seller is not responding.

        I've been with Flipkart for almost 10 years, a plus customer, always pampered by Flipkart, all of a sudden out of the blues, I'm kicked out. Even enemies give you a chance to explain or surrender. I find this practise of blocking customers absolutely unethical, a mal practice.
        If i would have been informed atleast once that my returns or replacement requests are being noted and would cause trouble for me, probably i would have listened. I'm just a customer, all i can do is request something. May be you guys should make your policies more stringent regarding returns/replacements, as of now they are so easy and convenient that even a slight hint of discomfort and the customer is bound to return or replace. To be honest, it's like a trap you have laid, we request and you Ban us eventually. Please take action against fraudulent customers, not against those who have been shopping with you for 10 odd years, Flipkart is a respectable company, is and has always been an assumption, please don't tarnish your own reputation .
        I would only do this once, because i am also a hard earning respectable citizen of my country, i request you to unblock my account, i have orders pending and super coins i could do with, so please look into this obnoxious policy of yours ASAP.

            I, asked Flipkart to replace the product with the product I ordered but they didn't replace it.
            I again ask them to return the same thing happened didn't take my return and finally 2 days before I again lodge a complaint they came and picked up my product and now the condition is they have canceled the return from their end again

            presently I don't have the product nor have I received my money back as the status shows as canceled from their end

              I ordered Adidas running shoes from flipkart .But I received totally Different brand shoes . When i raise return request they reject my return for 5 times. After that my account is blocked . Now i am unable to do nothing regarding this issue on flipkart. The seller of this product is Tech connect Retail pvt ltd.
              This seller has very negative reviews on consumer complaint page. Please do something for me. I am hopeless now.

                  Hello,
                  I had recently ordered a product (Order ID - OD[protected] and it was supposed to be delivered to me on June 04th 2022 but it's already June 11th and I still haven't received my product. What makes this even worse is the fact that neither Flipkart or their courier service partner Ekart logistics are giving any updates regarding my product. I didn't even receive a single text message or phone call from either Flipkart or Ekart Logistics. Whenever I contact their customer care through their app or website they give reasons like "unforeseen issue" or "technical issue" and they tell me that they've escalated the issue to the concerned team. When I email to them they tell me that the issue will be resolved in 3 days or so but at this point I'm sure the issue won't get resolved and my product won't reach me. I'm only prepared to wait until 15th June which is the timeframe their customer care asked me to wait until before I cancel the order. This is extremely frustrating and ridiculous that a company like Flipkart is making their customers.gi through.
                  If Flipkart really wants this issue to be solved I suggest they get back immediately with a resolution.

                    Within minutes of receiving my order(Wildcraft sandal of size 9), I tried to replace my order for the next size (cannot believe, size 9 suddenly became small for me, obviously a defect/discarded sandal, only available on Flipkart). Return order button was available and I immediately pressed it but a message appears : "too many return items from this account" ( somewhat similar). Few seconds later... Bam!! Your account is blocked. It felt like I did a big mistake pressing that return item button. All I was asking for was to replace it with next size that too on the same day of receiving the order. And I don't recall of ever returning a single item. Now I am stuck with this ₹1k item that I can neither wear nor return but becoming useless. What's the use of activating my account after the return period is over, I guess pure foul play or cheating.

                        Recently I ordered a Tv worth ₹8999...on 6/5/22

                        My order I'd is...OD[protected]...
                        This is my registered email...

                        But on some reason I cancelled that order on 8/5/22...

                        Today on 26th of may, 2022...till now no refund...

                        I contacted the Customer care of Flipkart... regarding my issue...

                        On 9/5/22...they told me to wait 5 days...
                        14/5/22...they told me another 3-4 days...and lodge a complaint...

                        17/5/22...told me to wait 2 more days .
                        19/5/22...told me they lodge another complaint...and issue will be resolved by 23/5/22...

                        24/5/22...they told me wait for 25/5/22

                        26/5/22...they lodge another complaint...and waiting time is 30/5/22

                        What is this ???

                        My money...stuck in Flipkart...beyond there refund deadline (7-8 business days)...

                        And no one can solve this issue ...
                        I felt harassed...

                          I ordered pair of 7.5kg dumbbells from Flipkart and Order ID is - OD[protected]. But I got a single dumbbell instead of a pair..immediately I spoke to customer care and I was suggested to request for return and accordingly I did the same..but the good for nothing people never call for the pickup and after a certain period of time they reject the return request.. the pickup request time is expired and now they rejected the request but I didn't get any calls for the pickup.. what's wrong with the bloody service ?? Is it my fault ??? now they are asking me to send my identity proof but I am not agree with this. I can't send my Adhar details to any online portal. 2nd time again I requested for return but am sure they will again reject it. Flipkart should improve the service quality ..kindly help me out with this. Thank you.

                          Again my return request has been cancelled by asking identity proof ..why should I give my personal details or identity proof ?? I got wrong product it's not my fault ..t's their fault only so why they are not willing to admit their fault ??? Y should I give adhar card details ??? I won't.

                                  I placed 2 orders for Seagate Ironwolf Drives 10TB vide invoice numbers FAJIY[protected] and FAJIY[protected] (Order ids : OD[protected] and OD[protected].) on 28th May 2022 woth Rs 25, 666/- each.

                                  On 7th June 2022, I received only one drive in the package however the package contained invoices for both the orders. Also both the orders were marked as delivered.

                                  I opened the package in the presence of the delivery person for flipkart's verification.

                                  On 7th June 2022: I placed a call to them regarding the order and they said to call back after 24 hours as the product delivery status was not updated in their system.

                                  Later on 7th June 2022: I also sent an email to the grievance officer detailing the order problem to keep a correspondence trail.

                                  On 8th June 2022: I get a call from the grievance officer asking for the details of the issue.

                                  On 8th June 2022: I get an email from the Flipkart Escalations team telling me they have escalated the issue to the courier service providers and will get back with an update within 48 hours.

                                  (I waited until 10th June 2022) but received no reply.

                                  So on the 10th of June 2022 evening, I placed another call to customer care. They initiated a refund for the order. However, the refund was cancelled within 2 hours.

                                  I placed a call again on the 10th of June 2022 after my refund was cancelled but was asked by the support executive to place another refund request call after 24 hours.

                                  I am stuck in limbo as they keep delaying the issue without providing a resolution.

                                  So is it advisable to send them a legal notice now and file a case in the district consumer forum after 15 days?

                                      I ordered a orange peel powder( and paid online day before delivery and money got debited from my bank account.Next day i delivery boy asked to pay money for that order and said payment is unsuccessful.So i tried to chat regarding issue no chart support and when I called to customer care number, they told it is a technical problem and money didn't credited in their bank account and asked me to pay to delivery boy or told me to wait till money got debited in their account and once money got debited, they will reschedule the delivery date, when I'm asked how many days it will take, they keep me in a hold, i waited more than 7minutes but no response, worst customer service and didn't get solution for my problem and didn't say when my product get delivered and issue resolved
