I had recently purchased a realme dizo watch two from Flipkart. On ordering they showed a 7 days free returns. On opening the box the watch was defective and was not able to charge.
When i checked Flipkart return option was not available, further contacted Flipkart customer care, irresponsibly they said it's covered by brand and not us, they hung the call.contscted brand they refused returns and asked to visit a nearby service centre for replacement and gave a contact adress, however no service centre was available on that adress. if Flipkart is selling a product they should be responsible for the after sales part too.i lost so much money traveling and purchasing this stupid watch.i wanna file a case against Flipkart and realme too. please help me to get the refund or atleast the replacement
