Refer to my PNR no JRDL8X, booked for my aged Mother and Father who are going back to kolkata for some medical urgencies.

My Booking number is[protected] and i have booked my ticket on 12 April 2022.

While trying to check in the below message was appearing:
CHECK IN IS NOT AVAILABLE IN THIS BOOKING

Immediately I contacted Flipkart and they informed ticket is showing confirmed and no one has cancelled from their end and they instructed me to contact Indigo.
After this I contacted indigo and they informed me that the ticket was cancelled by the agent and instructed me to contact Flipkart only,
Post this I again contacted flipkart and they reconfirmed that the tickets are not cancelled from their end and i can travel in the same PNR only.

Now after putting an email to both flipkart and indigo, Indigo replied that ticket was cancelled by agent only.

Till date i am not intimated by flipkart on Cancellation/ Refund. Even now they are saying that booking is active.

Now i am forced to book my ticket at a higher price and send my parents. i need full refund and the differential amount also.

      Hi Team,

      I have placed my order on 24th June 2022 for Oppo Reno 7 5g with order id OD[protected] from my Prime Membership. I got an email that I'll received this order on 26th June 2022. Then there was some issue from flipkart side, they have delayed my order which I was supposed to get on 28th June 2022. All of sudden I got call from Ekart on 27th June, 2022 at 7.30 to receive my order. The standard time to deliver the product is 9 to 6 or max to max 7.

      On that day that guy told me that he will come on 28th June, 2022 again to give my order. Bt on 28th I have not received any call, message or email from Ekart. Against of which I have tried to get in touch with Customer care & they are such a ridiculous people, some of them were puting my call on hold or mute after 18-20 min they were disconnecting my call. I have tried to call them 10-12 times, even the system of Flipkart is so outdated that I was not getting any call but I was reciving message that "we have tried to call you".

      Dont you have normal sense, how to handle your customer. Are they free ? They dnt have any work? Or what your expecting that they shuld call you again & again.

      Yesterday, I had a discussion with your senior executive Ms. shalini, who confidently told me that You will receive call from higher management within 1 hour & yet I haven't recd any call or message. So you time is not going on or you watch has stop working? She told me that she has raised compliant for me, but today I got to know it wasn't complaint it was just a note. Now I have raised complaint as well.

      Every online platform have the number of ekart or their delivery service provider, it is just a spam of time where u can find out where is your product, who will going to deliver you product. You have built such a useless system which is not even informing you your own internal things or contact details?

      If your not delivering my product on time, atleast provide us a contact number or address of the hub where we can directly go & can pick the order.

      I think so, this is the scam which is flipkart doing, we have order the product with various offer & now it is not favorable for you to deliver the product with that offer. So you will try to deliver the product for 3 three (as per timing which is not favorable to us) nd then you will cancel the product. In such a way you will not suffer fro the losses.

      I need a call from you manager within 2 hours or else I want my product today itself before 6. I think you treating you prime members as a normal member only. So why should we spent amount to take your membership?

      Such a worst service, I have see on online platform.

          I had raised a complaint yesterday. Someone called me and informed they have system issue and that they’ll call me back in 15 minutes and nobody did. Terrible service. First they don’t issue the refund for a month and now this is how they behave. This is not acceptable.

              Return pickup is not done and they are posting false information that I want to keep the product. They dont even called me for any information. I want them to be punished for their false information. Its been more than 1 month I am following up with them. I have all the evidences with me. I want to file case of 10 lakh for all the effort and time I wasted.

                Sir, I bought a mobile phone model "Realme 9 5g SE" on flipkart site,
                which i ordered on 15th june 2022, which they delivered to me was on 17th june 2022 on afternoon sir, i used the phone and faced some issues like heating issues, and mobile hotspot issues, display randomly low brightness during playing games, and random issues, in within the day, then i addresed the compliant
                the issue regarding to the flipkart help page, they told me some instructions and resetting my phone, and use it for one day, i did like they told, and used the phone for 1 day, same problem happened again, so i did the replacement request option on 19th june 2022, in which they told a tech visit will happen and rectify, on 24th june 2022 tech visit came to my house, and i told my issues which i was facing, and showed the issues i am facing via screenshots, which he accepted, and told me, first rules is that they just will reset my phone and told me use as it, then i asked they didnt check anything on regarding mobile heating issues, they told only first rules and instructions they got form their side is they only do mobile resetting option on first visit, use the phone as it, if the same problem arise he told me complaint again on flipkart, after you have again request a replacement option in flipkart site, and i believed him, and the tech visit person left after taking some photos of the phones, and i used the phone after giving it rest for 1 hour, did, and the same problem arised again, so i again requested the replacement option on june 24th in which tech visit came again on 28th june, same person came his name is kannan.r, i told him same issue i am facing, in which he accepted, and took some photos of the phone installed some apps and told me again do ask a refund or replacement option by via flipkart customer care number, so i trusted his words and phoned them regarding this issue, in which customer care told because replacement warrenty is over and cant do anything, and told me take phone to brand authorized service center, and tech person informed & reported to flipkart that there was no issue was on the phone,

                sir, i am telling the issue from day 1 which they had give me defective phone, in which they didnt solve anything in the given time, and now there are telling me replacement warrenty is over, whose fault is that when i bought a new phone in which i cant use it in full performance.
                the issue i bought i gaming device, which i intend to use it play the game to its perfomance, but i cant even play the game for more than 20 minutes, then whats the purpose of purchasing a gaming phone?
                because this is a new phone i dont want to use brand service centre, if it problem has after two or three weeks, i would used it, but i complaint from day 1,

                so kindly solve my problem sir, either via replacement option or if possible refund option, thank you

                  I was supposed to get my order(Order ID - OD[protected] delivered by 27june2022 but it did not happen I made numerous calls to the customer service as well as to ekart but none of them responded to my query many of them cut off my call in between.i missed my train and I am on my unplanned leave just because of this issue, if I didn't get my product with fair compensation I am going file a complaint in the consumer forum

                    Order Red Chief shoes on 10th June as the delivery date was the next day. Got a call from Flipkart customer care after 4days informing the order would be delayed. Recieved similar call once every week without information as to cause of the delay and expected resolution date. Suddenly yesterday the order was cancelled without any information. This 6 the order which was cancelled in past 2 weeks without may information. I want to know the reason for this from Flipkart. And wasn't proper information shared and reason for these issues

                          I have purchased Poco F4 from flipkart on 27 June 2022, Order ID - OD[protected]. After exchanging an old device another discount of Rs 3000 was displaying for sbi credit card + Rs 1000 for making online card transaction at the time of checking out. I have made the payment through card but payment got deducted without the above mentioned discounts of Rs 4000. Please provide the promised discount ASAP and stop cheating customers in such a bad way. It was the last purchase from my side on flipkart

                              I am Yamuna Potukuchi I got stucked in a fraud of fake website i. E flipkart lite explore plus. While i m using my phone i got one pop up and and i clicked on that website. Where is shows some offers like redmi note pro mobile which costs 19000 in market but their offer says the price of redmi note 7 pro for rs.859

                              I thought this is an amazing offer i will never get chance like this and i got excited and paid the amount of their requirement without reading the terms and conditions and after payment. They didn't. Provided any kind of reciept or order history.
                              Sir now i apologies my fault please help me regarding this.

                                I have ordered an Trolly bag from flipcart and Paid the billed amount while my order. It was saying that my product will reach me by 20th May 2022, same day I got a sms with the delivery person number. Since I'm a flying crew I wont be able to collect the product incase they deliver by 21, so on 20th around 21 00hrs I made a call to that delivery person and informed the same thing that i[censored] could deliver my product today itself, I wont be able to collect it and inform him that he can deliver the product if it's late night also; he replayed me that it will be delivered in 1 hr . But what happened that after 1 hr I got a delivered message message, and the product yet to be delivered, immediately I called the same person number but he did not attend the call.as soon as this happened I raised a complaint on flipcart and I got a replay saying that it will be sorted out by on or before 25, they extended their date 27 and didn't happend till now.
                                Since it was very important to get that product, I lost my money and precious 9 days behind this .The delivery guy contact number was[protected] some Muralidhararan K, I tryed to contact him all these days but I failed because I didn't had the flipkart 3 digit pin, even I tried to cotact keelkattalai delivery hud I failed. I request you to see the google review about the same hub by your precious customers, and feel sad because you haven't take any action about the delivery partner
                                So kindly do the needful to sort this issue and take necessary action against the delivery partner as well as the flipcart people who haven't responded yet, .I have all the records along with call recording for your reference if needed
                                And most important, I'm waiting to get a call from your concerned team, and that not happened till now, I wish I get a call immediately after raising this issue to you

                                  It seems a general problem on the Flipkart account users, therefore please find a concrete solution so that every time the customer need not file a complaint.
                                  The issue is when I tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as I lost that number. This is making me unable to change the mobile number in my flipkart account. I tried contacting customer care but the issue is not resolved.
                                  Please resolve the issue by updating my new phone number in my account.

                                        When orderd the product it showed expected delivery date is June 28 and i waited on june 28 till 6:30. i tried reaching customer service they said i will get it by june 28 before 7 PM.
                                        After 6:30 i checked in app the statues got changed and expected delivery date is changed to June 30.
                                        I spoke to customer care they said they cant help in this matter and not answering my query.
                                        I can see in app tracking that product reached hyderabd at 11:00 am nearly on june 28. even a local courier service can deliver by day.
                                        Ho pathetic this service is.
                                        MY concern is without giving reason and not infomrning me how come delivery date is changed.
