Hello my name is aarohi and i am regular customer of filpkart .
I am shopping from two years regularly average 10 to 15 orders par month from Flipkart .
I ordered fur jaden ear buds worth 1599 from Flipkart .
I got defective piece as battery case battery drained very rapidly and earbuds touch was not working properly as can't receive phone call by single touch etc.
Then placed replacement and i got it but in replacement also same issue happened .
I have video evidence of both times .
Then i placed return and got passed on 19may and 21 may was my return pickup date .
Then game started how filpkart delievery partners make fools and shows disrespect towards customers.
No one came to me no one called me then i talked to filpkart customer service they told me to wait till 25 may and then told to wait till 26 may.
Then on 25 may yesterday i received a mess from Flipkart at 10:28pm that pickup will be done before 9pm oh oh oh then after 10 min a mess came, attempt to pickup was unsuccessful will try Tomorrow.
I talked to customer care about that they told me that it is logistics update issue don't worry tomorrow pickup will be done.
I got a mess today on 25 may 2022 from Flipkart about pickup with a code .
I call on mess no with code my call connected to delivery partner at around 9:40 in morning .
I asked about pickup of my return very humbly, he told will call when will come.
Ok ok
Then i called him at around 6:18 he directly told me don't call me 100 times and abused me, when I request by saying sir my return pickup is due from 21st, it's going to be night soon, still he was abusing and saying don't call me this that, then i told him it's my right to call you and I am calling only second time, he cutted my call from then i am still waiting .
This shows how Flipkart delivery person behave and believe me this is india customer is third class citizen used to be same as in British era .

Complaint marked as Resolved Flipkart understand situation got my refund and pickup happened today .
Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
