      I bought a Boat Bassheads 242 wired headset ORDER ID: OD[protected] from Flipkart. When I receive the package, I found nothing inside except some papers. Although the package was sealed indicating no fault of delivery person. I requested Flipkart for refund of ₹532 for missing product, but they cancel my return request twice. I am in trouble, because my my ₹532 is wasted. I am a plus member of Flipkart. Please help me in getting my refund as the return policy is going to end by 1st June 2022.

        I have created flipkart account few years back with a mobile number 5 months ago i lost my mobile phone and the number.

        The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as i lost the number and i dont have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.
        Please do suggest me to update my new mobile number to my flipkart account.

              I had recently purchased a realme dizo watch two from Flipkart. On ordering they showed a 7 days free returns. On opening the box the watch was defective and was not able to charge.
              When i checked Flipkart return option was not available, further contacted Flipkart customer care, irresponsibly they said it's covered by brand and not us, they hung the call.contscted brand they refused returns and asked to visit a nearby service centre for replacement and gave a contact adress, however no service centre was available on that adress. if Flipkart is selling a product they should be responsible for the after sales part too.i lost so much money traveling and purchasing this stupid watch.i wanna file a case against Flipkart and realme too. please help me to get the refund or atleast the replacement

                Date 21 may 12:44 pm I got call from flipkart number was [protected] during call he changed my registered number which was [protected] and updated [protected] without knowing me he used my pay later money and purchased rs 9999 mobile through quick delivery I received order related information on my email id many others flipkart customers complained about his number but carelessness of flipkart he is targeting flipkart customers

                  The Kurtis shown in the picture are totally different and in torn condition as if somebody has thrown them and another one has packed and delivered it to us . The quality is so pathetic which is a matter of great concern.

                    Purchased new Xiaomi Poco X3 from Flipkart on 19 Dec 2020 - Rs. 17, 749/-
                    Also purchased extended warranty along with the phone on same date - Rs. 99/- .
                    Phone stopped working 15 days back - around 15th May 2022.
                    Contacted Flipkart contact centre multiple times but they refused to honor the extended warranty service purchased.
                    My request is to pickup the phone for repair, replacement or refund of the phone amount.
                    Have attached supporting bills for the same.
                    Need urgent response for the issue.
                    Work is getting hampered because of phone not being available.

                        I had ordered an AC worth ₹35, 990 from Flipkart on 1st May 2022. The order was cancelled by the seller on 10th May 2022. As per Flipkart, i was supposed to get refund within 4 business days. However, i haven't got any refund yet, as on 28th May 2022.

                          I purchased Red Chief leather shoes in Day 1 of Flipkart sale at discount, but my order was cancelled by Flipkart without any intimation.

                          When I tried to ask the reason, I was told different reasons by various call executives. And everyone was asking to place a new order. Same product was available at higher price after I bought.

                          I never got answer on why my order was cancelled without asking/telling me. Seems that offer pricing was to fool only and hence it was cancelled by them. If there was any genuine issue with product, why it continued to be on sale with higher price?

                          I repeatedly asked them to ship the product or pay the differentiate amount but they were not willing to listen either. They didn't had any proper reason for cancellation either and ran away.

                          I got refund but I want product not refund. I was never told/asked before cancellation. Even support was not willing to drop email of what they told me.

                          My resolution is still the same. Either re-ship the product (and give the payment link) or give me the differential amount for the purchase of same shoe.

                          You can see that Flipkart support is openly fooling. They have clarified nothing and claiming that they clarified everything. When repeatedly asked for link, they didn't even replied. https://twitter.com/ankitspeaks/status/[protected]

                            I used flipkart paylater service for some 2 years and then requested the customer support to close my account in February of 2022 for which they have agreed and closed too. All those 2 years when I was using flipkart pay later, there wasn’t any delayed or defaulted payment from my side. And even while closing the paylater account, flipkart did not mention any such to me. But when I checked the Cibil report, I see that I have an outstanding payment of around 1200 and the status for IDFC first bank loan says wilful default. Surprisingly detailed report shows that I have defaulted payment for 10 consecutive months. Because of this my cibil score has dropped drastically to the extent that I was denied of a car loan because of this. I requested flipkart multiple times to look into this matter but no use. Request flipkart and IDFC first bank to look into this.

                                I had recently ordered Mivi collar band which when received was missing from the package instead a soap was found. And when I placed a refund request on Flipkart it got delayed twice and today my account is being blocked. This is a total case of fraud from Flipkart which is very shameful.

                                    Hi,

                                    The product I ordered on May 8, 2022 and it's prepaid, and was "out for delivery" on May 14, 2022. I called the delivery partner several times but he kept on declining the call on May 14, 2022. Neither he picked up not called me back ever since since then. Because of weekends the product status stays "out for delivery". The next working day(Monday), the product shows delivered. Immediately, I called the delivery partner many times but no response and therefore, raised the same concern with Flipkart mentioning everything. Since May 16th, 2022 I was asked to wait 24-48hrs again and again by Flipkart support team.
                                    Flipkart support team mentioned that the backend team will call me and provide the resolution with the product or by processing the refund by May 20th, 2022.

                                    So far, neither I have received the product nor any update on refund even after raising the same concern again and again.

                                    It was not about the 166rs product, but whatif the product's price was much more than that.

                                    Without the PIN and OTP, how was the order got delivered.

                                    Issue ID shared by Flipkart support team : IN[protected].

                                    This is totally unexpected, unethical and unacceptable behaviour from Flipkart.

                                      I ordered something from flipkart. I live in village and the delivery boy said that he will not provide door step delivery at my place.
                                      I complain against him but no action was taken.
                                      Flipkart promises that they provide home delivery but they are not.
                                      I decided that I will not order from flipkart any more.
