I had placed orders of hp gaming laptop and other total worth of Rs. 54999/- for my studies. I had successfully placed order my mobile app and accordingly order id were generated by your system, details of the same is mentioned below:

While placing the aforesaid orders I was fully assured by the return policies mentioned on the website and mobile app of you the addressee No. 1, I was also fully assured that in case of any problem arises regarding, quality, size, same shall be returned, replaced as the case may be if return request is made within 7 days of delivery of the product and trusted on the goodwill and brand value of 'Flipkart' in online shopping. The orders placed by me were delivered to me on 20th April, 2022.That order was defective hence a replacement was done and completed on 18th may. On receiving replacement unit on 18the may Since I was having manufacturing defect issues with product I had a return request on 18the may 2022 which was accepted, and my client received a system generated message stating the pick-up date of maximum upto 2nd June, 2022.

On 2nd October, 2022, I was shocked to see you have rejected the pickup of my order .On 9 June I was shocked to find my return request was cancelled by flipkart.On 10th June it was updated with new maximum pickup date of 13the June.On June 13th I was shocked to find no pickup has been arranged by flipkart.After repeated calls and follow ups no resolution was provided to me.No pickup and refund is being provided to me.

5. I had made rigorous efforts and follow-ups to your customer care representatives, but no response was received from them. Considering the gravity situation, I also tried to made several tweets through his Twitter handle to lodged a complaint to your Twitter handle and requested to expedite the refund proceedings. Which was duly acknowledged by your twitter handle i.c. @flipkartsupport however no effort was taken to resolve the issue.

I had been constantly following up your customer support on phone and email and tweets but instead of resolving the issue your customer support has been giving false promises and delaying the matter to avoid the pick-up of the product. You dishonestly induced me to shop on your website my making several false representations and assurance knowing fully well that you won't able to fulfil these commitments.

7. I had suffered great mental trauma and agony in around past one month and still has not got any assurance regarding the pick-up of the product and refund of his hard-earned money. The aforesaid facts clearly show that you the addressee you are not keen on resolving the issue and this seems to be your modus operandi to fleece and cheat the clients by giving false assurances. The response of your customer care representatives also shows that they are backed the higher authorities for not resolving the issues of mine.You are deliberately not collecting the sub-Standard defective goods delivered to me, thereby causing wrongful loss to me.

    Another day went by and still nothing. No reply/callback from Flipkart.

    Order still not delivered. Grievance has been opened in National Consumer portal. Please find attached the number.

    I will not let this go easily this time. A customer can't be ignored and Flipkart should take complete ownership for this as it was a Flipkart assured delivery.

    Your customer care mail/social media no one has replied.

    This is my last order with you. This was supposed to be a gift for someone and i could have bought from somewhere else but Flipkart assures delivery was one of the reasons i placed the order.

      Kindly refer to the above;
      I have sold back my phone to Flipkart on their Sell-Back policy on 11.06.2022. They have took the phone on 13.06.2022 but till now they have not send me the sellback voucher which is of 4450.

      The company sends a box with just a card but no voucher to be redeemed.

      Upon complaining them they claims that they have delivered the voucher.

      I have complained them several times but there has been no resolution from the company's side. Their helpline are not cooperating with me and delaying the matter day after day so i had to complain it here finally.

      Looking forward for a resolution as soon as possible and a compensation for my time loss and harassment.

        Respected Sir,
        I have made two payments from Flipkart for my orders.
        As i cancelled the orders, i got my refund for the orders in two parts as i paid seperately 50 rupees and 175 rupees. And i will share the reference number for both refund I'd.
        I have got refund from the flipkart but it has not yet reflected into my bank account.
        Kindly make the refund reflect in my account as soon as possible.

          Recently I ordered boat headset I was about to replace that since it was faulty and when I was about to do that my account got blocked stating high number of returns, I was shocked, in the month of March I kept getting messages that I had returned three products of mine which was with me and I didn't click on return itself and next day I get a message that money had been sent to the bank account which was not mine, I immediately called customer service on March 13 stating the incident and I was told to reset password immediately but the refund had already gone to the account ending with some other which was not mine, and recently when I genuinely had a reason for replacement my account has been blocked I tried to talk to customer service one person named Shalini was so rude she kept accusing me and stating iam uneducated, never seen such a customer service person being appointed

            Mne 8 April ko Flipkart se mobile buy Kiya tha tab mujhe offer mile the ... But uss ko m technical issue ke karan use nhi kar paa rha tha ... Then mne Flipkart coustomer care per complaint rasie Kari... Tab unn ki back and team ne muj ko uss offer ke badle gift card diya ... Or bola 24-48 hours me add ho jye gye but ye abhi tak add nhi hua

            Phele gift card 20 may ko diya 6999 ka
            Second gift card 23 may ko diya 6400 ka

            But vo abhi tak abb nhi hua h

            And abb bolta hu ki gift card abb nhi hua h to kuch bhi message nhi karte naa call karte h ... Direct solve kardete h ... M last 2 months se pereshan hu

                    Dear sir, I have order a refurbished iphone 8 in like new conditions.
                    At purchasing time they stated that product will be like new unused and accessories will be genuine.
                    But when I received the phone it is packed in dublicate box, accessories are dublicate and phone is fully used and it's battery drains faster. Only 2 hours battery backup.

                            Flipkart collected the demanded money and even after that they have locked Phone IMEI .Despite confirming payment of RS8100/- due to technical issues in the system it was not updated and asked me to contact your own sales dept. for a remedy. I do not understand this. If any technical issues is there its not my headache. Its your problem. Because of your inefficiency I am put into difficulties. I have already lodged a complaint with PMOs office as well as cybercrime cell, Kerala Police regading this issue.

                                I have a Flipkart account with a mobile number that was lost a few months ago.

                                I want to update my new mobile number, but the OTPs are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number OTP and account password but the OTP of the old number cannot be entered as I don't have the old number due to which I am unable to change the mobile number.
                                Please help me get in contact with the Flipkart helpdesk.

                                  Had requested a return of nike shoes on 14-Jun-2022 which got del on the same day, due to size fit issues.
                                  The pick up guy came the next day and denied to pick up the product due to price tag missing for the product. I called flipkart customer care and informed about this issue. He told me to cancel the return request and place a new return request.
                                  I did exactly the same but the now they are denying the fact that price tag was missing in delivered product. I again contacted the customer care and asked them to raise a complaint for this issue. Today i got a call from flipkart team informing that my product cannot be returned since price tag is a mandatory condition for return/exchange. I informed them that price tag was missing in the originally packed product so i cannot provide them the price tag but they are totally denying that price tag could be misssing in the product they delivered. Moreover, i was suggested by the flipkart team that i should have taken a video while opening the shoe packet which i could show them as evidence. Tell me, who does video shooting while opening the online shopped item. Atleast i have never done this before but going froward it seems to be the only option while shopping on flipkart. They are forcing me to believe that the price tag was present in the originally delivered order and are totally denying the exchange. I cannot compromise on the order since i have paid rs 2913/- for the shoe, and to me this amount does matter. I am really frustated with this incident and want to get this resolved earliest. I want to take legal action this incident

                                      Purchased beardo trimmer from flipkart and it stopped working. I called to customer care, however they are not giving proper resolution. They are just passing the ball to each other. Its been 15 days that i did not get any resolution. I sent multiple emails as well to flipkart team regarding this consern. They replied. That I have to travel 25 km to get service and in that email they provided wrong contact information.

                                      I am very freadup with flipkart and Beardo. No one is able to help me on this.

                                        I have ordered an Wall Clock from Flipkart which was supposed to be delivered by 14th June 2022. It was not delivered and later moved the date to 16th June 2022. Even that date also not met. Again when I called Customer Care they are saying to wait till 21st June 2022.

                                        This kind of harassment is not acceptable from FlipKart. Neither they are cancelling the order nor they are delivering.
