I ordered Samsung side by side refrigerator from flipkart on 10th of may, and it was delivered on 11th May evening.
Flipkart scheduled our demo on 13th of may, but we never received any call from the demo agent.
I called flipkart support many times of 13th but they never provided me with any details related to the demo even though they advertise it on their website as they provide agent number and their location. Finally one of the agent provided me with this toll free number[protected] and told me that they can help. But after calling this number, I was informed that they don't do demos, so I was provided with wrong information.
From 14th, my demo was showing as canceled on Flipkart, and when I asked them for the reason they told me it was due to some technical issues, and they will fix that by 18th of may.
After many escalations, demo agent visited my home on 14th evening and after switching the refrigerator on, observed excessive noice coming from the back, so he called someone and they both concluded that the refrigerator is faulty and I should get it replaced.
As this refrigerator is on 10 days replacement, I called flipkart, and they told me that due to technical issues they are not able to replace my product.
They gave me 24 hrs timeline for the fix but even on 16th the status is the same.
Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
