Hello,
Rahul Sharma this side, I have flipkart account registered email id [protected]@gmail.com and registered phone number [protected]. From today morning without any prior information and reason my account showing block .

I called flipkart executives at lest 20-25 times, but your executives still unable to resolve this issue.

See, this is fairly your lose that your customers unable to login and place any order. I need to purchase something on urgent basis but your services worst.
I pulled this incident on social media platform as well. I just disappointed with your executives response that they are helpless to do anything.

Hope anyone from your side resolve my issue soon .

      Defective Bosch dishwasher delivered by Flipkart. No refund or replacement yet, it's been more than half a month. No proper response from Bosch or Flipkart. Highly disappoined with Flipkart and Bosch. I would request to process my refund and take the defective product. Kindly process my request ASAP

              My account was accessed by someone not known to me and placed orders via Pay Later option. I had informed Flipkart customer care with in an hours time and shared all details available with me. The order was placed via Flipkart and the pay later option was used by them. It started with cancellation of an order which was delivered to me. I have not cancelled the order and I was asked for the time to pickup. the call came from [protected]. This was Flipkart logistics number which was an associate of Flipkart. I told I have not cancelled and for cancelling the request an OTP was shared and I shared the same. Later they used my account to order few products. I have informed Flipkart within an hour
              and they are now asking me to raise a complaint with Cyber Cell to assist
              further. I have informed IDFC the wallet partner on the same.

                I have ordered tommy watch order id OD[protected] on 2nd may and received the product on 6th may and when i opened the flipkart box i saw the box was very very old but that's ok when i open the tommy box i found a local unbranded similar watch inside and immediately, i have raised return request with a reason, and return pickup was also accepted but delivery person denied the pickup for reason product mismatch.
                for which i am talking to CS team from last few days and i am not getting any proper response.
                they confirm on phone like it will be resolved in 24 hours and after that again they say the same reason.

                  Dear management,
                  I purchased the product for order I'd is OD[protected]. This product is having size issue. At the next day I request replace the product with different size. The replacement order I'd no is OD[protected]. Delivery date is 7th May. Product is at Gandhinagar hub as per order status. Delivery boy is reached the address but he is says lost my product from his end. Still I didn't get delivery of my replacement order. Please take strict action against delivery boy or ekart logistics. Because the delivery boy is responsible for lost replacement order. Please check this issue and solve asap. Very bad services Flipkart order delivery.

                    I solved this issue myself. Because i can't wait till the date of ending my Buyback guarantee. I choose different phone. Flipkart doing nothing for resolve this.

                                      As I contacted the customer care but they giving negligence response as they have mentioned in the website that when I have placed order it is the guarantee delivery and 11th May before 11:50 p.m. but they have not even consider this and they have delete my order

                                        I purchased a levis shirt from
                                        flipkart and the return request was placed the very next day. The shirt costed me
                                        around 1600. I didn’t like the shirt quality and size and for that i wanted to return it. But the flipkart team is not ready to pick my order. They are giving one or the other excuses to not
                                        accept it. I have placed a thousand calls and they are just extending the date. Please ban flipkart as it is purposely trying to fool people.
