I had ordered a supplement namely BCAA XTEND SCIVATION from Flipkart on 3rd may. I had recieved the product on 6th of may.But the product I recieved was not the same( different flavoured) and recieved product is also fake(duplicate) as suggested by the supplement expert.when I got to know that the product is fake, immediately I had opened by flipkart account and raised a return and replacement for this product.But after somedays the replacement itself got cancelled and i called the flipkart customer executive, he again raised a return and replacement for this product but the raised return again got cancelled itself.Then, again i called the customer executive, he told me that give us time( deadline date 19th may) we will sort your issue and call you back. But till now they didn’t called me .After this, i called them again, they said that the replacement and return policy is only for 10 days, we cant do any thing…
Its my humble request that i am a student and i cant afford this loss..please do something in this regard..
