Hi,
I ordered on 8th may delivery date was 14th may then again they gave new date 16th still they are unable to deliver what the hell is going on with flipkart delivery

        Flipkart sells fake product in their e-commerce site. Ord- OD[protected] HP smart Tank 515) however i have received HP smart Tank 510 model where its printed as 515 model on the top. Submitted for return request to them and Flipkart is asking personal identity to disclose to third party for verification. I am concerned on this policy to disclose the personal information to others. Need your special attention to take appropriate action against Flipkart

            Sir customer ne [protected] se LG ka split Ac order 1.5.22 ko kiya tha jiski delivery 3.5.22ko hui after 48hours jo ki late h 6.5.22ko install hua lekin product main technical error ki wajeh se same dt ko he replace ki request ki gyi. 6.5.22 ko complaint karne ke baad bhi 16.5.22 tak product na tho replace hua na he new product install hua. In date ke beech customer ne baar baar helpline Or complaint kar ke iski information flipkart ko di lekin 16.5.22tak new AC install nhi hua... Flipkart ki is service se customer bahut he disappoint h kiyoki iski information time to time customer ne flipkart help line ko batai fir bhi flipkart ki taraf se koi jaldi action nhi liya gya..

              Ordered crocs on 8th may from flipkart.
              Order ID is OD[protected]. They said you will get your product on 14th may..I have called them many times and now they are saying your order is cacelled. I dont know why they cancelled my order..Further, I ordered this product in a discount 1573/- rs but Now the product prize is 2490 rs. So i request them many times to give me that product in discounted prize because you cancelled the order without even asking me...So my concern is I want that product in discounted prize 1573. Because they cancelled the order without taking my opinion. Now they are saying it is not possible now to give this product in discounted prize.

                  And the delivery date show in flipkart is may 8th 2022 and but still the product not delivered to me but on may 9th message came that your product has delivered by bharatesh and make a complaint to flipkart but still product also not delivered and my amount also not refunded and i made more than 10 complaints but still flipkart is not responding on the issue. You've sent us a message
                  The delivery executive bharatesh has stolen my headphones and updated as the product delivered to me.previously I Dont know whether the same or some other person behaved very rudely to my mother and shouted. Every time while I complaining about the issue they not responded properly and telling that your issue will resolved in 72 hours but it's already 6 days has gone still issue not resolved. They closed many complaints stating that your issue resolved and your product has delivered but still I haven't received my product kindly help me to get my money refund

                    I ordered Samsung side by side refrigerator from flipkart on 10th of may, and it was delivered on 11th May evening.
                    Flipkart scheduled our demo on 13th of may, but we never received any call from the demo agent.
                    I called flipkart support many times of 13th but they never provided me with any details related to the demo even though they advertise it on their website as they provide agent number and their location. Finally one of the agent provided me with this toll free number[protected] and told me that they can help. But after calling this number, I was informed that they don't do demos, so I was provided with wrong information.
                    From 14th, my demo was showing as canceled on Flipkart, and when I asked them for the reason they told me it was due to some technical issues, and they will fix that by 18th of may.
                    After many escalations, demo agent visited my home on 14th evening and after switching the refrigerator on, observed excessive noice coming from the back, so he called someone and they both concluded that the refrigerator is faulty and I should get it replaced.
                    As this refrigerator is on 10 days replacement, I called flipkart, and they told me that due to technical issues they are not able to replace my product.
                    They gave me 24 hrs timeline for the fix but even on 16th the status is the same.

                      I am a Flipkart plus member for about 3years and I have deactivated my old phone number and someone else got that number from the company. Now these days I am seeing that person is using my account modifying my wishlist and even ordering on his address.
                      I tried to get in touch with the team but the call request was going on the old phone number.
                      I tried updating the no. as well but 2 OTP is required for that. Kindly help I am suffering for the past 1 year.

                        Amount -23, 318it was ordered on Friday 18 th March 2022 and it has to be delivered by 8 April Friday 2022 but till now it is not dilvered as it was purchased by credit card on EMI already my EMI has been converted and one month due is pending and the bank charges are applied on it it's been one month completed and still product is missing .
                        So just cancel the product and refund back my money with bank charges applied on it as soon as possible

                                I ordered Smart LED TV from Flipkart on 08 May 22 of Rs 13999/-. The TV was delivered to me on 11 May 2022. When i unpacked it, it was found that TV looked like used before, the body was damaged and accessories like wall mount was also not in the, paking. I placed return/replacement order immediately which was under the Flipkart return policy. On 14 May 22, technician from Flipkart visited my house and found the TV in same condition explained as above and he also placed return/replacement request. But, today on 15th May 22, i received an SMS that dealer is unable to fulfill your return request. My return order has been rejected my the Flipkart . I'm no where in mistake please help me to recover my amount or Replace the said TV.

                                    I ordered DSLR canon 1500 D but inside the package item is not there, instead of dslr detergent soap is there.
                                    Its fraud from Flipkart.
                                    I have unboxing video of this where it is clearly show there is no dslr camera inside the package.
                                    I already applied two times for refund but both the time Flipkart rejected my refund request can you tell me why are giving too much tension to your customer.
                                    I am in too much tension because rs 32000 is a huge amount. So kindly resolve this as soon as possible and refund my money.

I have tried to return the earphone for twice but they rejected the return, they have violated the policy of return. After started using that earphone is not working, I am trying to return again they are not giving option and customer support also refusing that and ignoring the complaint.
