Hi I have ordered iPhone 12 on 3rd May which was supposed to be delivered at 4th but its been 2 days and its showing the same status which shipped in order tracking. Have called the customer care 20 times till now not one solution or information on this problem except asking to wait everyday with assurance that it will be delivered the next day. I am middle class guy and have saved this money from my blood and sweat and I am very concerned about my money and product this whole buying process from Flipkart has taken a toll on my mental health now ... And I feel very frustrated. I have seen other complaints saying that there orders were delayed like this until the person gives up and just cancels the order, hope that does not happen to me and my phone will be delivered

Edit: it has been 7 days order is still stuck at same status, resolution date was 10th may but they call me and tell me they wont be able to deliver it on 10th and to wait for 3 more days. I have documented everything will post all of this on social media flipkart has crossed its limit by running these kind of scams

Update 2: its been 9 days and the order tracking is at same status it was on 4th May, today customer care tells me resolution to place a fresh order which was the worst solution since the buying price of the product is a lot higher now.This has been the worst online shopping experience for me

Update 3: its been 13 days, they said 16th will be the last resolution date, still no solution only customer care telling me order will be delivered within 24 hours

    No option to download invoice for my order

    I had purchased an earbuds on October 2021, and I have face a issue with it. The product is under warranty and can be availed for a replacement from the manufacturers. The return policies of the manufactures requires the digital bill invoice of the product sent through email from Flipkart and does not take hard invoice. But I have received only the hard invoice with the product and having checked several times, no soft invoice has been sent...

      I have created flipkart account some years back with a mobile number few months ago i lost my mobile phone and the number and it was registered.

      The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as i lost the number and i dont have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.
      Please do suggest me to update my new mobile number to my flipkart account and please resolve the issue earliest.

        I have ordered realme buds wireless 2 headphones from Flipkart and cost of the headphones is 2300rs. After 2 days I received order from Flipkart and in my order package the box was proper but headphone was not proper. I received different model of the same brand. I received realme buds wireless 2 neo which is old model and there price is almost 1400 only right now on Flipkart. Then I requested for replacement but still I haven't received any proper updates from Flipkart. I tried so many times for replacement of the product but they always mailed me like your request is cancelled by 3rd party. And now my replacement days also expired. I need help to get my actual product or refund from Flipkart.

          I ordered a book called pharmaceutical chemistry on flipkart on 5th may 2022, at around 6:38 pm. but as the order was showing "not processed".. i ordered it again. and thus, the money got deducted twice.
          after a while i got a confirmation message that my order is accepted and will arrive soon.
          i would like a refund of my second time payment as it was all a mistake.

            I ordered for a Realme GT2 Pro mobile on 1st May 2022 and made the payment through Debit card. I cancelled my order on 3rd May 2022. I had paid a total amount of Rs. 40, 849/- on 01st May 2022 after availing various offers. The amount of Rs. 40, 849/- also included Rs.100/- towards pick up charges of old mobile. I received a SMS on 4th May that refund of Rs.100 for Flipkart order of Realme 2 was transferred on 03-May and will be credited in 24 hours. On verification of the orders on the Flipkart site, it is seen that an amount of Rs.40, 599/-( after deducting 150 being non-refundable amount) has also been credited into the bank account connected with the debit card through which the payment has been made and the remark that the refund has been completed is mentioned. On verification, it is seen that an amount of Rs.100/- only has been credited in my bank account. Till date, the amount of Rs.40, 599/- has not been credited in my bank account. Complaints have been registered on the Flipkart help line/ customer care too but nothing has been received as yet. I have also submitted to Flipkart the statement of the bank from the date of purchase till date to show that the amount has not been credited. In view of the above, I request that the matter of refund of the amount of Rs. 40, 599/- should be taken up with the seller/ Flipkart at the earliest.

              On 29th of april my mother misplaced a order from flipkart app. Then on 5th of may the product got deliverd, she was not at home so I recieved the product . So on 6th of may I tried to initiate for the refund of the product from the app, but in the app surprisingly there was no option for return, so I called on their customer service number but they told me there was no order have placed from this number . I am so disappionted, a big company like flipkart have scammed me . My order id : OD[protected]

                  Hi,
                  Whenever i tried to login in flipkart website/app, it showing "login blocked please contact customer support". So i have contacted customer support via twitter DM on April 13 2022. More than 3 members called and asked all details and said they will send an email address to my phone number where i have to send the snap of my issue to the mail. More than 2 week passed, i didn't received any email. Contacted again support via Twitter, now they saying your issue has been addressed. Not replying further. I'm still having the same issue.

                  Is this how Flipkart support works by not responding to customer?

                    Flipkart charged unauthorized amounts and non-applicable interests on a No interest EMI purchase since December 2021. (Ref: Attached screenshots). Don't how this happened? I would say it's a financial crime.

                      I ordered a jogger on flipkart and it was not fit as anyone who order clothes online would guess, so i had to place a return request and it got blocked, i do place a lot of order and they get cancelled many times but my account had 1000 rupees in gift card and it isnt a reason to block my account without a warning,

                          I have ordered. Killer loafer shoes for men but got slipper instead of shoes.. Till then i have arranged pickups 2times but the flipkart team and delivery boy kundan kumar making me fool every time saying that he didn't get email regarding the issue to take back the product... This the worst service provided by flipkart assistants and the delivery boy. U guys are playing with trust of peoples and creating a bad image o[censored]r own company and business.. If i didn't get my refund i will not suggest anyone to shop from this app in near future... Totally rubbish

                            I had paced a order of realme tv on 03/05/2022, but on 04/05/2022 the product was canceled without giving any reason. Again on 04/05/2022 I palced a 1+ tv but this one was also canceled without giving any reason. These types of sellers should be banned by flipkart.

                              I had ordered 1 weighing machine from flipkart and it came fully broken in small pieces. That product had a replacement policy soo I just did for return but when wishmaster came he said he can’t take the product as it is fully broken. He said when he’ll get the mail from flipkart then only he will take the product I did complaint and even after that I did 3 times return by myself and once by calling to flipkart care still after 4 times wishmaster didn’t took that product and neither I’m getting new or my refund. They are just extending my complaint dates that ma’am I’ll resolve in that day n on.
                              I never thought flipkart will do this slow process I’m using flipkart since years and I’m a plus member of that. They will loose their valuable customers by this such process.
                              And I’m requesting flipkart please resolve my problem as soon as possible

                                I have an account with my email and I've not logged-in to this account for some time. Today, I got an email regarding the placement of an order from my account which was not placed from my side. After login, The mobile number attached is also not mine.

                                Though, I have deactivated the account. I request you to delete this account permanently and remove the added mobile number. So that I can create a fresh account with this email ID and the other party can't access and reactivate my account with his mobile number. I tried to remove the mobile number but it needs OTP on that mobile number to update my mobile number.

                                  Dear Sir/Madam,

                                  Hi! I have ordered Dizo by realme tech life Gopods D priced at -/1299 on 19th April and it was delivered on 20th April I found out that the Earbuds which come with Dizo Gopods were missing so I placed a request for a refund on 20th April which was approved and was going to get picked up on 23rd April but no one came to pick up then I got an email which said the delivery issues will be resolved by 27 April and I will be contacted but I never got a call. I also noticed that the product didn't have any seal on it and it felt like it has been tampered with then it was closed with tape also the product box has some yellow tags with barcodes on them. as per my concern, I think I got a product that was already replaced a couple of times. I have attached some pictures of the tags. It's been 13 days since I requested a refund and also contacted customer care executives 10-15 times now and in response, they always told me to wait 48 hours and the issue will be resolved today is 5th May 22 yet I still have no update about the refund/pickup process.

                                      I purchased clothes worth 1178rs. Flipkart said the order has not been placed and hence if money deducted will be refunded within 4 hours but it’s been 11 days and multiple calls to the customer care, still no refund. Please look into the matter Flipkart before I file a complaint with the consumer court.
