I ordered mobile phone twice with old mobile exchange offer and both times the order was cancelled without any genuine reason. For the 1st order, they gave the reason that order was cancelled by the seller. Second time, the reason given to me that delivery partner to deliver on my location dur to pin and address mismatch. Then, I contacted the delivery partner immediately and they gave me different reason. They told flipkart doesn't accept old phones now. The more interesting thing was an offer placed without the offer was delivered to my address. So, now I want to know the genuine reason for the cancellation of the first two orders.

    I have purchased moto g52 on 5th of may. The speakers producing terrible disturbing noise, I'm not at all interested in repair service I didn't paid 16500 to buy a defective handset and give it to repair, please flipkart look into it and give me replacement. The seller is "TREASURE HAUL ONLINE".

      Hey i am Shiva i ordered samsung F23 5g on Apr 24 it was supposed to be get deliver on 27th but it got postponed for 2 times and finally after waiting with full patience one of the executive called me to say that my order has been cancelled due to logistics problem and as a compliment I will get 1500 gift card if i order the same product within 10 days, so i ordered but it's been 4 days i haven't received any gift card from Flipkart i tried to customer care they kept me in wait for 30 mins! They didn't even solved my problem what kind of customer care is this loll i thought Flipkart is way better than Amazon but hell no Amazon is better atleast they will say it up our face the truth.. gonna uninstall Flipkart and will never install it and even i will make friends family relatives to uninstall this false promising app they just lost a loyal customer

          My order Id : OD[protected] I have placed Ac which lasts 4 star 1.5 capacity on Flipkart as on 27/4/22 delivered on 28th of April . According to Installation technician Confirmed that there is an defective product on arrival . so we placed a replace request . Again Technician confirmed same issue & Uninstalled on 6th may . but the status doesn't updated on Flipkart . My request got beyond dates as Voltas people concluded they have updated but issue was being there from Flipkart service mistake from your side making me suffer .I need replacement at any cost .Technical issues doesn't head up from customers point . make confirmation with Voltas people & make replacement or else return back my amount as soon as possible .

            I Purchased the device on May7th 2021 via smart upgrade plan, I paid the remaining 30% ammout back to flipkart before the due date however my device was still locked and no matters how many times I call the customer support my calls are hanged over or i am just given a new date everytime.

              The issue that I have experienced was: I have ordered A Nike shoe of size 9, but due to fitting issue, seller refused to return the item. While raising a complaint, I have received the call from flipkart customer support and he talked to me a very rude manner. He even told me not to place any order and leave flipkart if I am not happy. He told me he dont have enough information and he cant help me with anything. He disconnected the called during the conversation in a very rude tone.

                Realme GT2 Pro

                I bought a Realme GT2 Pro smartphone alongside which an offer was attached to get Realme Watch S for free..
                The watch was due after 15 days but its been 25 days almost and still the offer hasn't been provided to me . It's nowhere reflecting in my Flipkart account as well..
                Repeated follow-ups with Flipkart support has been a waste of time and effort. I have reminded them more than 20 times now through calls and tweets but still...

                I ordered a VEERAA CLOTHING Printed Women Round Neck Blue, Grey T-Shirt (Pack of 3) on 2nd May 2022 and paid online (Prepaid) and was supposed to get the delivery on 8th May 2022. On sunday evening i got a message that the product is out for delivery and at 6.27 i received a message that the product is delivered by Laxmikant Velip. I was at home and the product is not delivered to me. i complained to the customer care the same day at night 9 pm. and they promised to resolve the issue by 13th May 2022. Today i received a message that the query is closed. Now the customer care is just disconnecting my call if i question them. they say wait till 19th for a resolution for the query. each day ive followed up with flipkart with no reply

                  My order has reached hub since 10 th but they haven't delivered it to me yet. I have reached out to hub but they're just not at all co operative and one guy told us that our area is not serviceable itself so my parcel might as well be returned to seller. Customer care is just saying I'll receive the parcel nothing else. And for new orders they're saying on website that I'll receive it by tomorrow itself. What's the point of having plus membership and ordering in sale if it doesn't even deliver the product to us.

                    I m open this request for my Filpkart Order issues.

                    Recently i m purchases one Flipkart Perfect Homes Studio PP and this products coming in very bad quality and box also opened when we received. then i m again open request on 09-May-2022 for return this products and pickup date showing 11-May-2022, but still no one pickup my products even i m call to customer care and she telling me we have some issue and we will pickup your products after 17-May-2022 and after pickup your products we will refund your amount in next 3-4 days.

                      When i see my credit score it is clearly showing that i took loan from idfc first bank and this needs to be cleared immediately as it is effecting my credit score.                         I can't get Flipkart products on my pincode 744105. I get product from myntra messho Amazon Nykaa fashion but when i try to purchase from Flipkart always show out of Stock at 744105. There are Nearly a Delhivery Courier Office near at Garacharma who delivers product of Myntra meesho Nykaa and samsung product. I recently purchased Samsung device from samsung official site but Flipkart is always out of out stock at 744105. Please start Flipkart delivery in 744105. This is a era of e-commerce shopping. But Doo needful and make serviceable 744105.

                          Hi Team,

                          On the 8th of May, I purchased a Realme Buds Wireless 2 neckband, however, when it arrived, there was no neckband in the main package, and the package was broken from the outer side.
                          I immediately asked for a refund with a reason, and they stated they will pick up the empty box on May 11th, however, no one from Flipkart showed out to pick up the empty box, and I did not receive a refund.
                          They are just fooling me and asking me to share aadhar card details.
                          I'm not sure why you need those details, and if you want to double-check, come to my house and do so.

                              @flipkartsupport @Flipkart I am going through very hard situation I brought the laptop HP pavilion from your website on 28 of April then there was a problem with that laptop so again I order for the replace so the replaced me today. But when I went to HP official website for for checking my product warranty it shows that 9 month warranty remaining for this product . Which should not be happen because I bought it just 28 of April and this is the new one which is for 12yh May. But another big problem is my laptop is keep shorting down automatically without any reason. Then again I please for return but they are showing the return request is cancelled.This is my last hope.

                                Ordered 3 wrist watches and a toy on 1st May which were to be delivered on 3rd May. Till date I have not received them nor is there a proper response from their support team.
                                Ordered a mobile on 9th which was to be delivered on 11th but even that has met the same fate.
                                Pincode -Address mismatch is the error that is being displayed in the app. But all the items are lying I'm the same hub since that day and there is no further movement.
                                Worst part is that all the orders are prepaid! Flipkart is holding more than 25000 rupees which belong to me and not even delivering the product. This amounts to cheating and I'm contemplating legal action.

                                  I am unable to place any order to my pincode on Flipkart as it either says the product is out of stock for my pincode or no seller ships to my pincode. I was trying to buy a mobile phone on Flipkart but it says the product is out of stock for your pincode. All other pincodes around my area are working. There seems to be a problem only with my area pincode.

I ordered Apple iPad on Flipkart which costed me Rs.27, 900 moreover I received an empty box when I tried reaching the customer care to replace the product or refund it they just kept on waiting out my time just by opening the query and closing it automatically again I have to call them and raise the complaint so that they can resolve it but till date they did not do it. It’s been a month since this process is going on and today all of a sudden they blocked my account I don’t know whom to contact how to reach them, because when I tried reaching them on the customer care email ID they say thatThat particular email ID is not in use how come it it will happen and as my account is blocked I cannot contact them. kind request from my endPlease look into it and resolve this issue as soon as possible thank you
