Recently in Oct 2021, I purchased Boat Rockerz 250+ plus neckband earphone from Flipkart. Currently I am facing 'Power on failure' problem. As the device is under warranty I claim warranty for product. They informed me to submit the invoice. I submitted paper(Tax Invoice + Shipping label) received during delivery but boat denied calling it as Shipping label. So I want Invoice so that I can claim warranty. &Also I am not getting any response from flipkart customer service center,

The invoice is not found in my registered mail id. I checked in Flipkart under my order but for this product invoice option is not showing.

Please look into this !

    I have a Purchased a mobile phone vivo v23 from Flipkart in January 2022 with buy back guarantee offer. Now I want to you this offer to purchase another phone but cannot redeem the offer because every time there is shown that ABB is not enabled for this account I raised this issue with Flipkart customer care many times but cannot resolve the problem

      Flipkart have blocked my account without genuine reason by saying that i have high returns from my account but i was legally right and i didn't. Main thing is I had 8000₹ worth of giftcard in my account which they stole it and didn't wanna return it. Flipkart is fraud and cheated me and took my money and coins.

          Sir, I have purchased a bed from flipkart, which was delivered on 3/5/22 and installation scheduled on 4/5/22.On 4/5/22 I got a SMS regarding details about the technician attending the installation with contact details.On 4/5/22 evening I got a call from the technician regarding when I want my installation, I told him to install on 5/5/22 .he said he will attend on 5/5/22 .On 5/5/22 afternoon I got a call from the technician, like two times only one ring and cut.Actually mobile was in my hand at that time.Right away after that I got a call from flipkart support to cancel or reschedule the installation as the technician is unable to reach me over phone.This is one type of technique to escape the installation on the scheduled date.I didn't cancel or reschedule the installation, because on the scheduled date I.e 5/5/22 I was at my home waiting for the technician putting all other works aside.I even called the technician from the SMS.he didn't lift my call.So I want flipkart for early installation of the bed or else I will return the bed.

            Hi Team,

            Order Moto G52 From Flipkart with Order Id : OD[protected] but received Realme C11

            customer care not helping and saying it was open box delivery
            and it's your fault that while receiving you didn't check...
            but deliver person came around 7pm, he was in rush...
            as something like this never never happen with me
            hence i took the delivery without opening the box and now i got stuck

            please help me on this, it's my humble request

                I ordered a samsung earphone for my friend 1 years ago and he didn't not like it so want to return it then i request a replacement many time but they rejected my request and on 01/6/2021 they block my account.I didn't do anything illegal why my account was blocked by them.                     I have ordered lapcare BT04XL laptop battery from Flipkart, and received a defective product one week later. I have asked for replacement and it was scheduled, even after waiting for another one week, pickup got cancelled for no reason. Again after contacting customer care my pickup and refund was scheduled for 4th may 2022. Today is 6th May 2022 and it is not yet picked up even after contacting customer care executives multiple times through chat and call. I am really fed up of Flipkart's service. I just want to get this item picked up and receive my refund some how. I am not going to order anything from Flipkart again. Please escalate this issue and get my issue resolved

                      I have purchased mobile through Flipkart with exchange offer. The guy who came to collect my mobile and deliver order mobile he checked all my mobile and took pictures and then he said I will come back with in 10min but he didn't return back after 2 hours he said I will come wait. Still 2 days not yet came and now it's showing in Flipkart product delivered 2 days back at 10.44am. Called up to Flipkart customer service they said need another 5 days to resolve my problem

                        Hi I have ordered iPhone 12 on 3rd May which was supposed to be delivered at 4th but its been 2 days and its showing the same status which shipped in order tracking. Have called the customer care 20 times till now not one solution or information on this problem except asking to wait everyday with assurance that it will be delivered the next day. I am middle class guy and have saved this money from my blood and sweat and I am very concerned about my money and product this whole buying process from Flipkart has taken a toll on my mental health now ... And I feel very frustrated. I have seen other complaints saying that there orders were delayed like this until the person gives up and just cancels the order, hope that does not happen to me and my phone will be delivered

                        Edit: it has been 7 days order is still stuck at same status, resolution date was 10th may but they call me and tell me they wont be able to deliver it on 10th and to wait for 3 more days. I have documented everything will post all of this on social media flipkart has crossed its limit by running these kind of scams

                        Update 2: its been 9 days and the order tracking is at same status it was on 4th May, today customer care tells me resolution to place a fresh order which was the worst solution since the buying price of the product is a lot higher now.This has been the worst online shopping experience for me

                          No option to download invoice for my order

                          I had purchased an earbuds on October 2021, and I have face a issue with it. The product is under warranty and can be availed for a replacement from the manufacturers. The return policies of the manufactures requires the digital bill invoice of the product sent through email from Flipkart and does not take hard invoice. But I have received only the hard invoice with the product and having checked several times, no soft invoice has been sent...

                            I have created flipkart account some years back with a mobile number few months ago i lost my mobile phone and the number and it was registered.

                            The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as i lost the number and i dont have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.
                            Please do suggest me to update my new mobile number to my flipkart account and please resolve the issue earliest.

                              I have ordered realme buds wireless 2 headphones from Flipkart and cost of the headphones is 2300rs. After 2 days I received order from Flipkart and in my order package the box was proper but headphone was not proper. I received different model of the same brand. I received realme buds wireless 2 neo which is old model and there price is almost 1400 only right now on Flipkart. Then I requested for replacement but still I haven't received any proper updates from Flipkart. I tried so many times for replacement of the product but they always mailed me like your request is cancelled by 3rd party. And now my replacement days also expired. I need help to get my actual product or refund from Flipkart.

                                I ordered a book called pharmaceutical chemistry on flipkart on 5th may 2022, at around 6:38 pm. but as the order was showing "not processed".. i ordered it again. and thus, the money got deducted twice.
                                after a while i got a confirmation message that my order is accepted and will arrive soon.
                                i would like a refund of my second time payment as it was all a mistake.

                                  I ordered for a Realme GT2 Pro mobile on 1st May 2022 and made the payment through Debit card. I cancelled my order on 3rd May 2022. I had paid a total amount of Rs. 40, 849/- on 01st May 2022 after availing various offers. The amount of Rs. 40, 849/- also included Rs.100/- towards pick up charges of old mobile. I received a SMS on 4th May that refund of Rs.100 for Flipkart order of Realme 2 was transferred on 03-May and will be credited in 24 hours. On verification of the orders on the Flipkart site, it is seen that an amount of Rs.40, 599/-( after deducting 150 being non-refundable amount) has also been credited into the bank account connected with the debit card through which the payment has been made and the remark that the refund has been completed is mentioned. On verification, it is seen that an amount of Rs.100/- only has been credited in my bank account. Till date, the amount of Rs.40, 599/- has not been credited in my bank account. Complaints have been registered on the Flipkart help line/ customer care too but nothing has been received as yet. I have also submitted to Flipkart the statement of the bank from the date of purchase till date to show that the amount has not been credited. In view of the above, I request that the matter of refund of the amount of Rs. 40, 599/- should be taken up with the seller/ Flipkart at the earliest.

                                    On 29th of april my mother misplaced a order from flipkart app. Then on 5th of may the product got deliverd, she was not at home so I recieved the product . So on 6th of may I tried to initiate for the refund of the product from the app, but in the app surprisingly there was no option for return, so I called on their customer service number but they told me there was no order have placed from this number . I am so disappionted, a big company like flipkart have scammed me . My order id : OD[protected]
