I ordered for a Realme GT2 Pro mobile on 1st May 2022 and made the payment through Debit card. I cancelled my order on 3rd May 2022. I had paid a total amount of Rs. 40, 849/- on 01st May 2022 after availing various offers. The amount of Rs. 40, 849/- also included Rs.100/- towards pick up charges of old mobile. I received a SMS on 4th May that refund of Rs.100 for Flipkart order of Realme 2 was transferred on 03-May and will be credited in 24 hours. On verification of the orders on the Flipkart site, it is seen that an amount of Rs.40, 599/-( after deducting 150 being non-refundable amount) has also been credited into the bank account connected with the debit card through which the payment has been made and the remark that the refund has been completed is mentioned. On verification, it is seen that an amount of Rs.100/- only has been credited in my bank account. Till date, the amount of Rs.40, 599/- has not been credited in my bank account. Complaints have been registered on the Flipkart help line/ customer care too but nothing has been received as yet. I have also submitted to Flipkart the statement of the bank from the date of purchase till date to show that the amount has not been credited. In view of the above, I request that the matter of refund of the amount of Rs. 40, 599/- should be taken up with the seller/ Flipkart at the earliest.
