Myself Samrat Vadapally, I have ordered samsung mobile on Flipkart under 'Flipkart Smart Upgrade Plan' where you can pay part amount & order the mobile and pay balance amount before due date (Arround 1 year from the date of purchase) or your mobile will be locked for not paying the balance amount, it will be unlocked after paying it.
For paying the amount normally you get payment option in under ordered product or you'll get payment link on registered email/mobile number. In my case I haven't got any payment option on Flipkart neither I have received any payment link on email/number and phone has been locked by Flipkart for non-payment of balance amount. I have contacted customer care through phone and on social media many times, every time they says will send you payment link on registered email/number but I have never received it till date and now they are not responding me on social media. And now its been more than six months my phone has been locked, I have my important data in it, to which don't have access because of careless Flipkart.
