I bought a realme 8i mobile om flipkart by 14th april. It is a defective product. I went for a replacement they arranged a techinician visit. But they didn't visited and not responded to me but they rejected my replacement and marked as my issues was resolved. This is a scam by flipkart and jeeves to fool tha customers

    I have ordered 1 item, in which expected delivery was 27 April today is 5 th may still I didn't get my parcel so i cancelled and re ordered again same problem, i will never going to order anything from Flipkart worst

      Sir/Madam,

      I have purchased "boAt BassHeads 100 Wired Headset" for Rs. 359 during offer period of "Customers who purchase boAt products for the first time on the Platform during the Offer Period will win boAt Rockerz 355 at Re 1".

      The offer provided by flipkart for the user who purchase boAt product for the first time during 14th April 2022 to 17th April 2022 ( My order was purchased during that period and I never ever purchased any boAt product before ).

      As today it is 5th May 2022, The due date of receive of coupan to get boAt Rockerz 355 at Re. 1 was due on 4th May 2022 23:59:59 as offer to get boAt Rockerz 355 at Re. 1 is starts from 5th May 2022 00:00:00

      But I still did not get any mail for my coupan code not I have coupan or any other item in my Flipkart account.

      As I am regular Tax payee of all type of taxes of this country without fail, this is my right to file a case against Flipkart for this type of mental harassment due to which I am feeling not well and I can loss many of my orders from my customer.

                Hi,

                Myself Samrat Vadapally, I have ordered samsung mobile on Flipkart under 'Flipkart Smart Upgrade Plan' where you can pay part amount & order the mobile and pay balance amount before due date (Arround 1 year from the date of purchase) or your mobile will be locked for not paying the balance amount, it will be unlocked after paying it.

                For paying the amount normally you get payment option in under ordered product or you'll get payment link on registered email/mobile number. In my case I haven't got any payment option on Flipkart neither I have received any payment link on email/number and phone has been locked by Flipkart for non-payment of balance amount. I have contacted customer care through phone and on social media many times, every time they says will send you payment link on registered email/number but I have never received it till date and now they are not responding me on social media. And now its been more than six months my phone has been locked, I have my important data in it, to which don't have access because of careless Flipkart.

                  The phone number which i used to create my Flipkart account is lost and not working anymore, when i tried to change my phone number on Flipkart it sent OTPs to both the numbers and I'm only able to get the OTP from my current number n not the previous one cuz it's lost.
                  If i had my previous number why would I even change my number? This is exactly why i wanted to change the number, Please Help. 😔

                      I ordered an item 20 days ago. The seller of the item is from the same city that I live in. It was supposed to be delivered on the 3rd day of order. Since then I have contacted so many times with them on chat/email/calls but no answer at all!
                      And on top of this they are not letting me cancel my order as well.

                      So in short, not delivering the item and not letting me cancel the order.

                      Their customer support knows nothing except escalations and the resolution dates are always automatically increased by 3 days. Pathetic!!!

                            I had ordered a product Flipkart Perfect Homes Julian Engineered Wood 3 Door Wardrobe and got it delivered on 1st May 2022. The installation of this product was supposed to be done by 4th May 2022. On 4th May morning the installation guy whose number was provided in th Flipkart app, refused to come for installation. Since then I have been contacting Flipkart and also got a complaint/incident registered regarding this. The next morning 5th May I got two messages saying that the installation is being cancelled. No call center executive is helping me with the issue, they are disconnecting the call whenever I ask them for a clear concrete answer. They have cancelled my installation without informing me and without my permission. They do not even talk to their customers and give proper resolution. They just keep repeating the script.                                 Hi, I am using this Flipkart account since a very long time. I am unable to update my registered mobile number which is lost since two years ago. Everytime I'm trying to update my mobile number it sends OTP to both my current number and old number which is lost and probably deactivated by now but my registered email id is still active. I've been a good customer of Flipkart but I'm facing trouble now due to this difficult process set up by Flipkart. I want to resolve this issue asap.

                                  AC was delivered by flipkart on 30th April 2022 and it was supposed to be installed by 1st may 2022 by jeeves. But on the same day i got a message of rescheduling it by 6th may. No contact has been done by jeeves till date. No customer care contact number is provided to contact. When i contacted flipkart, they gave me a long resolution date and today is the last day of that and they will again increase the resolution date as usual. 6 days has passed after delivery of product and no contact has been done with me or no contact information is provided of any technician till date. It seems like they will install it in next season now.
