I placed an order at Flipkart on 15th April for a mobile phone which is Realme 8 128 GB. And I was supposed to receive this product on 17th April. On 17th April, I got the delivery boy's number in my order details. Instead of getting an update from his side, I called him almost 100 times between 05:30 PM to 10:30 PM, and every time he picked up the call promised to deliver the product in the next 2 minutes and then finally I received the delivery failed message from Flipkart. How come?
On 18th April again I did almost the same thing to get my product. Unfortunately at the end of the day, I got the Failed delivery message from Flipkart as my corresponding pick up item was rejected. How is it possible when no one came to my doorstep? Don't you think that this is some kind of a fraud or scam, run by the delivery boys or the seller?
I raised the concern with your customer support team and was promised to receive the product by 18 April. And today is the 20th of April and still, I am waiting for my product even for a single update
Unable to understand why Flipkart is not showing interest to deliver the product, even if the product is prepaid.
Why are your Wishmaster delivery boys doing misbehaviour with customers?
Do I exist for Flipkart?
Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
And no response flipkart customer care number.
My flipkart account has been blocked now.
