I had purchased a PUMA Puma Rebound LayUp SL Sneakers on[protected], Order ID: OD[protected]
its been more than 5 times I have requested the refund and got rejected and got a mail to upload ID proof, as I don't have any proof with me, so I can't do that. And I also don't want to share my personal documents with third parties. Accepting my return request is my right, and give me refund. Solve as fast as possible.

      I have been purchasing from flipkart at pincode 500058 for almost 4-5 years now. Suddenly almost 90% of the items went to Not Deliverable status / Currently out of stock for 500058 for about 2weeks. . Almost every item went to Not Deliverable status for this pincode. Flipkart is not even acknowledging the issue at their end and giving a very generic answer

        I bought mobile on 18the april 2022. Return policy of mobile ends on 24th april2022. i have given replacement requested on 23 april 2022 for Samsung F23G.

        Without contacting me they simply posted as replacement rejected. i called customer care nearly 24 times from the last 8days. they are not giving proper information. kindly consider and take necessary action for my replacement.

        Visited on 3rd may 2022, Mr Dinesh Technician visited my new Samsung F23 5G mobile in my house, he has checked my mobile, initially temperature 39 degree celsius at 12.26pm, after 20minutes again checked the temperature 41 degree celsius.

        Am not satisfied his visit. He was favour for his company and reject this request for replacement.

        As per the policy, i have complaint and given the replacement requested(filed on 23rd april 2022) before the end policy(ie 24 th april 2022.

            I have order the Rajdhani Arhar Dal from Flipkart. It was clearly mentioned that the goods can be returned. My order no. is OD[protected] and get it dleivered on 29.04.2022.
            Now i have contacted the helpdesk regarding the return of Rajdhani Arhar Dal as the quality is not adequate but now they are refusing that the said product can't be returned.
            Also the order contains the complimentary offer of 1kg Atta @ Rs.1, which was also not received in the package.

            I want to return the order and want the refund for the same.

            Please help.

              I did call on the helpline number[protected] which didn't solve the problem at all rather the executives failed to resolve the issue themselves and even failed to connect me to a senior level executive to resolve the issue and they even dropped the call many times saying we are trying to connect to a senior or saying it will be delivered within 24 hours
              I hope you look into the matter and resolve it as soon as possible as you can understand how important the grocery items are !!

                Item's ordered -
                3 devaaya rice packets of 5kg each,
                1 frotune kachi ghani mustard oil packet
                2 tata sampann green moong dal whole (1 of which was delivered to me on 11th April, 2022).
                Did talk to their executives on the helpline number[protected] but it was of no avail and they always repeated the same line and apologized for the delay and asked to wait for 2 days each time and this continued till date.They even don't let the call through the senior executives for me to speak to personally.

                    Hello, We Ordered A Product Through Flipkart With Cash On Delivery Option. Usually We Using Online Payment Options Only, But This Time We Chose COD. Before Delivery We Paid through Online Instead Of COD.

                    But At Delivery Time, The Delivery Agent Told Payment Not Credited So You Should Pay Here.
                    I Explained To Him But He Told No You Should Pay, Flipkart Will Refund Your Amount.

                    So Two Times Paid, For Refund We Requested For Call Back From Flipkart Customer Service.

                    Lot Of Delays And Network Issues Finally They Contacted And We Explained To Them.

                    They Told Yes We Understood And Will Help You, Just Give One Minute To Solve And they put Hold On our Call.

                    They Told One Minute. But We Waited 27 Minutes In The Call Just Repeated Music Only played And Call Ended From Them Side.

                    We Really Annoyed The Behavior Of Flipkart Customer Service.

                    No Mail Replays
                    No Live Chats
                    Worst Customer Executives
                    Cheating customer Service

                    Then How Can We contact Them if any issues.

                    Very Very Worst.

                          I have purchased an LG AC from from Flipkart and also I have purchased an installation package for the AC from Flipkart but Flipkart has delivered me a faulty AC ..their technician made a fool out of me saying that the AC is okay but they will do the installation properly again..but instead of raising my complaint again and again on Flipkart none of their technician came to solve the AC problem..

                            I had ordered one plus buds amounting to Rs.4999 from Flipkart on 21apirl . On 27 april, the order was delivered. The outer package was intact but the inner package was in a bad state. When I opened the inner package, I found that I was delivered a one plus box but not buds in box.

                            Immediately I raised the return request but there was no response from the customer service team for 48 hours despite me contacting them multiple times. So, I sent a message to their Twitter handle for which they responded, and asked me to attach my Aadhar card for a third party vendor to authenticate and they have also asked me to sign a Consent form which states 'Lodging of FIR for the missing Mobile/Laptop'.

                            Flipkart is forcing me to share my personal confidential documents (Aadhar card, Voter ID, Driver's license) to process my return request. I do not want to share such confidential documents to Flipkart or other third parties due to privacy risks. If the Seller and Flipkart have delivered box product, why are they demanding to share confidential documents for their own faults? Nowhere in their returns policy have they asked the customer to provide the ID proof to process the return request. So, why are they asking me to provide the same?

                            Also, why is Flipkart demanding me to sign a consent form to lodge FIR for a missing Laptop/Mobile? I had ordered for a one plus bud, not a Mobile/Laptop.

                            Flipkart is causing me too much of mental stress and I've been waiting for a week for them to resolve this issue, but in vain.

                            I want Flipkart to -
                            1. Process my return request without sharing my confidential documents (Aadhar card, Voter ID, Driver's license, etc)
                            2. Send a replacement or refund the amount paid 4999.
                            3. Send the correct consent form for the one plus buds not for Laptop/Mobile if they want me to sign it.

                              My order number is OD[protected].I ordered I pad 9 generation on 26 April.Today is 29 April product is not even packed, Flipkart did it because i order product at discount my friend ordered without discount and his product is shipped, Shame on Flipkart &HydtelRetailsSales .I know in the last flipkart and its fraud seller will cancel it but if you dont want to give products at discount then why you show it on the site .You guys are making Indians customer fool .I want my product at same price don't dare to cancel it and whosever flipkart agent is resolving this issue please take it seriously i don't want those message that we will try our best.

                                Hello sir i ordered one plus bud from Flipkart and after 7days I get it but whn I open I receive only one plus box and redcable voucher and invoice but one plus bud is missing from package.
                                After this i tried to reach Flipkart support but I didn't get help after that i tweet on twitter they call me and said that you have to file FIR form send on your email.
                                And also I shared my aadhar card with Flipkart now they say to file FIR.
                                I'm a student and i don't need any police matter because my family they not allowed to order from online, I'm pissed in it .
                                I don't know what's will I do .

                                  We have ordered a fridge from Flipkart worth 25000/- they delivered it on[protected]. when we asked why the fridge is locked, they said the LG installation team will come and open it and they noted down OTP. We observed more damage after they left, and we have raised a request for return. they keep on rejecting our requests. We have called customer care as well; they also said the same. Finally, they are saying return time is over and we must keep this damage fridge. LG installation team is saying that this fridge is totally damaged, and they will not do anything.
                                  It’s been more than 20 days; Flipkart team is not responding to our requests. We even commented this in their website. They are denying all our requests and comments saying that this our fault though they have delivered damaged product.
                                  I request you to make the delivery of new fridge as soon as possible and take appropriate actions against the employees who are at fault.

                                        Dear team,

                                        I had ordered two trousers of Tokyo talkies via order no OD[protected] but after checking both didn't fit me at all.

                                        Generally flipkart products are on returnable within 15 days so I didn't check the days. On 11th day I tried to return the product but its was showing that return period is over.

                                        My concern is just that i have not used these products so please pick these products and refund me the amount of these products.

                                        As these products are no use for me.
