On March 31, Flipkart Customer Care my return request without my knowledge. When I asked about this, they said " The issue was not resolved for longer time. So we are creating a new issue to resolve the problem". On that call itself, I requested them not to cancel the request and reopen the issue. But they didn't. And they promised that they will within 48 hours to resolve the issue. But they didn't. On Apr 5, I called customer care and asked about the updates, they said "the issue gets closed before 5 days itself, we are not able to process it." I argued with them I didn't cancel the return request and it was done from Customer Care side. I spoke with the higher official in customer care, I did get any proper solution still. Pls do the needful. I want replacement laptop.
