    I am flipkart plus customer i cancel my return request of my order kelsey mens black sandal in this request regarding i recived call from unknown number at 11.26 a.m. & they ask for otp to complete return request.
    then after some time i get lots of mail to regarding change my password & mobile number at 11.29 a.m. to 11.30 a.m. before acting i recived a mail at 11.31 a.m. about a order worth rs 69994.00 using my flipkart pay later facilty location delhi which i havent placed.
    then i notice my flipkart account has been hack
    after that i try to login in my flipkart account to cancel this order but i notice i cant login my flipkart account because my password & mobile number has been changed & someone request for maximum time & limit reach & i got to know that i can request otp after 24 hours
    then i call lots of time to flipkart customer care number [protected]
    but at customer care number flipkart don't connect my call to customer
    care executive directly.
    the customer care service of flipkart arrange call back
    flipkart call back received not connected 2 times
    then i call flipkart customer care again & again but in this due time order which i havent placed was out for delivery.
    after some time i recieved call from flipkart at 1.02 p.m. i told every thing to customer care executive but between my call i get another mail from flipkart that the order has been delivered at delhi adress

    i am resident of Maharashtra before i never order anything at delhi location from flipkart
    now its clearly shows i am not liable to pay this order.

    also how did the scammer got to know about my order kelsey mens black sandal return request
    this clearly shows my data has been compromised by flipkart.

    please resolve my issue

      My register email id. smarttechnocomputer.[protected]@gmail.com. this is my flipkart account. block 2 year ago. flipkart tell i am reseller, but i am not reseller. many time complaint but not resolve this account. i request totally unblock flipkart accout otherwise this account actived pay letter. deactived this pay later. because my civil score effect.

        Bought a Nokia TV with additional protection cover from Flipkart who has a tie up with Jeeves for repair and installation Order ID - OD[protected]. Recently faced an issue with the TV and raised a complaint on 24th March was promised a visit from the technician with 72 hours but pathetic service by Jeeves. Was assigned 2 technicians and promised home visits but have not seen anyone turn up till date. Multiple ph calls to customer care who only assure resolution within 2 working days, technicians who never pickup the calls and never turn up.. Flipkart choose your vendor partner wisely..next time people will think twice before buying any electronics from you if your vendor partners provide such worthless service.

          Money Deducted from my bank account but transaction failed

          I have tried to place an order for a smartphone on 14th March 2022 from Flipkart. I have tried to pay the amount by using a gift card of amount 10, 000 rs and 999 rs from my gpay UPI. The transaction failed but money was deducted from my bank account and the order was not placed, then again I tried to pay the amount, and this time the order was successfully placed. Today is 29th March 2022 and I haven't received the refund yet.

          I have raise a refund request in flipkart account and the pick up has been scheduled. Pick up has been completed on 27 March 2022 with tracking id FMPR[protected] but ther is no update. On 29 March 2022 I have got a message from e-kart that pick up has been cancelled.

              Flipkart has blocked my account without informing me. After mailing and contacting customer care many a times they are telling just due to high returns they blocked.
              But inspite of being plus member I ordered one wallet and they gave me wrong wallet and as I was placing return they blocked according to me but they are saying due to high returns.
              They are still delivering me products but no refund is being given by them not I am able to exchange my product because of size issue.
              Please unblock my flipkart account sir I am not able to order anything from flipkart. My orders are pending and my money stuck in flipkart too. Please do help in unlocking my account.

                  I order a Rd decore double bed bedsheet from flipkart and received 22nd March.but their colour and size not fit so I return next day but at the time of pickup, deliver boy cancel my return request and when we ask from him the he tell that he didn't received product image, so he dint pickup the product, then I call customer care and je say to again return request and I do 5 times till now but same thing happen and also talk ro customer care 4 times but he didn't solve my issue, today is my last day of return policy, plss help

                    On 19th March 2022, i ordered 250ml Vaseline cocoa moisturizing cream from Flipkart Order ID- OD[protected] and it was delivered on 25th March. But when I checked the expiry date, the product had already expired on 10/2021 i.e 5 months ago. When I contacted customer support that i am unable to return the product as the app is saying, " SOMETHING WENT WRONG, PLEASE TRY AGAIN LATER" They said that the problem will be solved in 4 hrs, but still nothing is being done and my request is still UNRESOLVED.

                      We ordered a Elica Chimney from Flipkart on 20th March, 2022. Received it on 24th March. The technician who came to install it informed that the motor of the chimney was damaged and asked us to put a replacement request for the same. We did that. Since that day we have been following up with them regularly, calling customer helpline 10times a day, explaining the same problem to all their representatives. After so much of followups, complaining on social media’s nothing happened, no replacement or refund activity that we could rely on. Now we received messaged sometime back that the replacement request has been rejected as the problem was resolved by troubleshooting. We don’t know what else to do and whom to talk to. We only know that we want our money back asap and that we are never going to use Flipkart ever.

                        Hi,

                        Ordered bosch mixer grinder on 14th March costs 6200/-. But flipkart delivered dog food instead of grinder on 19th March. Immediately spoke to customer care. They created return request quoting wrong product delivery.
                        However they are cancelling the product return request and making comment that the buyer wants to keep the product.
                        Cancelation of return happened thrice and they are marking the issue as resolved. Each time they are saying sorry creating a new request and extending resolution time by 4 days.

                              Ordered a laptop from Flipkart and received one with a broken screen. It says I’ll be contacted within 72 hours to clarify the the replacement request. But it’s been already 5 days and the resolution is still pending. It’ll probably go on longer if I don’t get help soon.

                              Disappointed at Flipkart’s unresponsiveness. Please initiate replacement or refund.

                                  I ordered a game from flipkart on 18/03/2022 i got it on 24/03/2022 liken that game is not working at all and that product is not looking right and product quality not good.
                                  This product cost = 3700/-

                                  I requested in flipkart that I want to return this product but they told that it will be replaced first then it will return then I get a call back from flipkart on the second day of complaint of replacement Mr Hitesh Parmar he says that

                                  your order will be returned I cancel the replacement key request in your key. And in 7 days you will get the refund.

                                  On the second day I checked the online portal and came to know that the replacement request was also canceled and the return request was not taken along with it.

                                  I again talked to the person in flipkart by MR Abhishek and he told me this product cannot be returned, I told him that when I had bought the product, it was not written anywhere that the product cannot be returned and he tells me that our Look at the refund policy which was not shown at the time of buying the product and is showing it now.

                                  I do not want to return this product but they are not taking my return request.

                                  In this way, on online eCommerce business, loco take their money, customers buy products by trusting flipkart and a company like flipkart does not support customer to customer.

                                  It doesn't matter if I didn't get the money for this product, but other people didn't get fooled like this.

                                  Flipkart product buy in online portal not mention any line this product is none returnable.

                                    I had ordered a furniturehub wooden and wrought iron indoor and outdoor dining table from flipkart worth eleven thousand eight hundred seventy four rupees, i ordered this product on 20th feb 2022 and delievered on 1 march, when i opened the parcell i found that the product was damaged and there are two different types of chair i requested a return on same day after 10 days on 11th march 2022 i had a call from a courier agent and they were telling that we didnt get any request from the company to take the parcell as a return so pls contact customer support. When i called the customer care they told me that we are raised a wrong request for return and we are unable to change from here so pls u should cancel the request and raise a new return requst from ur side and i did this after that i got a msg that ur request for return was cancelled again i have to do the same process and till i am doing the same and didnt get any refund or replacement, everyday i m getting a new agent number and when i try to call the agent nobody replies, the numbers are [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] [ delhivery ]

                                      I ordered Portable laptop table from Flipkart on 5th March 2022 and it got delivered on 12th March and I used the product for 2 days and found there was quality issue Manufacturing Defect the portable table height adjustable clip was very loose that it was not holding 13inch laptop weight and it was dropping at left side all the time hence I raised return & refund on 14th March 2022 and they approved it and pickup was scheduled on 22nd March 2022. When the pickup date was near they canceled my pickup on 20th March 2022 without any reason just asking to refer seller policy, I had raised return request by referring seller policy and they only accepted it. So again I raised 2nd Return on 22nd March 2022 and 2nd time pickup was scheduled on 29th March 2022 However I see that the return/refund request got again canceled and asking me to refer the seller policy, I have the product with original Box and invoice to return the product however they are cancelling it when the pickup date is near which is unethical and Fraudulent, Not providing any reason from Flipkart and no calls or emails from Flipkart I need justice and want my money back, Please help me get this resolved
