I purchased 4 giftcards on 10/02/2022.worth 2 of[500rs] 2of [1000rs].
so after the purchase i recieved my giftcards, i added them to my flipkart gift wallet. but after a day 11/02/2022 it got de-activated whitout any reason, it was having a time of 1year from that day. but they de-activated them all.i lost my 3000rs.
After that i contacted customer service and complaint about this but they tell that they have registered the complaint and they will resolve it after few days and i will get my monew back. but this dosnt happen. i complaint 3times but in the application it shows issue resolved but. i havnt recieved any call or email from flipkart that i got my money back i even checked my flipkart wallet. So i dont thik so i can trust flipkart from know i will start shoping from amazon from now. they just cheat.

    I have created flipkart account two years back with a mobile number few months ago i lost my mobile phone and the number.

    The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as i lost the number and i dont have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.
    Please do suggest me to update my new mobile number to my flipkart account. My old mobile no. was [[protected]] and My New mobile no. is [[protected]]. plz update on flipkart.

      By mistake I have written wrong account number and the refund is credited to that unknown person please help me and reverse the refund transaction

        I have created flipkart account some years back with a mobile number [protected].I lost my mobile phone and the number.

        The issue is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number as well as the old number. Unable to get OTP in old number as i have lost that number. so i am unable to change the mobile number.

        I tried to connect with Flipkart support at help center--contact us 24/7 but the only option i am getting is "Request a call", where they are calling on my old number and its non editable. So when they try to contact me they are calling me on my old number.

        Please help me update my number "[protected]".

          I have ordered the v8 wireless mouse and a destiny shoes from the flipkart website and I have paid them the full money 740 rupees from my wallet . They taken money from my it's good to track my order details yesterday till I can track my order but now it shows like it does not belongs to you please take necessary actions I'm a low class family or else give my money back. Help me I'm in trouble...

              I ordered 2 items but today when i checked to track the order in "my order" it is showing that "oops! Looks like this order does not belong to your account" but i ordered both items with my same Flipkart account. Plz fix this issue with my account asap.

                  I have ordered Onida 1.5 ton AC delivery date was 2nd march as product is not shipped yet. No resolution from customer support. Just getting dates

                    Its been 4 days, but flipkart isn't picking up the product from my location although I live in Delhi. While delivering the product, they were qucik and while picking up the prouct, their delivery guy says that he sees only another area. What shall I do? How many times I have to call regarding the same?

                      Booked a new mobile with exchange offer.

                      Website showed old mobile cost 3300 but at the time of delivery the cost reduced by 800 without any reason.

                      My old mobile qualified all the requirements placed on website.

                      Flipkart is fooling customers it's a huge scam rum by flipkart on the name of exchange.

                          I am a customer of FLIPKART since 2 to 3 years. I dont know when it is deactivated by whom. Now I called to customer care where they told me to reactivate through any laptop or desktop. When I will do with the same, it shows unable to process your request. I am helpless now.                               It's been a week, no one from flipkart has come up to pickup the faulty device. I have been following up from last one week but everyday I get a response that today the person with come, but till today no one has arrived.

                              I even, tried calling on Ekart Logistics Delivery number, he committed that he will come today, but now he is also disconnecting the call.

                              Also, all incorrect information is given on Flipkart, in my orders page. Herewith I have attached the picture for the reference.

                                Return request rejected and i by mistake made return for missing accessories amd when i contacted customer service to ask for change the reason for return amd they rejected and now i am unable to make another request for the missing item reason
                                I by mistake made return request for wrong reason of the accessories missing and when i contacted customer Service and told that i did it by mistake and i ask them to change the reason for return, they rejected earlier request and told me that they are creating other return as per my request and now they are not making other return request for the missing item reason and i also not able to make return request for the same reason as option of Missing item is not showing

                                      Actually Flipkart was meant to be refunding Rs 340 for a recent issue and I got call and a mail where they mentioned that Rs 340 will be added to my Gift Voucher in my Flipkart Account within 24-48 hrs but as of today 10 days have gone but still i haven't got my refund and Flipkart is not even trying to refund it as they have closed nearly 4 complaints which I raised for same issue. Everyday I am contacting their team via call and they are registering new complaint and marking it closed after 1 day.
                                      But i am so frustrated and feeling cheated by Flipkart as they have mailed me that I will get my refund but they have not given me !!

                                        My Flipkart account has been blocked without any reason. I had lots of placed orders in it and some orders are delivered to me after blocking my account, but one product has issue like item missing. And when I tried to take help from customer support, they told me that they can't do anything as account was blocked. Now if Flipkart delivered the from from blocked account then why don't exchange or return the same product from same account?
